DFW to MN, St Paul to Schipole, Amsterdam to final destination, Glasgow. So he ends up having to pay for another Lyft back to our apartment in Dallas, then another additional one for the 12 noon flight the next morning. If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

KLM blamed the fog at Manchester but to be honest most other flights seemed unaffected. Put up in an IBIS hotel and fed substandard food and shitty hotel room with an Aircon unit that clunks into action every 30 seconds keeping me awake. It's external so I can't switch it off. Being given a 10 Euro voucher for food at the airport when most food and a drink will cost you 12 to 15 euros."

I was starving and didn’t get a chance to grab food due to short layover time. We took a while to take off. We’re supposed to leave at 4:15 and left closer to 5pm. Then when we were on the air, flight attendants took a while to provide the snacks and water and they didn’t even get around to our row before they had to sit down for touch down. Smh. Terrible and thoughtless. Seats were uncomfortable and very little leg space. Entertainment only works if you’re able to download their app and of course no free WiFi because airlines want to force you to spend more money after you’ve spent a large amount to fly to your destination."

Плюси: "Wow- I was flat out told by the supervisor that "you used a travel agent, Kayak, how is this United's problem? This supervisor then confirmed that my 30 min connection was "on the screen, if you don't like it you shouldn't have booked it, since you used an agent we are not doing anything and it's not our problem". Offered to move me to the earlier flight for $775 per ticket. For a 2 hour flight that was only one leg and also same day. Disgusting people."

Both, yes both, told me there were no seats available when I saw 4 first class seats on line. By the way, did I fail to mention that I had booked 2 International full fair first class tickets? To be treated like they were doing me a favor."

After living in the Newark, NJ area for over 20 years and flying with them as long, I'm awfully tired of them. I will consider other airport options for nonstop flights or do layovers bc I can't stand their overpriced seats and poor service."

The gate crew was running around like they didn't know what they were doing, and they wouldn't fill us in on when we would actually start boarding. We boarded about 30 minutes past the scheduled boarding time. Then once we landed, everyone waited for 30 minutes at the baggage carousel."

Плюси: "I needed to change my plans last minute. I booked (very affordable same day flight), was able to add the confirmation to my United app within minutes and, of course, United was on time and I got home so much earlier. United really came through without any booking issues at all!"

The blanket given to my seat was in package but was used and very vile smelling. The flight attendant was very rude, had an attitude when I asked for a drink after I wasn't offered one. When landing and I was asleep, flight attendant hit my head to wake me up to adjust my seat to the correct position rather then in a polite way. Also luggage was not with the rest of the planes luggage and on a differnt carousel. I travel often and are use to glitches, but when cleanliness and attitude come into the picture those are things that can be controlled. I wish to no longer travel with United again."

The plane turned back around after flying for a while and we had to take a different plane to get to our destination ( from ORD to LAX). Felt completely unsafe and my trip was delayed by over 5 hours."
