When I mean there was no line, its not that there were no people, its that we stood grouped together, because there was not enough space for everyone, so no line could form. So people simply cut in front of each other and there was quite a bit of anger and tension.Once we were on board, and seated, they came through and provided a meal. However after about 3 hours, I wanted to get some water to take medicine and I pushed the call light to get the flight attendant to come over and it was literally 45 minutes before anyone came into the economy portion. All of the flight attendants were either in first class, or hiding somewhere else. As one point 5 call lights were on and no one came. My wife got up and started looking for someone and finally I got water to take my pills. Almost an hour after I hit the call button. When the flight attendant came, I asked her if it was possible to purchase a soda, crackers, or anything as my blood sugar was low. She said there is nothing available for purchase, and did not offer anything. The only help I received was from a fellow passenger who offered a candy bar. I can not believe that there was nothing the attendant could offer me. I was willing to pay 10 euros for a soda, and they still said no. That is unacceptable."

Мінуси: "My wife and I arrived to the airport for our honeymoon extremely excited. We had been saving for our trip to Italy for months, and we were finally going to get things started. Everything fell apart when we went to check in and we were told that my wife couldn’t use her ticket because she had changed her last name. We were told that there was no way that the name on the ticket could be changed because of TSA regulations. Of course, we were also told that we could have changed the name had we purchased a more expensive ticket. In other words, we were lied to and told the issue was regulation, when really they wouldn’t help us because we couldn’t afford a more expensive ticket. The only help we were given was the pleasure of paying over $1,500 more to get my wife on the flight. I am in the process of trying to get this refunded, but as of now we have paid twice for my wife to fly, and neither ticket has been refunded. We may have accidentally broken a rule, but the only function that rule seems to have is to make us pay twice for the same seat. As of now, I would never fly this airline again, and I would warn everyone away from it. I will update this post if TAP does the right thing by two honeymooners."

Worse, after 2-hours with customer service, nobody there made any real attempt to remedy the situation or offer any compensation. Worst airline experience EVER."

Мінуси: "They forced me and my friend to check our 2 carry on sized bags at the gate. Then they charged us $100 each for checking the bags. When we asked them to explain the charges the lady at the counter was rude and brushed us off saying that it's always more expensive to check bags at the gate. This was our return flight from Prague to Paris. We were on the same plane for our departing flight to Prague and were able to carry-on our luggage no problem. Worst customer service I have ever had on a flight."
Плюси: "I bought a full fare ticket of Czech airlines and got two low cost operators which did not backup the full fare price. Flight should I use a standard air line and NOT a low cost one. Flight should include food, entertainment media, drink (soft), power for charging, etc. Flight should include high quality staff and SPACE for legs (nor extra, just normal space) Actually this was sold as Czech airline flight with Czech airlines flight code. I feel I have been cheated."

Мінуси: "As a result of several errors and misinformation, out reservations from Paris to our final destination we're cancelled. In addition, one bag was delayed and the other remains missing. Throughout our journey back to the US, we were assured by CA and Delta personnel that "everything will be fine" when we reached our next stopover, but at each stop, we arrived to find that we had no reservation for the next leg."

Мінуси: "I asked for an emergency place due to my height (6"5) and got one, only to realize that instead of placing 2 rows for the emergency area they placed 3(!) rows, making the emergency exits the smallest rows on the plane. Eventually we were moved to other seats, but that was horrible. No food. No Entertainment. Crew was Hebrew speaking but talked to the passangers only in English (bad one, I must add)."

Мінуси: "Don't let it fool you. SmartWings is a low-coster, although you pay a full price of the CZ Airlines. No food. A glass of water is 2EUR. No service whatsoever. The smallest legroom I ever had. The flight was delayed by an hour and a half with no explanation. And the best part - you're only allowed to check 15kgs of luggage, although you paid a full price for CZ airlines, which allows 23!"

Мінуси: "*The online check in didn't work, so I wasn't sure if I actually had a flight until I got to the airport. *Upon arriving at the airport, the flight number had changed, which added to confusion. *Upon boarding aircraft, I realized I was assigned row 32... in a 25 row plane. I guess I was the first to realize this, as when I pointed it out to a flight attendant, she conferred briefly with a coworker and then they declared it was open seating. *The beverage service took so long that they never got to my row."

We were stunned! we never got such good treatment"

Once boarding was completed, 1 hour late, we sat in the plane for a further 30 minutes without any communication of the cause of the delay or when we were going to leave. In fact, when the flight actually pulled back from the gate, several people were standing, or in the rest room, having given up on the flight actually departing. Once on the plane, the cabin service was so slow that they were only to serve the first 20 rows before they had to pack up because the plane was about to land. An airline to avoid ..."

Did they not know that people had bought the ticket and waited in Prague? Where is their responsibility? 110 kc not account for it"
