Security at Frankfurt was so poor. Of the potential number of lines available, there were only two operating despite the number of passengers, most of whom were late for their connections. It took us over 30 minutes to get through. Luckily the connecting flight was delayed over an hour."

They used to give little sandwiches, excellent in quality!!! A cookie is good too, but a better one would do a great difference! Мінуси: "the flight was delayed by 50 min reason was because the flight crew was stuck in a traffic jam from kiev city centre to airport by 1h. the flight crew stayed overnight in Kiev city centre which is 30-40 min drive away from city centre and had time to own accord to have a walk around the city centre in the morning. So I wonder why the crew cannot travel earlier to airport taking into account potential traffic jams. Knowingly I trvaelled to the airport about 2.5h before departure and made it perfectly on time to the airport, even though working in the morning, whereas the crew couldnt make it. maybe Lufthansa should change their crew hotel policy in particular for towns with notorious traffic jams like Kiev.."

Плюси: "I flew round-trip in Business Class from Munich to Kiev and then back to Germany via Frankfort and both flights were on time. The dedicated business class check-in line and advance boarding process was smooth - as were both flights. The cabin crew on both flights were very good and all spoke English well. My chief complaint is with the European Business Class seating model (3 across with center seat empty) - which does not afford much more leg room or seat pitch than in economy class. On the plus side you don't have to get in a fist-fight with anyone over the overhead bin storage problem since there are less people in business class and hence more storage space."

This was a completely full flight and no one even mentioned the possibility of checking it; they put me in an early boarding line and put it in a closet. The way they handle this for myself and the other passenger with an instrument made our day, as well as making boarding smoother forbus and everyone else. Really excellent job on that!"

At that time, we had already checked in and received our boarding passes, as well as checking in 3 bags while we were traveling with a large group. There was no way we wanted to volunteer our seats, especially since we had a transfer flight to catch. We clearly stated we did NOT want to volunteer our seats at the ticket counter. No staff notified us until we were about to get on the plane to board. The flight supervisor was very rude and unprofessional, offering us no alternative solutions. I was really disappointed with such a grievous mistake by the airline, and I would not recommend flying Austrian Airlines unless it was absolutely the only airline available. They need to fix their processes for authorizing when they volunteer a passenger's seat. This caused our group a lot of stress and almost became a logistical nightmare."

We are living in 21 century and most transatlantic airlines have WiFi ! Where’s Austrian did not have it!"

Choices of dinner selections ran out quickly, and serving any type of curry (the only option left) on an 8 hour flight is a very questionable choice.... Staff gave some people the full can of drinks, while others only a half glass. Also, even though there was not much turbulence throughout the flight, the plane was still VERY shaky for the majority of the time in the air. Not very comforting for those who are not frequent flyers. In the future, I plan to stick with British Airlines."

Мінуси: "The seats are so incredibly small for a long haul flight. Two people must compete for shoulder space, as there simply isn't enough room for both to sit back completely. Constant elbow issues and a feeling of being locked into a small space. I've never been so happy to exit from a flight. Note that on the JFK-BUD-JFK route, LOT subcontracts to a low-cost Portuguese airline, so this plane isn't configured for a trans-Atlantic flight, at least not for a minimal level of comfort. Never again. Pay more for a decent seat on another carrier! And take a large bottle of water, as they're not at all generous with the water, soda, and juice. My seatmate and I were parched and couldn't wait to clear customs so as to buy a bottle of water."

Lot didn't provide any drink or food, and also they didn't give us any information about our flight, they just ignored us. We were very frustrated, our kids were hungry and thirsty but nobody from LOT company didn't care about it. They even didn't say "sorry " . I will not recommend this airline to my friends or to somebody else, just be careful with this airline."

Мінуси: "I have an American passport and did not realize I needed to get a visa stamp before boarding the plane. While I do realize now that it is mentioned on my boarding pass, there was no other mention of it along the way from arriving at the airport, checking my bag (I used self check), going throigh security, or anywhere else in the RyanAir terminal. Perhaps this could be made more clear for travelers who have never experienced this before."

Despite having already checked in online, Ryannair apparently thinks I should have spent my holiday hunting down a print shop as not to incur their "get a printed boarding pass from an unpleasant ticket counter employee" fee. No boarding pass kiosks and unclear why they would not provide a digital one upon online check-in. Or rather it became clear as I handed over my debit card. Seats are intentionally designated apart from your travel companions so you'll pay more to have them switched to sit next your friend. Cabin is extra cramped. Ryannair is all-around terrible by budget airline standards."

One poor passenger had a seizure on the way to the runway and was subjected to their reticule! They should have been removed!"

Also they close the gate 30 minutes before and it takes 30 minotes to get to the gate Very difficult process so fate was closed and I had to pay 60 eu for luggage which was never clear anywhere and I had to check-in 3 hours before you have to check in before u can print the boarding pass so I was looking for a boarding pass but could t get it since I didn't know I had to check In???????? Mo5hi g explained anywhere!"

Found out during boarding they were checking bags for free...should have done carry on and avoided the extra costs."

Мінуси: "I paid £275 for my TICKET ,after 2 min I rang them for cancel my ticket they said refund only £177 Then I said ok change the ticket they said still need to pay penalty charge as well, i wasnt happy then they call me back he said we cancel your ticket and refunds £240 , I lost £35 in 10 min ."

Мінуси: "As an international traveler, I'm not aware of international flight times and rules when traveling. Thus, before my flight on the day, I tried to check-in online which was not available. I then checked check in times cut offs and on the website it clearly says in black and white that check in closes 45mins prior to departure. I made it to the Pegasus check in desk 55mins prior to departure, but it was already closed. In a complete frenzy, I ran to the one and only Pegasus agent and she absolutely refused to help me, saying "everyone knows it's one hour before check in". Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case."

With that kind of money, I could have flown a much better airline, with working AC, complimentary WATER, and a plane that at least doesn't smell like stale, sweaty nastiness. Pegasus is a joke and will never see a penny from me again. Not to mention that you have to take a bus to the airports from the plane!!! All in all, you will get treated like a very low class citizen on this airline."

Мінуси: "I was delayed in London, and thus missed my subsequent flights to Ankara and to Erbil. Arriving in Istanbul, there was a massive crowd at the transit desk with two Pegasus agents. They spoke little English and did not attempt to create an orderly queue. Instead, they were helping random people. Given that persons on the delayed flight were losing potential time to catch other flights, it was extremely unprofessional and rude to go about managing the issue in this way. I was quite exasperated and was told to calm down by Pegasus officials. Ultimately, I was delayed for one DAY, and forced to flight out the next night at midnight. If Pegasus had been consistent in managing passengers from a delayed flight, I could potentially have gone on to my final destination without a 24 hour delay."

Мінуси: "Miserable experience. This was flight was diverted to Kuwait due to weather. We were told we would be taking off a few hours later. Then we were told that we would be given a hotel room for the night in Kuwait. In the end, we all just waited around in the Kuwait airport for hours without any assistance from any airline representatives. I wound up having to book another flight, as the Pegasus delay was 13 hours (even though other flights were departing to Bahrain much earlier)."

There was no drink served with it but sold separately. Then it took over an hour for my tray to be picked up."

People just haphazardly asked or found out from someone else that they had to comply. The checked some passports and tickets prior to the flight to help in boarding but it was a mess. At one point they held the buses because they lost a passenger associated with a ticket and were yelling inside the bus looking for her. Never experienced such disorganization."

Мінуси: "When the flight landed in Istanbul, plenty of people had tight connections, and no one would help us. With any other airline and in any other airport in the world, every staff member would do everything they could to get all the passengers to their connections. When several of us asked for help and no one would help us. I missed my flight and Pegasus booked me on another flight that had already boarded, so I almost missed that one as well. I couldn't believe that the staff of the airline refused to take us to the front of passport control lines to get us through more quickly, and I can't believe that even when I showed staff that my flight was already boarding, they told me I just had to wait. I will not fly with Pegasus again if there are any other options. Absolutely unbelievable."
