They did not seem to listen and understand our issue. *Poor and inconsistent communication: - RA sent out emails saying check-in would close 1 hour before our flight, but when we arrived at the airport, the screens displayed check-in to close 40min before scheduled departure. - After the delay, emails were sent to call customer service, but when you dialed the number they provided, you get a message saying their offices were closed."

I had attempted to on my phone after receiving an email on vacation but the online app did not take me through everything needed. My husband is taking another flight within Spain with Iberia and I called them upon my return to avoid a similar charge. They claimed they do not charge that type of penalty and everything can be handled at the airport. I was told by Rayanair that I had to take care of it at least two hours before flight time and I had to pay the penalty.."

Secondly, there was nothing service-minded about one of the cabin-crew who barked at me for not immediately showing her my boarding pass while boarding the plane (pure impertinence). Thirdly, the seats don't recline so the knees of tall people are hard against the front seats which puts them in an uncomfortable rigid upright position during the flight. Lastly, the flight was late."

The flight was very long, so individual entertainment would have made the time pass a little more quickly. The main meal entree was okay, but the bun and brownie was stale. The snack was inedible, despite being quite hungry (stale bun with very little chicken, no seasoning or lettuce or mayo, very dry). Did not see the crew very much after the initial meal was served, but that was okay as I did not require assistance."

On a 1 hour 15 minute flight, they didn't know that conditions at Chernovtsy were too bad to take off ? Really? How stupid! So, they got back to KBP at midnight, took 2 hours to get me in a hotel. I was wheel chair assisted. Everything was o.k. in hotel, but only stayed 5 hours. In Chernovtsy there was inadequate care for handicapped. Had to wait for wheel chair."

No information as to why, no announcements. We waiting for a few minutes on the bus before returning to the gate, again without any notifications. Once back at the gate, they just said to wait for information, but the flight would take off. It eventually did, and the pilot told us what the delay was (air traffic control and weather at the arrival destination), but no one in the terminal let us know that."

The first thing he did was to say that I had 2 kilos overweight on my cabin bag, even before checking if I was booked on the 20.00 flight to Prague yet. And this is the exactly same cabin bag which I was carrying on the way from Prague to Kiev, its a camera bag with a tripad on the side (which at the check in in Prague the woman said was ok) . So I had to ask him if I was booked on the flight or not, since I didnt see the flight on the "departures" screen which made me a bit worried. Then he first said that I was not booked on the flight, but changed his mind immediately. But I did not receive any information from him that the flight was delayed with 50 minutes, I found out that after doing the security check. Not the smoothest service, but I think the guy was totally new so he was maybe a bit nervous. Thanks / M"
