It was not clear why the plane was delayed for so long. It meant in the end that we got to Paris after midnight when the RER train had stopped running and the airport was functionally closed. This meant instead of a train ticket, rather a 55 euro taxi to get home. This was an expensive delay."

The second desk for important passengers did become available when there was no one in line there, but still. Flight crew, staff were all helpful and approachable. Captain gave passengers relevant information and cabin crew did the same. The Flight was problem free no turbulence no delays just well run and well organized."

Boarding in Warsaw was chaotic - no announcements it just sort of started, I was in Zone 3 but there were only lines for Zones 1 and 2. The usual Central European pushing into the line. Flight was nice, smooth and good service. Leg room is limited but that is to be expected on any airline and flight. Would fly LOT again happily. On time, Captain made regular announcements. I arrived safely, as did my luggage. Can't wait for the direct service between Chicago and Budapest."

To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not..."

Just before boarding the issue was attributed to a passenger from the previous flight who was in a wheelchair and required assistance. Would have been nice to know while we waited."

The on the flight, they will not take any credit card that isn't European and they are the first airline to accept cash onboard. Overall our experience was horrible. You would think after making us wait in line for over and hour they wouldn't charge is to PRINT the tickets. This airline is perfect for someone traveling by themselves with only a carry on and having access to a printer."

I bought an exit row seat because I'm big guy. The seat belt didn't fit so I asked for an extension and the flight attendant got very snippy with me and said she would not give me an extension because of "safety reasons". (This has never been the case on any other airline I have flown.) She then very rudely said because of your rather large size we are going to have to move you to another seat where we can give you an extension. Like I said I know I'm a big guy but you don't have to so loud and rude about it. At least say it with a smile and some kindness... Wow. It was just uncomfortable and not a good feeling. Later when I got to sitting in my new seat, they came through with the convince cart (no free snacks or drinks, you pay for everything.) She nor the other attendent with her asked if we wanted and thing, if we were doing alright, nothing. Thank God it was only a 1.5 hour flight. So glad that experience is over."

We booked or flight one day prior to the flight and were shocked to show up at the airport and pay 90 euro to check in at the airport. This is simply a price gouge. I understand a small, nominal fee for this but not 90 euro! That is asinine. I will purposely avoid Ryan Air in the future as this leaves a bad taste in my mouth."
