They still never provided me with an email though and information allowing me to have my daughter checked in. they only provided me with her reference number."

Мінуси: "12 of January, 2018 Dear Austrian Airlines authority, I address to your kind attention to asist me to get to me the hat qhich I lost on board of the flight 1576 when I arrived to Vienna airport on my way frpom JFK to Lwo. It happened because it was no room above my seat's bin and the steard helped me to get my heat in another bin. Unfortunately I forgot at the moment when I left the board of the plane, a minute later I reminded that I forgot my hat but I was not allowed to go back and get my hat. I tried to communicate with the Lot&Found office in Vienna airport as I had 2h40 minutes in connection time and it was enough time to get me back the hat, unfortunately nothing was really done from the airport staff to get me my hat and made to me possible continue traveling with my hat. I spoke to two managers, the name I could share with you if you need. The Found office registered my black hat and the plastic box under the number F2018/000682. In this situation I ask your offices to deliver my hat and the plastic box to Lviv airport as sson as possible as this is a special hat for my daily prayers. I wish you best and ask for your kind assistance to send the item as soon as possible with the nearest flight. Sincerely, Meylakh Sheykhet"
Мінуси: "I was randomly selected for a second security check at the boarding gate in Zurich airport, the security staff were unfriendly, said it was a TSA requirement even though I stated I am a United States Citizen and That I have already passed through a complete security check Point, still they placed a metal & scanning detector on my feet, hands & belt. This was a complete violation of my rights. Never have I faced a humiliating situation at any other airport. If this was a TSA requirement then everyone should be subject to a second security check."

But before that I found out I could not choose seats online for any of the Swiss Air Flights to and from Europe. It "had to be done" at the airport. Why? Never explained. I called Travis International, the agency booking the flights. Totally useless conversation resulted with no explanation."

To go from Naples to Munich and then turn around and go to Zurich before the 10 hour trip to Tampa made no sense. Lousy routing and customer service. Eidelswiss apparently is a lower-end branch of Swiss Air. My airfare was as much as and more than my other friends who flew Delta, for instance. Flights on other airlines did not take 10 hours from Zurich to Tampa. I lost the ticket receipts and could not claim anything for the items I bought to try get through the two full days without luggage, even though the airlines has a record of the claim. Outrageous!!"

Put on the spot to give up my seat for a couple with a 6 month old infant due to the fact that the attachable bassinet had to be in front of the D seat. Neither the parent or myself felt very good about my displacement."

Мінуси: "The flight from Nairobi to Zurich starts in Nairobi, flies an hour south to Dar es Salaam, you then sit on the tarmac for an hour, then you fly north for an hour until you get back to the starting point. I would think they would save money if they flew an empty plane down to Dar es Salaam, picked up those passengers and then flew back to Nairobi. No way should an 8.5 hour flight take over 11.5 hours. Plus my screen didn't work for one of the flights, nearly 12 hours without entertainment was BS. No real variety in their meals either. The first leg had a main meal of beef and potatoes as the meat option, same option for the second leg."

My husband asked for more heat and the stewardess said she would turn it up, but nothing happened. Cold air blew out of the ceiling vents for the entire flight. When we reached our gate, we then waited in a long line to have our passports and boarding passes checked again. There were several Swissair crew members, but only one person to check all of the paperwork for economy. Then another long line to show our boarding passes again, while the business class entrance remained unused. Swissair needs someone to manage this better."

They also demanded an additional charge of 50€ for my checked bag which should have been 1€, apparently, had I complied with the unknown terms."

I have never been treated like this in my life. I understand Europeans are different but they just assumed my wife and I did not speak Spanish and were saying racist things about us just because we are African American. Maybe they had never seen a black person before? Incredible. When I called them out on it in Spanish (which I DO speak) te girl helping us HID her badge so I could not write down her name!! Then "left to go on break" she was so embarrassed. I will never fly Ryanair again and will relate this story to anyone thinking of flying them."

Мінуси: "Questionable ethics in terms of check in. You have to check in online at least two hours before or prepare to pay a fee. This is not spelled out upon purchase of ticket. When checking in, you need to print or download boarding pass or pay a fee when arriving at airport. You must pay for a checked bag before arrival to airport or (you guessed it) pay a fee. We were fortunate to avoid all fees except for the checked bag fee (a convenience fee on top of the price to check a bag). Ryanair's emails provided no link or instructions to check a bag. Also, springing all this information on us two days before travel was sketchy at best. My guess is a healthy percentage of customers use Ryanair for flights in the middle of a vacation and investigating these details are the last thing on travelers' minds. Ryanair knows exactly what they're doing revealing the info when they do."

Мінуси: "I had booked a flight from Rome to Seville in either August or September 2016 for November 10th. I paid for the flights then. Two days before my flight while I'm on vacation, Ryanair sends me an email saying that I must check in online or I will be charged 45 Euro per passenger. This was really inconvenient because who wants to be online while on their vacation? But nonetheless, I did it. Their website sucked so I had to get chat customer assistance. Whenever I made any progress their website would keep sending me back to the beginning of the process. I tried for two days. Finally the day before the flight I was able to complete it and I was charged for my baggage and fast track option for each of us. There were three of us. They sent me email confirmation showing that they charged my credit card for the luggage and the fast track option. Together this came out to about 107 Euro. So I thought ok but at least I checked in and I will be fast tracked because I was charged for it and paid. To my surprise when we get to the airport the customer service people said that I only paid for luggage but did not "check in." I asked how could that possibly be since I had been charged and paid and they said that if I didn't pay the 45 Euro each right there, I couldn't get on the flight. I had no choice but to pay another 135 Euro so I could make my flight. Disgusting scammers."

'Chat rep' finally asked what browser I was using. Google Chrome! It's pretty common. She had to input the info and then told me to print the boarding passes because RyanAir would charge 15 euros EACH to print at airport That's highway robbery! We finally managed to forward the ..pdf to hotel reception and they printed them. RyanAir should not assume that a traveller has access to a printer or a cell phone that functions abroad."
