Мінуси: "Leg room - I know in economy you can't expect much but passengers are really cramped on the 787. 9 hours of sitting in a very restricted space with little opportunity to get up and about if you are hemmed in between two fellow passengers - and once the idiot in front of me had reclined his seat it became very uncomfortable. I don't frankly see why seats need to recline at all - it does not make it much more comfortable for those "reclining" and certainly makes it considerably worse for the person sitting behind. I also don't understand LOT's boarding process - it didn't make much difference but if you are assigned a ZONE 3 boarding number and it is never displayed and never called, what"s the point."

Many people stood in a long line for at least an hour with no information about why they couldn't check in. When we did check in, they couldn't print my wife's boarding pass for the next flight and told us that we would have to print it at the gate. We found out in Poland that she was missing an eTA number necessary for her to fly into Canada. With the flight delay and lack of information, the application did not process in time, and we missed our connecting flight. As a result, we were stuck in Poland for 24 hours, leading to lost sleep, added expense, and much frustration."

An apparently overbooked flight led to a cascade of errors - there seemed to be a total breakdown in communication between the gate/services team and the ground crew, etc. as to where the extra passengers came from and what could be done with them. They even admitted to their being many misunderstandings among the LOT staff themselves as they struggled to rectify the situation. The worst outcome was that we got trapped in the bus, right outside the plane, for 30 minutes. They had sent us to board while back at the gate they were still arguing over who should actually be on the plane. During this time there was no sign of the cabin crew at all. After 10 minutes or so the driver left to go and have a chat with some of the ground ops team and we were left on our own as the windows steamed up and small children started to cry. The whole thing was an appalling exercise in miscommunication - both between staff themselves and between staff and passengers."

Мінуси: "on the website i ordered and payed for a meal, and automatically it went to the last and the shortest leg of the flight. it did not ask which leg i was interested in. so i phoned their customer service to get this fixed, they said they cannot fix it and closed the phone on me. on the website is said that from israel you cannot do advance internet checkin, and when i arrived at the checkin they said that i should have done this advanced check in, and since i didn't i need to go to their ticket office and pay a penalty of 35$ per passenger. there also was no warning on the website of any such penalty. i will never fly with them again if i can help it."

"Not writing it clearly and visible at the time of ticket purchase" is certainly tricking and misleading us. This is a crime!"

First they said it was problems in Amsterdam, then problems with the plane, then traffic in Amsterdam. It was hard to tell what was true and what was avoiding penalties (it is possible that equipment issues caused them to lose their spot, and get caught in traffic delays). I hate that they charge 2.5 euros for water on the flight. Their carryon rules only allow us to take the smallest of bags (smaller than other airlines) but when I got on the plane, lots of people had medium sized carryons."

They weren't grumpy or tired inspite of the early hour. It was a quick, uneventful flight. Smooth trip, nice landing. This was my first time on RyanAir. Overall, I was impressed. Considering the low cost, I'm definitely flying RyanAir again."
Мінуси: "Boarding process with its long line seemed demoralizing. Maybe you should take a tip from Disney World and switchback the lines. One line that stretches 40 meters is depressing. Maybe, board people by sections. This would help the long line. But the line did move amazingly quickly. A giant point in your favor. Seats: didn't recline - not comfortable. We didn't have meal service, so can't comment on that."

We didn't think anything of it until we got to airport to find that we didn't show checked in, had to pay EXTRA to have our boarding passes printed off, and had to pay for EACH of our bags as well!! OH! And it's almost DOUBLE if you pay for it at the airport where you can weigh it then if you do it online! And take caution! Our bags that are considered carry on size are still too big for this airline do you will forced to check Them! This is obviously how they offset their inexpensive tickets! The cost of the ticket, once you add in all the other unexpected expenses in order to actually get on the flight, was NOT worth the "cheap" tickets we got! That's the only reason we decided to fly to Ireland while on our trip to the U.K. Had we known it would cost this much we never would have come to Ireland for two days!!"

Anyway, Ryanair has a fee for not checking in outside the airport. The fee was 50% of my total flight cost ($54 USD.) I've flown on a LOT of airlines, I've never been charged a fee for airport check in. And even if I had to, if you want to nickle and dime a little bit I get it, you're a budget airline, thats what you're supposed to do. But if you're going to charge RIDICULOUSLY HIGH fees for very common practices as a boarding passenger (I'm not talking about flight insurance or premiere seat selection or other gimmicks but things people do regularly, like checking in at an airport) you better put that front and center during the payment phase of your checkout interface. Good lord."
Плюси: "For the first time in Fuerteventura the Priority queue was boarded first and passengers barracking the Staff were rightly refused when Other queue was on their boarding card"
Мінуси: "Hateful the way the Staff are obliged to accept being walked on by "classified" travellers. A Party boarded the plane, not having booked seats and refused to sit down until they were all seated together. It took several "asks" before volunteers gave up their seats to do so. These volunteers had actually paid and booked for their seats but were discommoded due to the pressure put on them by Staff advising that the flight would not leave until all passengers were seated. The answer is that that the people are taken off the flight and accommodated on another later flight with seating together. They had played this card before and will do so again unless Ryanair STOP IT"

My husband felt claustrophobic from the heat and found it very difficult to get any sleep on this night flight - which is a first for him as he's usually asleep as soon as the plane lifts off."

From Kiev to Munich (same size aircraft) I was restricted to one carryon up to 7kg. I had to figure out how to put the excess weight into my checked carryon. I weigh 20kg less than average 6ft, 45 yr old."
