Мінуси: "Passport Control at Ataturk International was a nightmare with hundreds of people ahead of us in the queue. No Police to secure the area, so people rushed the line pushing us aside and jumped the queue, this happened repeatedly. I would advise people NOT to fly into this airport and expect to make your connecting flight, because it doesn't play out well at all. We were in line for 2 hours and witnessed people pushing, shoving, yelling at strangers and generally acting like animals. I found the whole experience highly disturbing."

They refused to check the bag and caused me to miss the flight, and offered to rebook me for over $2000. Shady. Most unhelpful agents. You'd just better hope you don't have an issue, because the customer service is some of the worst I've experienced. Won't fly them again."

However, this would be better handled when she requested for assistance during her booking process. The crew should've anticipate her needs and booked an aisle seat, or even be the ones to ask me or another passenger if I would be willing to trade. I was placed on the spot and no courtesy was shown to me. My legs were completely swollen and in pain because I wasn't able to stand periodically. I too booked my flight early and requested my seats appropriately for my health needs."

We spend the next 2 hours trying to get boarding pass for the next day's flight and the hotel. Again, no apologies nor explanation were given. Thank you Turkish Airline for wasting 1 day of my life. I will try to avoid this airline in the future."

Мінуси: "- there was a gate change less than half an hour before boarding, which was not announced via speaker or on the screen in the previous gate - therefore most people were still in the previous gate and only because one of the passengers realized and communicated the change everyone else became aware of it as well -> then everyone ran to the new gate, which did not have enough seating and where children were crying because they did not understand the hectic - On board - just before departure - two families got into an argument and yelled at each other and the crew. They were very loud and aggressive. - Usually I love the food Turkish Airlines serves, but this time I had dry and oily pasta and a very strange and too sweet chocolate mousse. I did not enjoy eating this and it did not taste fresh at all. - There was no entertainment."

After an hour they said it was up to us if we wanted to stay at the airport or continue on to our original destination, with no information where our connecting flights would be. After continuing on to my origina airport, I was forced to buy a visa out of pocket and spend 6 hour waiting for information from the airline. Finally they shuttled me an hour and a half to the previous airport, being very rude the entire time and making me miss the reason I traveled to my destination in the first place."

Мінуси: "We ONLY have one carry on and one bag, no check-in luggage. On the way back to New York from Rome, total weight my carry-on and bag is less than < 20kg. They forced me to check-in my carry-on. As everyone know, my beautiful, new carry-on was scratched badly when I pick it up at NY JFK :("

But the attitude we got from the ground staff in the airport was a big problem. We got to the customer service counter to get further information about the flight and nobody was giving us any information.Not even an apology for the fact that we waited for 3 hours in an airport at 2 AM. Everybody seemed so bored,that they barely spoke 3 words.They offered us a voucher at Burger King, but we couldn't order anything from the menu,but the simplest burger. We just expected a bit more from an airline that has somebody dressed as a chef on-board while serving the in-flight meals."
Плюси: "Every thing. The overall service in economy is equal to business class on American carriers, with the obvious exception of the seat itself. A light breakfast meal on a 45 minute flight? Absolutely incredible. I've also experienced this with Lufthansa in the past, but they didn't have seat-back entertainment on short flights."

Crew members do not treat everyone equally. I asked for functioning pair of headphones and water, crew members never brought them to me. Responded by saying yes, BUT never brought it to me. I noticed crew members treated children and Turkish passengers first. I'm Chinese and flew Turkish airline- I felt the discrimination. Never traveling with Turkish airlines AGAIN."

They always have a great attitude and this has been consistent with my previous experiences with Lufthansa. The seat and meal were average for premium economy, but the crew more than made up for it."

I always like beer and wine being offered at meals as part of the flight price, as well as the aperitif option too."

I noticed two flight attendants in particular this time when normally the entire flight crew is very professional, courteous and timely. Flight was also late leaving Munich (computer issues) which made connecting flights in Denver difficult."

I booked our seats and paid extra ahead of time, come to find out they changed the seat configuration and our seats sucked so we paid extra for nothing. Lufthansa really needs to fix the seat selection situation."
