Up until 2 hours, in other words when it left Stansted for Nice, there was no explanation as to why. The Stansted Express tickets we paid for an hour before the scheduled take off had to be forfeited Upon arrival at Stansted Airport, we were made wait for our plan to taxi to its gate, wait to get off and then wait for our bags to arrive which took well over an hour. Between Stansted Airport, hailed as one of the worst airports and Ryanair, who’s cabin manager was a clown, the whole experience start to finish as a fiasco!"

Мінуси: "What was the most annoying part of the whole experience was the fact that they were other passangers on there school trip. Yes they are just still kids, but from the very start of them boarding, thats when everything just went downhill. The kids was just screaming, shouting, and sprinting into there sits. Even after being told to quite and calm down, all them were still screaming and shouting at the top of there vioces throughtout and non-stop for the whole flight (even after landing and getting into the bus). The worst fact of all is that, there was just far too many of them for everyone to handle (by the flight crew, and the trachers). It was also the first thing in the morning so it’s not like everyone would most likely be well rested already."

Then you will be charged if you want to pick a seat or carry on a bag. You will be put on a bus to get to the plane then climb stairs to board. It takes forever to claim your bag."

This was after I watched the guy before me leave with his bag that didn't fit, and I had paid for priority boarding, which was what their site had suggested when I did the online check-in, which I was charged for. In all, I paid over 130 Euros in total in addition to the money I paid for the ticket. Dispicable!!! a real rip-off!!!"

I suppose this was done on purpose so that people start buying specific sits, but I don't agree with the method. Finally, the plane was really hot as usual (aircon poorly working)."

The place we were staying didn't have a printer, so I had to waste a good deal of my vacation time dealing with this and finding a way to get it printed. I chatted with someone at Ryanair and they said the thing about printing your boarding passes was in the fine print. Why? This shouldn't be a secret!"

Also, the lift to allow our daughter, in a wheelchair, access to the plane was broken and her Mom and I had to help her carefully and with a lot of effort up the plane 20 step ramp from the tarmac to the plane's rear door. They then charged me $400 penalty fee for not checking in online prior to the flight (despite that I was not aware of this procedure). The airline ticket check in staff was extremely mean and rude with long lines of people waiting and almost missing their flights."

Мінуси: "As an international traveler, I'm not aware of international flight times and rules when traveling. Thus, before my flight on the day, I tried to check-in online which was not available. I then checked check in times cut offs and on the website it clearly says in black and white that check in closes 45mins prior to departure. I made it to the Pegasus check in desk 55mins prior to departure, but it was already closed. In a complete frenzy, I ran to the one and only Pegasus agent and she absolutely refused to help me, saying "everyone knows it's one hour before check in". Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case."

But it would be better if they consider comfort of flyers even if it is a budget flight because flying is a serious thing and can cuase a lot of anxieties to begin with."

Мінуси: "The none sense of explaining why I cant go on the plane ... according to there website I should have 2 stamps from the lebaniese authority on my passport one for going in and one for going out which I gladly provide them with... the responsoable for the check in at Frankfurt Airport and according to him was communicating with "pegasus Airline" in Istanbul by WhatsApp and just kept saying "those can't fly today" the funny thing he was writing in german and refuse to give me there number so I can explain the situation now the main reason why i couldn't go on the plane because I wasn't once in my life in Turkei which makes none sense according to there website I contacted them with Emails and they answered me that I should have the 2 stamps if i want to fly from Instanboul to Beirut which I already have but the haven't notice that i didnt even got ob the plane at the 1st place .... the huge amount of nobe sense, stupidity, the lying that there is no Pegasus airline office ath the airport and the 0 responsibility for there actions can provide you guys with a picture of how they behave with the customers"

When I try to do live chat, it only accept Turkish language. I am very disappointed in this airline's pre and post flight services."

They tried my credit cards and when that didn't work, they asked for cash. I never carry more than $5. There was no order in the airport and it was absolute mayhem. I went from line to line.
