Мінуси: "Budapest airport has tricky terminal for the Wizzair planes. You have to go outside the main terminal to get to the Wizz terminals and then you have to go outside again to get to the plane. It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."

They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"

I travel with a musical instrument (guitar) in a soft case. Easily fits in overhead bin compartments. The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not..."

After checking in we scanned our passports using the machines and then we were in what I thought was the boarding area so we relaxed and waited by the screens in a coffee shop. But when our flight gate was announced there was another passport control to get into those gates with a big line which threatened to delay our boarding. There wasn't enough room for everyone to put their bags in the overhead locker which meant there were even more delays and it felt a bit rushed to get off. When we arrived I was queuing down the stairs to get to the queue for passport control which took about 45-60 minutes to get through with no toilets. I was also charged 40 euros per person for not checking in and printing the boarding pass which is my fault, but the charges do seem excessive."

We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."
Мінуси: "I was in 24B middle seat which was very cramped as the seat too small and back of seat too low, knee area not enough, no chance of getting to sleep as you cannot get comfortable enough as you cannot even sleep on the tray, kids screaming all around me, people behind me kept kicking moving my seat, people in front of me too loud Bulgarian's. At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."

Up until 2 hours, in other words when it left Stansted for Nice, there was no explanation as to why. The Stansted Express tickets we paid for an hour before the scheduled take off had to be forfeited Upon arrival at Stansted Airport, we were made wait for our plan to taxi to its gate, wait to get off and then wait for our bags to arrive which took well over an hour. Between Stansted Airport, hailed as one of the worst airports and Ryanair, who’s cabin manager was a clown, the whole experience start to finish as a fiasco!"

If you updated this for the express boarding people I feel you would get many more who would pay the extra money to have that option. There was no communication on the flight boards and no member of staff from Ryanair or other near the gate. At about 12.30 two members of airport staff turned up and started the boarding process and eventually we got away an hour late at 12.55 still none the wiser about the lack of communication, service and delay. It would take a lot to persuade me to fly with Ryanair again."

Two planes I have been are booth 727-800 series and both flights were easy and very good. The boarding process was also efficient and they had the plane ready for take off on time and 10 minutes early into Barcelona."

I also signed up for their App, but because I am not an EU citizen, the App does not function. The airline has loaded the plane with the maximum number of seats, so there very little room, particularly leg room. Both my flight were under an hour, so it was not a problem, but a longer flight would be uncomfortable."

When I checked-in at their counter, they wanted to charged me €40. The lady wouldnt believe me when I told her that I tried to checkin online for 2 hours but their system was down. That's when I showed her the photo of the screen shot, she called someone on the phone telling him or her of the situation and that I have proof of screenshots. They finally allowed me to check-in with no fee. Second, When I dropped my 3 luggages, they wanted to charge me for my 2 check luggage allowances. I told the lady that I bought online for 3 luggages allowances,but their system only showed that I only bought one. It took several minutes for them to realized that I was right. Third, maybe because of my lack of sleep and tired of travelling for over a month, i left my shoulder bag under the seat of the plane. My fiancee's and my passports as welk.as £500, smart tablet,camera,credit cards,jewelries and other personal belongings were inside my bag. That day was the last day of our 40days vacation. When I got outside of the terminal, that's when I realized that I left my bag on the plane. I went quickly to Ryan air desk but the lady told me that we have to go to the lost item counter and wait for my bag to show up. I waited the whole afternoon at the lost item counter and the lady there told me to just call them and ask if my bag has showed up. When I got to the hotel, I called the airline for rebooking on my flight back to my country. I went back the next day to the airport,but my bag has not showed up at the lost item counter. I was able to get the contact numbers of Ryan air in-charge of this matter. I requested someone to call the person in cbarge,telling him that my bag couldnt be lost because of strict security inside the airport, after a long wait,they finally said they found my bag. I waited 1 hour for Ryan air staff to turn over my bag to the lost item coiunter. When I finally got my bag, there were only £40 left in my bag and a piece of jewelly was missing. I will fly back to my country today and I will file a formal complain with Ryan air as well as write the CEO or President of Ryan air of the way he runs the business. I'm glad I got back our passports but the whole world should know about how Ryan air run their business. PLEASE,.STAY AWAY FROM RYAN AIR."
