I had to pay 23 extra US Dollars for every Kg, summing up to $160 for 7 Kgs!! Those additional belongings were crucial and important to carry, it very well understood that a certain capacity is only allowed onboard, yet being considerate and understanding in terms of customers' needs and priorities is as equally critical and important. I think the way the airline approaches the "Extra Weight" issue needs to be revisited, keeping in mind both sides' interests and concerns."

It took us over 30 minutes to get through. Luckily the connecting flight was delayed over an hour."

Flight happened to be late so I missed my connection, and they offered some more misinformation in that regard; There were of course human beings (staff) to deal with, but they had been reduced by Lufthansa's rules and systems so they were just robots, repeating over and over again inflexible policies. So I wonder why the crew cannot travel earlier to airport taking into account potential traffic jams. Knowingly I trvaelled to the airport about 2.5h before departure and made it perfectly on time to the airport, even though working in the morning, whereas the crew couldnt make it. maybe Lufthansa should change their crew hotel policy in particular for towns with notorious traffic jams like Kiev.."

Плюси: "I flew round-trip in Business Class from Munich to Kiev and then back to Germany via Frankfort and both flights were on time. The dedicated business class check-in line and advance boarding process was smooth - as were both flights. The cabin crew on both flights were very good and all spoke English well. My chief complaint is with the European Business Class seating model (3 across with center seat empty) - which does not afford much more leg room or seat pitch than in economy class. On the plus side you don't have to get in a fist-fight with anyone over the overhead bin storage problem since there are less people in business class and hence more storage space."

Мінуси: "I'm only 5'4" and felt like a stuffed sausage in those seats. I've never experienced such little leg room and I don't know how taller people even sit in those seats. 90% of the screens were not working at all and were burning hot to touch. Also, what's up with the spray they use along as they walk along the overhead storage bins (insecticide?). We all had to cover our nose/mouths as they walked by. Will completely avoid FlyDubai for any future flights."

Everything, including water, had a price tag, unless your flight originated from an international previous flight. During the four hour flight there was no entertainment available, wi fi was expensive, and flight attendants were practically non existent. Water......, a plain bottle of water, cost $2.00! I had to beg for a paltry cup of water that supposedly came with my flight. Fly Dubai is nothing near the service and reputation of Emerites. Other connecting airlines to Nepal are much better."

Мінуси: "Every thing is bad and I'll give you the details : 1- the plane is really small and with a full smelly passengers. 2-the seats are really bad and you can literary remove the cushion. under you. 3-bad crowd management from the crew. 4- a half hour delay. 5-a bad takeoff and a really painful landing. 6-they tried to move me because of a family. 7- the AC does not work fully. 8- the food is extremely bad and hard to eat & chew. 9- the luggage took a long time but to be fair that's not their fault. And the list goes on and on and on. I highly recommend to take a different airline."

We waited on the tarmac shuttle nearly 15minutes because plane wasn't clean. Check-in line was ridiculously long and only one person working. Boarding zones we're ignored a crew member just yelled the name of the flight to signal boarding."

Мінуси: "I was NOT impressed with this airline. I have never been on a transcontinental flight that did not provide on board entertainment or food. I thought the absence of both was ridiculous. Plus I went to try to read the news option- which was actually free and the papers were from 2014!!!! WTH?!There is no room to put everything- no pouch in the seat ahead of you so nowhere to put the food or drink that you have to bring on board or any of your travel things. I have no idea why. The FlyDubai terminal in Dubai is also quite lacking- I felt like I was trapped in crappy restaurant. I'm not certain that I will ever use use this airline again- not impressed."

During this waiting period they issued coupons for 1 toast bread with cheese and 1 soft drink !! To redeem the coupon was very humiliating !!! They did even appologize !! On the plane the crew was very rude, after all this wait an old lady wanted to change her seat for more leg room, they forbid her and asked her to pay for it , when she got upset they threatened her to drop her off the flight in a very rude way.... i will never go with flydubai again."

No food or drink unless you paid. And the exit row seats went empty the entire flight because, unlike most other airlines, they didn't fill them when no one paid the extra $100 to buy the increased leg room, they wouldn't let anyone move there. Noting pleasant about the experience. And it was esp. galling after flying 12 hours on Emirates, which was fantastic in every way!"

Fly Dubai flight from Kathmandu was 5 hours late in departing, so I missed my connection in Dubai, had to stay overnight and was ultimately 18 hours late in reaching my final destination. 2. Paying for food and drink (even water!) on a 5+ hour international flight is ridiculous. I don't know any other airline that does this. US airlines on domestic flights at least provide soft drinks, water, tea and coffee and the odd snack free. 3. No entertainment. A big minus on such a long flight."
Плюси: "The only thing I liked about this airline was the flight they had available the day I needed it, and the price was reasonable. But the flight was oversold, so I wasnt able to take it anyways."
Мінуси: "Fly Dubai check in at Dubai Airport is run by non-employees. My wife and I waited 1.5 hours in line. The staff helps other customers who are late for their flight cut in front of the line, and therefore make everyone else late for their flight. We finally arrive to the front and are told our flight has been oversold, and that it is full. We asked to be put on another flight and they said the next ones leave tomorrow. We were told we had to go wait in another line to arrange a flight or refund. We waited in that line for almost 1 hour, and the employee gave us an email address written on a post it note, and said if we wanted a refund to email them. Just an awful airline. Some other passengers wanted the flight the next day and Fly Dubai offered them a hotel for the night but said the hotel is full. The airline has an awful check in system, awful customer service, and has yet to offer us a refund, or even reply to the email we sent them six days ago. Regardless of their ticket price I will never fly with this airline ever again."
