Then when it became apparent I wasn't getting out that night I was informed that there were no hotel vouchers and I would have to find my own hotel! After searching for an hour for a hotel (all were sold out in Boston) I called a friend who lives outside of Boston. No one gave me a taxi voucher because it was not to a hotel. LUFTHANSA customer service is the WORST!!!!!!!!"

I always fly first row to be able to work with my laptop, however due to a last minute plane change the new A321 did not have a 1D or 1F, only 1A and 1C. I had booked 1D, but was moved back to 5D with absolutely no option to change back to the first row to finish my work. I had to sit sideways to be able to work, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I don't understand why they couldn't have moved me back to the first row and move the non-SEN/HON sleeping members back to 5D and 5F, or at least asked them if they would mind. The plane was massively late, and I missed my followup meetings at the airport."

Actually, I was running there and got to the gates at 9:40 AM but air hostess said that I've already missed it. They said that I had enough time and that's my fault - I even should be thankful that I don't pay for another flight that I am going to be flying in 7 hours. Bottom line: I got to Kiev at 9:20 PM and moreover, the flight landed 30 mins late. It never happened to me, despite I've been more than on 25 flights. I am shocked by employee's behavior and the situation in general. Would never recommend Lufthansa airline to anyone."

Airport security at the connecting airport bounced us back and forth a few times before deciding we should enter the transfer terminal and hope someone from LOT was still on duty. LOT put us up in a hotel overnight and booked us on a flighty the next day. The hotel was 1 hour drive, 50miles, from airport. I reached my final destination 13 hours late."

Мінуси: "I purchased my ticket through Kayak on priceline.com In the description of the fair it was specifically stated that I'm allowed 1 checked in bag. The airline did not send me the standard check in and flight information email, so when out of concer for my flight, I logged in a few hours before to find out that all the good seats were already taken. When I then proceeded to online check in, I was dumbfounded to find out that I do not have any luggage allowance. When I called their English language help line I was connected to a prerecorded message and then promptly connected to a Polish speaking person. Lucky for me I speak some Polish, but if you do not you would have a problem. The person then proceeded to inform me that the flight from Poland to London that I was taking is considered by the Polish airlines as a local flight and for that reason I'm not allotted a free checked in bag. I fly a lot all over the world and this is the first time something like this has ever happened to me. I will now permanently stay away from Lot. They shouldnot be considered a major airline, but a cheap flight air. This way when booking a flight you would know to not expect much from them."

I then asked multiple aiport staff members if they heard of Brussels Airlines and they said they did not. One person said it may be terminal 1, so I went there based on very little information and with hopes it would be there. I got to terminal 1 to discover there is no Brussels Airlines. I walked to Lufthansa because my return flight is through them, but it was not there either. At this point I have 45 min to make it through security and board, and no one can tell me where Brussels Airlines is. The good news is the flight was delayed, and I got an email from United Airlines with the flight status. This is the first time I was contacted by United and there was a completly different flight number than the itinerary. United should be more clear on the airline and terminal information for international flights!"

The steward was chewing while serving food. No more what high standards are about. Just to get through with the job. Sad."

Плюси: "Comfortable seats on the long flight. The crew did their best to put together a vegetarian breakfast for me."
Мінуси: "It would be helpful to make meal choice an easy option as you are purchasing your flight, or checking in. More vegetarian options ready for guests on flight."

Плюси: "Crew members are nice and attentive."
Мінуси: "Entertainment: they took away personal screen but then the "new" personal device entertainment option never worked on our roundtrip flight SFO-PVG. The movie froze every 10-15min even on their own big screen. Food was very disappointing even by airline food standard. I was not expecting it to be great food but hey at least provide some options with decent taste please? Comfort: Seats are tight and you will have very minimal space and an awkward position if the person in front of you recline the seat but you don't. Flight is old and seats are uncomfortable. Very little leg room"

Плюси: "Absolutely nothing! My flight was scheduled for takeoff at 8:15 pm on Wednesday.I boarded my flight on two different occasions only to be informed that there were mechanical issues.that first delayed & eventually cancelled my flight. I was kept waiting and inconvenienced until 5am, when I was finally offered an alternate 12noon flight later that day as well as a comped room at a nearby hotel. My time is very valuable & limited and because of this experience my itinerary was adversely affected. I will be hard pressed to ever fly United again. Michael Aponte- Very Disappointed!"

Мінуси: "There was only one snack - a zesty ranch snack mix. I couldn't eat it because it was a little spicy. I was not offered an alternative, I don't know if there was one."
