Up until 2 hours, in other words when it left Stansted for Nice, there was no explanation as to why. The Stansted Express tickets we paid for an hour before the scheduled take off had to be forfeited Upon arrival at Stansted Airport, we were made wait for our plan to taxi to its gate, wait to get off and then wait for our bags to arrive which took well over an hour. Between Stansted Airport, hailed as one of the worst airports and Ryanair, who’s cabin manager was a clown, the whole experience start to finish as a fiasco!"

Yes they are just still kids, but from the very start of them boarding, thats when everything just went downhill. The kids was just screaming, shouting, and sprinting into there sits. Even after being told to quite and calm down, all them were still screaming and shouting at the top of there vioces throughtout and non-stop for the whole flight (even after landing and getting into the bus). The worst fact of all is that, there was just far too many of them for everyone to handle (by the flight crew, and the trachers). It was also the first thing in the morning so it’s not like everyone would most likely be well rested already."

Мінуси: "This airline actually charged 62 Euros, this was to print a boarding pass--and this was after I was deliberately delayed in getting one and then charged another 62 Euros at the gate because they claimed my luggage didn't fit. This was after I watched the guy before me leave with his bag that didn't fit, and I had paid for priority boarding, which was what their site had suggested when I did the online check-in, which I was charged for. In all, I paid over 130 Euros in total in addition to the money I paid for the ticket. Dispicable!!! a real rip-off!!!"

Poor service at the terminal, with unfriendly staff, no proper instruction about what to expect in terms of all the hidden fees for bags and other items, and an unorganized boarding process. The plane itself was clean, but very cramped, and the process of forcing random seating is just totally meaningless. The flight is already so overbooked that there is no chance any seats would be left unfilled, yet you split up couples, families and friends by forcing them to pay for assigned seats. Very poor customer service. There are many who say the money saved is not worth the hassle if you are not flying alone, and I agree with that. The one good thing I can say is that there were no problems with the baggage handling, but again, this is to be expected, not applauded. Poor quality service, Ryanair, as evident by the fact that your own employees were voicing their complaints to several passengers about the company. This should really be improved, but given that they are not under any significant competition, and people need a way to get to the islands, it is unlikely this will happen. I hope that my negative review, as many others, will force the management to make necessary changes to improve the service provided."

I also got both one way and return in a separate sit from my girlfriend, despite we bought and checked-in the tickets together and way in advance. I suppose this was done on purpose so that people start buying specific sits, but I don't agree with the method. Finally, the plane was really hot as usual (aircon poorly working)."

The place we were staying didn't have a printer, so I had to waste a good deal of my vacation time dealing with this and finding a way to get it printed. I chatted with someone at Ryanair and they said the thing about printing your boarding passes was in the fine print. Why? This shouldn't be a secret!"

Also, the lift to allow our daughter, in a wheelchair, access to the plane was broken and her Mom and I had to help her carefully and with a lot of effort up the plane 20 step ramp from the tarmac to the plane's rear door. I then checked check in times cut offs and on the website it clearly says in black and white that check in closes 45mins prior to departure. I made it to the Pegasus check in desk 55mins prior to departure, but it was already closed. In a complete frenzy, I ran to the one and only Pegasus agent and she absolutely refused to help me, saying "everyone knows it's one hour before check in". Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case."

Then I was told at the airport I had to pay 100 chf extra for my surfboard. Don’t make the website difficult to use and then charge me extra. It feels dishonest."

A lot of very small and upset children. Due the late take off I had no time to get food during my layover and so I bought a hot meal. It was mediocre at best for 11 euro. There was no drink served with it but sold separately. Then it took over an hour for my tray to be picked up."

Airline blamed it on ATC rather than themselves but weatehr was good, no obvious reason for delays except heavy traffic which surely must occur every day. Airlines should build ATC delays into schedule. Sabiha Gokcen airport shops are masively overpriced which means I will avoid transiting through there."

Плюси: "They charged us a bundle for food paid in advance that never showed up. The flight attendants spoke almost no english. All they could do was offer to sell it to us again. We tried, but there credit card machine was not taking any of our cards, they wanted cash, we didn't give it to them."

Always asking customers for more money, they took my credit card at the airport when I was complaining about my first flight being screwed up and unbeknownst to me charged more money when yhey were claiming they wanted it for verification purposes."
