Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Even when I was awake it appeared I was being overlooked, ignored and left out of complimentary services I saw other receiving....my bad for not asking to be noticed."

These are NORMAL seats and you charge an extra €30? - Normal (2 seats per row!): what a bargain. Same crappy seats, but two people instead of three! This is really worth my money. - Upgrade to business! Why are you so poor! AF food went from being the best in international flights to disgusting microwave food (especially vegetarian)."

I have received 4 emails which all said my flight had a 3 hour delay but did not notify me it will be on time until 20 minutes before departure from Barcelona. Of course, I Went to the information desk to see if they can still board me on the flight but they said no although it still didn't leave. They charged me 115 Euros a ticket but ONLY accepted cash. I was not flying alone and it didn't carry hundreds of euros with me. I had to wait hours just for the exchange to open. The crew at the information thought this was hilarious by the way, particularly the supervisor who had an extremely cheap red hair dye who refused to give me her name then put a scarf over her name tag to hide it. After I thanked the man who was helping me, she naturally yelled from across the information desk "HE SHOULDNT DO THIS!!!!" ... I said thank you? NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINES! I hope they get their act together before this airlines goes out of business!"

In a way it was lucky that it was late; if it had been in time, we would have been queueing on the Stansted tarmac in the rain. The new, additional-cost priority boarding is a joke: almost everyone was a "priority". Several passengers didn't understand the long "priority" queue, so joined it only to be turned away at check-in."

We were at the front of the line for non-priority. They said we had to check our carry-on's because there was no more space. However, they never filled up their overhead bins and they remained empty on the flight! What a scam."

This meant that even though I had no luggage to checkin, still had to wait in 1.5 hour queue to then go to the only desk available for my 20 secs checking and issue of the boarding pass. What a waste of time! (flew from Gatwick as apparently online checkin is available when flying from some other airports)"

Do not fly this airline if you are anything but short and skinny. There are zero amenities for free- which, again, would not have been the case on Czech Airlines. The nonchalant crew attitude from start to finish did not help the experience, nor did the lack of signage to find the airline's check in at Gatwick.."

And the best part - you're only allowed to check 15kgs of luggage, although you paid a full price for CZ airlines, which allows 23!"

Thus, instead of 11:55 (initial time when we bought the tickets.) we flew at 4:00 AM. 3. My husbands flight was canceled without any notice. We got to checking, I was on the system but my husbands ticket was canceled. My husband had a confirmed E-ticket. It was already 1 in the morning... we were shocked... Nobody was there to help. He was sent to another office in the airport to talk to someone that did not a represent the airline. The only flight that could be arrange was via Moscow. My husband arrive to Tel-Aviv 12h later. No compensation was offered, no hotel, food. My husband his a specialist-physician. 20 patients waiting for over 3 months to see him had to be cancelled. He arrived exhausted and upset and could not work even the next day. I would to point out that the travel agent did not get any notice of the cancellation and did ask for it. 4. Old airplane, not comfortable, no space, unfriendly flight attendants for checking and on board. 5. We were not served even water 6. I was very cold but could not get a blanket from the flight attendant. 7. On overall, very bad experience that will not be repeated. I will never fly with this company again."

The moment I arrived to Moscow I was very suprise to Know that my next fly to Tel Aviv on that day canceled too. I had to stay one more nigth in moskow . so I came back to Tel Aviv after 48 hours!!!! Before than I bouthg tickets I checked baggage allowance on the website of Cheh Air Travel Company and it was 23 kg. vs actually16kg !!"

Once on the plane, the cabin service was so slow that they were only to serve the first 20 rows before they had to pack up because the plane was about to land. An airline to avoid ..."

The flight was scheduled for 10:20 and this information was still at the information board even at 11:00 while the information about the status including a new departure slot was definitely known to the airport as well all SmartWings officials by that time!!! Flight was ok but the landing was not. The first attempt was not successful so the plane took off again when almost touching the runway and the second attempt landing was pretty hard. Explanation given for the failed first attempt was most likely only a bad excuse (insufficient distance from previous landing plane). Later I found out the flight captain (Mr. Vojta) was also the instructor for new SmartWings pilots so presume a new pilot was learning to land which as a passenger I don't appreciate to be subjected to."
