Мінуси: "The men’s bathroom near gate 226 smelled awful and the floor was very wet. In addition, I am handicapped and my gate changed from 226 to 208. NO ONE was there to help. There was no one at all at Turkish Care. I asked two different transportation representatives at the sky club and they refused to help in any way. I merely asked them to call Turkish Airlines, and they said they didn’t have the number. I begged both of them to call someone to help me, and they just laughed and said it wasn’t part of their job. I was horrified! I almost missed my plane.!"

The footrest was not long enough and the feet were dangling in the air. The blanket and bedding was provided almost 3 hours after take-off Worst of all was baggage handling. Our luggage was severely damaged. The handle to the suitcases was torn off. In addition the bags and the contents were wet when we received them in Boston. IT had been raining in Istanbul and it seems the bags were left out in the open. I've been trying to get Turkish to repair the torn-off handles but I'm constantly hitting a wall. I have filed a claim but the support staff sends extremely brief denials with no explanation."
Плюси: "The international pods were wonderful. Lots of space and could choose from a ton of movies. the bathroom was oversized with plenty of space. And the Bentley travel packs are a very nice touch. The highlight of the trip though is the Turskish Lounge in Istanbul. It has several grand pianos, tons of iMac stations, a freaking golf simulator, and different food stations. Thai, Turkish cuisine a salad bar. It it the best lounge I have experienced 10 fold. It’s the size of a mall."
Мінуси: "One negative was the beverage service. Iberia and Korean air are much more attentive before and upon take off. Beverage carts come around quite often. Turkish, not so much. Also food was just okay. Feel like other airlines do better in business class"

Плюси: "Turkish airlines is the only airlines I fly with for many reasons. Their quaility is a lot better than most of the airlines out there. ( I've flown with many) Although it does tend to be a little bit more expensive it's deffinetly worth it in my opinion."
Мінуси: "However, unfortunately I have noticed a decline in their service. The food was not as great as it usually is. I had salmon and it was very dry. With the amount of money given to the flight they could have paid attention to it more. It also happened to be my birthday on the flight and my friend who was flying with me called the airlines to ask if there was anything special that can be done. Happily they said that they did do celebrate birthdays and anniversarys. Sadly though nothing was done. Overall was it horrible I would say no but they are starting to loose quality"

Instead she was reacting "the rules are changing every day" and didn't not weather I should need visa for my native country (?!) although I have showed I was born in that country (Macedonia) and the holders of US passports (which I am) -- do not need entry visa to that country. Everything else was good or excellent -- especially food and airplane crew."

In flight service was good but seemed to be a bit slow as there was only one flight attendant serving half the economy cabin. They used to do a second drink service on this flight which was really nice before. Food was ok but TK has had better food on my other flights. The meatballs aren't as good as some of their more flavourful suppers."
Плюси: "If you are flying Turkish from the US or from Istanbul to the US or other far away destination, for the love of God, do not fly on the B777-300. Did that twice from Chicago to Istanbul and back, and the seats in economy are a real killer....very tight and uncomfortable. On the other hand, if you have a choice of Turkish aircrafts b777 vs AB330-300, you will do yourself a favor by selecting a flight on an AB330-300. Slighter smaller plane then the 777 but a little more comfortable in coach. So you are warned......and by the way, you will select a two seater combination rather than being stuck in the middle.....If you are stuck in the middle, always do your best to get at least an isle seat."
Мінуси: "Turkish Airbus 330-300 Loved a little more leg room in economy. Also the FA very really on their feet and eager to help. Always with a smile on their faces. I would recomand flying Turkish overseas but only on an AB 330-300 coach configuration."

Мінуси: "Very little legroom. When the person in front of my reclined, I wasn't even able to open my tray all the way to eat. Flight was delayed for takeoff, that wasn't the airline's fault (air traffic) so that didn't factor in my review. Although the food is generally tasty, the dessert could be upgraded. I flew on 4 Turkish Airline flights this year and have never finished a dessert as I've not liked any of them. The bathrooms should be cleaned mid-flight for a 13 hour flight. It started out great but towards the middle of the flight, the bathrooms got really disgusting."

Плюси: "I flew Paris -Hong Kong(round trip) with transfer in Istanbul and overall everything was ok. The in-flight service was great, food was very good and their fleet seems quite new and clean."
Мінуси: "Thw only aspect I didn't like was the fact that our flight from Istanbul to Hong Kong was delayed and that is not a big problem,flights gets delayed all the time. But the attitude we got from the ground staff in the airport was a big problem. We got to the customer service counter to get further information about the flight and nobody was giving us any information.Not even an apology for the fact that we waited for 3 hours in an airport at 2 AM. Everybody seemed so bored,that they barely spoke 3 words.They offered us a voucher at Burger King, but we couldn't order anything from the menu,but the simplest burger. We just expected a bit more from an airline that has somebody dressed as a chef on-board while serving the in-flight meals."

Мінуси: "On my flight from Istambul to NYC I was told I had been given an aisle seat but in fact I got the middle of the middle. If there were no aisle seats left, it would have been better if the person had just told me that, rather than saying I had an aisle seat, and I found out later. It was very distressing because I have diverticulitis, which is a serious stomach complaint, which means I need to be able to get to the loo! I felt that they could have been more understanding about this."

The person in front of me had his chair pushed all the way back, what the hell was the crew member thinking? I still did not move my chair and argued with the female crew. Crew members do not treat everyone equally. I asked for functioning pair of headphones and water, crew members never brought them to me. Responded by saying yes, BUT never brought it to me. I noticed crew members treated children and Turkish passengers first. I'm Chinese and flew Turkish airline- I felt the discrimination. Never traveling with Turkish airlines AGAIN."
