Мінуси: "Budapest airport has tricky terminal for the Wizzair planes. You have to go outside the main terminal to get to the Wizz terminals and then you have to go outside again to get to the plane. It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."

Flight times are shitty. Te leave early in the morning so you can barely get some sleep at night. Nor on the plane. They don't any serve food or even water and let you dry up. You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."

I didn't have the code as I was searching emails for the booking agent and airline when it was (as I later discovered) sent by another name. This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

The treatment and the attitude from the personnel at the check in counter was rude, they were short and unkind The staff member in charge of charging for checking was incredibly slow, there were 4 people in line including me and it took her 40 minutes to charge me the 30 euros This was after I already stood in line for the ticket for another 30 mins I almost missed my flight due to their poor handling"

After checking in we scanned our passports using the machines and then we were in what I thought was the boarding area so we relaxed and waited by the screens in a coffee shop. But when our flight gate was announced there was another passport control to get into those gates with a big line which threatened to delay our boarding. There wasn't enough room for everyone to put their bags in the overhead locker which meant there were even more delays and it felt a bit rushed to get off. When we arrived I was queuing down the stairs to get to the queue for passport control which took about 45-60 minutes to get through with no toilets. I was also charged 40 euros per person for not checking in and printing the boarding pass which is my fault, but the charges do seem excessive."

"The whole checkin process was a diseaster! We were flying with Vueling! We had checked in on the app but still had to checkin at the desks with our 10kg hand luggage! The queue for this was 2.5 hours long, with no social distancing in the pandemic (Covid19). When we finally got to the top of the queue, our flight was closing also another queue was opened up! But if we left the queue we were in we would have ended up at the back of a different queue! This seemed pointless to be honest! What could have been done is a bag drop section of the checkin process (Like Ryanair has) it’s much more streamlined and quicker! After all this drama, we only had 15mins to make it through security snd passport control to make the flight on time! It was very stressful and very hot! I was so thirsty that I needed to buy a bottle of water at the boarding gate (to my surprise this small bottle of water was €5- a total rip off! After boarding (which was ok) we were looking forward to a nice cup of coffee on the flight as we usually do! It took the crew nearly 1.5 hours into the flight to get to our seats to serve us! The coffee was dreadful (a hotel type sachet of instant coffee costing €2.60) and a heart burn inducing Turkey, ham and cheese toastie (costing €5.50)! The horrified by the quality! Ryanair is definitely better on food quality, check-in and boarding experience and service, that’s saying something! The flight itself was grand (although lacking interaction from the pilot- which is always nice) it was a smooth flight! When it came to landing it was good but our baggage took nearly 45mins to come out onto the carousel in the terminal! And other delay! Overall I would be giving Vueling perhaps a 2 out of 5 overall! Not impressed!"

We had to pay for a new ticket, which was also delayed, where boarding didn't start until about 40 min after stated time, and set off and hour after stated time."

My boarding pass was issued with no seat number which meant I had to wait with a large group of other people until everyone that had been allocated a seat number boarded. There was no communication from their staff and departure was delayed well over two hours. Things didn’t get much better on board as the crew left it so late to start the food service only passenger upto row 24 got the chance to buy a drink or food before they had to stop serving and prepare for landing. Add all this to the saga that was the outband flight and you’ll understand why the whole plane burst into laughter when the crew announced “welcome to Gatwick, apolagies for the delay, and we look forward to flying with you again”. Shocking service! Never again!"

On a good note, it looks like I'm going to get a full refund. If they had arranged for me and my son to get there by another means - business class?, another airline?? - then I'd be impressed"

The bag checkin processes was a nightmare; I showed up super early to the airport, with more than enough time to check my bag and board without issue. The bag checkin line didn't move for over an hour, and while there were still tons of people waiting to check their bags for flights that were soon departing, most of the counter employees packed up and left. When someone pointed out that we would miss our flights, the attendants said "my shift is over" and walked away. At this point, the line broke and passengers started to cut the line, two people nearly got into a fight, airport security even had to come. My bag was finally checked five minutes before the flight left (!!!!!). I was unsure if I'd make the flight, or if my bag would make it on the aircraft. The worst part is that throughout their incompetent checkin processes, the attendants were all incredibly rude. I am NEVER flying this airline again, even if I have to pay twice as much for my ticket."

The plane was just a few minutes late arriving into Palermo, but it was extremely late leaving for Rome. There didn't seem to be any sense of urgency to get the plane boarded. People were boarding the plane up to 45 minutes after the plane should have departed. I will try to plan better and use Ryanair in the future."

Your best option is to skip the giant line with Priority Boarding. Even in the short Priority Boarding line, it was pretty messy, and a businessman pretending ignorance tried to cut in line in front of me."

Ryanair also sometimes has shuttles that will take you to the plane so you have to hop on a bus then get on a plane...it's weird."
