Flight was nice, smooth and good service. Leg room is limited but that is to be expected on any airline and flight. Would fly LOT again happily. On time, Captain made regular announcements. I arrived safely, as did my luggage. Can't wait for the direct service between Chicago and Budapest."

One to check the bag and a second (upstairs) to pay. Both attendants lacked a sense of urgency. In fact, they acted like it was their job to go as slowly as possible. Even after I mentioned I was starting to feel stressed about the time. I overheard other attendants complaining about customers who check in late and expect them to move more quickly. I found their apathy offensive. To add insult to injury, they lost my bags. Having paid $85, which I think is outrageously and obscenely expensive, I'd at least expect my bag to be well taken care of. Sadly, it wasn't. The lost luggage counter was also apathetic, though I realize they are not LOT/Luftansa."

To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again."

We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia."

Мінуси: "Delay to get on flight of nearly an hour with no information. Delay getting off flight whilst at gate in London of over an hour after being told 10 minutes. Further 30 minutes even after the delay to get bags. A lot of the delays are the airports fault and not the airline but could do more to communicate with passengers. Also seems like Ryanair are now purposefully splitting people if they don't pay for allocated seats. Always get seats together with easyJet but not Ryanair and you could tell by the splitting of other people there wasn't an attempt to seat together. On the way over I was sat next to the partner of the person my girlfriend was sat next to."

However, they were very sneaky and misleading, bec. they sent us an email saying that we must check in 2 hours before flight time -- here are their exact words: "Online check-in is up to 2 hours prior to departure. " so we got up at 4:30 am to get to airport exactly 2 hours before to check in online, but online check-in was closed. then at the counter they told us we had to pay 50 Euros each, extra for not checking in online."

Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"

How on earth are you supposed to make close connecting flights with those conditions? We barely made it only because they let us skip the line for security. Save yourself the misery; dig deeper in your pocket for a better airline."

Мінуси: "I was delayed in London, and thus missed my subsequent flights to Ankara and to Erbil. Arriving in Istanbul, there was a massive crowd at the transit desk with two Pegasus agents. They spoke little English and did not attempt to create an orderly queue. Instead, they were helping random people. Given that persons on the delayed flight were losing potential time to catch other flights, it was extremely unprofessional and rude to go about managing the issue in this way. I was quite exasperated and was told to calm down by Pegasus officials. Ultimately, I was delayed for one DAY, and forced to flight out the next night at midnight. If Pegasus had been consistent in managing passengers from a delayed flight, I could potentially have gone on to my final destination without a 24 hour delay."

Плюси: "We checked our bags in Madrid. They approved our carry-on and we flew out no problem. Arrive in Turkey to switch planes, they started to pull all the American and Canadian passport holders to the side and they pilled out a pocket luggage scale that we all know was inaccurate or rigged. They ripped off our approved tags fro Madrid and told us that our bags were overweight.... we had a small backpack for me and my wife had her purse. They weighed them and told us if we didn't pay 150euros, we could not board the plane. - yes, they said the purse was overweight. We talked them down to 70euros. When we finally got on the plane and talked with other passengers we found out we were lucky, one family had to pay 1400 euros and another paid 300 euros. We also left a Canadian lady behind because they would not accept American Express."

Pegasus knows this, so when you fly in to Europe and use one of their planes to get to your final destination, they only allow 44lbs, so you have to pay a penalty to get through. Terrible."
