After talking to 4 different people at cashier booths for an hour, we finely got tickets with Austrian lines to our destination city. I wish that Borispol Airport team could be more prepared(provide more customer service personal) to solve the problems such as a flight delay in order to serve better the passengers in stressful situations."

Мінуси: "Flight out was late due to the bus being late picking up the crew. We had to run for our connections. On the way back we were delayed again , leaving 20 minutes to make our connection. Security at Frankfurt was so poor. Of the potential number of lines available, there were only two operating despite the number of passengers, most of whom were late for their connections. It took us over 30 minutes to get through. Luckily the connecting flight was delayed over an hour."

Some passengers were served, some didn’t get served at all. It was a long journey coming from Boston. Imagine arriving home after 1 am without any food."

When I finally got to speak to someone, this person couldn’t help me. I got terrible seats because of this, luckily they could switch me to a better seat right before the flight. Think Online check-in should be arranged better."

Плюси: "My flight from Budapest took off hour later then scheduled. We landed in Munich only ten minutes before the international flight's take off to San Francisco. Upon the Munich landing, eight of us were escorted on a special bus, with a special pass controll and on special routs to make sure we get on the plane on time. Our laggage managed to get on the same plane as well. Thank you Lufthansa!"

Мінуси: "the flight was delayed by 50 min reason was because the flight crew was stuck in a traffic jam from kiev city centre to airport by 1h. the flight crew stayed overnight in Kiev city centre which is 30-40 min drive away from city centre and had time to own accord to have a walk around the city centre in the morning. So I wonder why the crew cannot travel earlier to airport taking into account potential traffic jams. Knowingly I trvaelled to the airport about 2.5h before departure and made it perfectly on time to the airport, even though working in the morning, whereas the crew couldnt make it. maybe Lufthansa should change their crew hotel policy in particular for towns with notorious traffic jams like Kiev.."

Плюси: "I flew round-trip in Business Class from Munich to Kiev and then back to Germany via Frankfort and both flights were on time. The dedicated business class check-in line and advance boarding process was smooth - as were both flights. The cabin crew on both flights were very good and all spoke English well. My chief complaint is with the European Business Class seating model (3 across with center seat empty) - which does not afford much more leg room or seat pitch than in economy class. On the plus side you don't have to get in a fist-fight with anyone over the overhead bin storage problem since there are less people in business class and hence more storage space."

When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Seat belts much shorter than other airlines, so very confining, unable to loosen to relax in any position other than sitting straight in seat. In Rome had to check in & go through security at Terminal 5 then get bussed to Terminal 3. Only airport where we had to take out all electronics, including converter plugs, headphones, etc, place in a flimsy clear plastic bag ( that broke ) to go through security. Line to check bags pretty slow for number of passengers. Glad we had plenty of time."

No empathy or understanding just screw the Customer at every opportunity. No longer a Ryanair Customer, its Service and Respect that I prefer,,,"

There was no food or cold drinks on the flight and we were delayed by an hour and half which meant my partner who came to pick me up had to pay £27 for parking. Ridiculous! So no, never again."

When I arrived to the airport they said that because I didn't have a boarding pass they need to print it and charged me 50 euro. I felt that this was a scam for Ryanair to make money off their customers. They said it was Kayak's fault that I did not receive a confirmation email. Then after my flight left, an email came. I want a refund of 50 euro."

Some of the passengers were boarded then the rest of the passengers were left standing in line at the gate for a prolonged period of time. Boarding staff did not address the passengers while we waited. We did not know how serious the issue was while we waited, if we were going to be allowed to board, or if the flight was going be cancelled. Just before boarding the issue was attributed to a passenger from the previous flight who was in a wheelchair and required assistance. Would have been nice to know while we waited."

It was confusing and I had not been prepare to use internet too much on my vacation abroad. This made it very confusing and difficult to try and do emailing on my old phone. And Not something any of the other flight bookings I made required. Or had such a high charge for not doing. Why isn't just buying ticket enough? Why did I need to do an added checkin, with such a high cost. And the people at airport were not understanding or helpful at all. What a hassle and pain to spend same amount as ticket itself practically."

For Americans traveling between outside countries, Ryan Air has a small area on the boarding pass regarding the "attaining of a visa stamp on the boarding pass, in the baggage drop-off area, prior to boarding the flight." The rest of the boarding pass has other nonsense in larger and highlighted texts, but something as important as obtaining a visa stamp was small and obscure. The gate attendant made a stink about us not having it stamped and was trying to prevent us from boarding because of it. Our response was that no one, at any point, stated we needed a visa stamp on the boarding pass when we checked our luggage in the baggage drop-off area. I've traveled between countries before and have never experienced something like this. Additionally, Ryan Air knew we were Americans since we had to provide our passport numbers abe the country that issued them when we checked in online. You would think that they would have their systems flag Americans so that their employees know to say "hey, I see you're an American. FYI, you need to her a visa stamp on your boarding pass at the baggage drop-off area prior to boarding." Will never use Ryan Air again in my life, regardless of the supposed savings (cause in reality, there are OTHER & BETTER airlines to choose from; don't give crooks business and better to give it to their competitors)."

Мінуси: "Was informed by an EXTREMELY rude employee when I came to check in that having my boarding pass printed would cost me 55 euros. I was perfectly willing to pay- I had not fully read all correspondence from Ryanair that warned me of this fact (my fault). My problem was with the extremely rude service. If I'm paying 55 euros for the service of printing a piece of paper, I expect it to be rendered with a little less active eye rolling. I also understand the need to discourage people from checking in at the counter to keep fares low, but this fee is not discouraging people- 10-20 euros would do that- 55 euros is clearly aimed to take advantage of people who do not frequently fly ryanair, or use mobile phone boarding passes (such as Americans with no service abroad). I'd suggest warning customers of this fact when they submit their original payment, where they are certain to see it. I often don't read correspondence suggesting I check in online because my phone is not capable of doing this and it's not a requirement of most airlines. If you truly want to avoid people checking in at the counter (and are not trying to just gauge people)- ensuring that people are informed of this fact by putting a notification where they are guarateed to see it (such as when they submit payment) would be more effective than a 55 euro fee."

Плюси: "Can't get any cheaper than that so I did not expect much. The check-in process was not bad, and going into the plane was surprisingly easy. Was expected to be treated as cattle, but was pleasently surprised to find otherwise."

Мінуси: "Customer services aren't very helpful have a figure it out attitude. Don't tell you proper information. Not even employees to with customer demand. I will never ride with again!"

Плюси: "Boarding was quick, amazingly enough space in overhead lockers for everyone's luggage, crew friendly, flight on time..Didn't have food and there was no entertainment."

Плюси: "Not organized boarding; not comfortable seats; ridiculous prices for food that isn't even good! No entertainment at all. I sugest better prices of food and better quality as well; more confortable seats and some sort of entertainment!"
