I think as a rule that if the staff notices some uncourteous person reclining completely in coach and there is someone behind them, especially if it is a person with longer legs, that they might nicely suggest to that reclining person that they are rude and should recline less. the staff on this plane did nothing of the sort for several violators of this type"

They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"

Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

The flight was delayed due to a number of things - a late arrival, people being let onto the plane slowly, people not sitting down and allowing the plane to taxi and leave. This had a knock on effect of making the plane land late and for me to miss my connection (train) so basically through last minute.com not providing me with the correct details regarding the flight and the flight then being delayed it tripled my whole journey back home."

The only other people who paid besides my friend and I was a family of four from England even though it was clear that other larger bags were let in. Save your frustrations and pay extra for a more professional flight!"

We were required to surrender a bag at boarding because cabin baggage was overbooked, but most people took theirs on anyway. While we followed the rules, we paid the penalty of having to wait for the bag to be retrieved. It cost nothing but time, fortunately. But the bag surrender before the flight was not convenient or easy to monitor. Also agree with the other reviewer that online checkin is required to avoid a fee. And the requirement for non-EU persons to have a PRINTED boarding pass was a pain. Luckily, our hotel agreed to do this for us, but many travelers don't have the option."

Мінуси: "1. We were not allowed to take our carry- on luggage on because it was said to be too bit; however other people in our section carried on bags of the same size. 2. We were put on a bus but then kept in it for at least ten minutes before we were taken to the plane. 3. The seats were uncomfortable. E plane left 18 minutes late because the boarding was handled so poorly."

Мінуси: "Don't call it a Paris airport if it's 100km away! We travel a lot, many big cities have 2 airports, so I didn't blink an eye when it showed Paris had 2 airport options. Like every other place we stay, we got up 3.5hrs before our flight, ate, and caught a cab to the airport. It was the driver who informed us how far it was (100km out of town!). Not only was the cab $175EUROS! But of course we missed our flight to Rome. We had to fly to Pisa and rent a car to Rome. Thus costing us another 11 hours and another $515 EUROS in total. Including the cab! I don't care if you want to sell flights from Beauvais. But don't call it Paris, and at least flash a warning as to how far it is, when people are purchasing!"
