Мінуси: "Agent changed our flight to Munich and sent as a email with with confirmation on July 10. involuntary. On July 20. I checked Lufthansa app and found that only flight that was shown was flight Toronto-Thunder Bay. After 3 hours of phoning I found that flight from Munich to Toronto wasn’t available for date that was given us in email. Only option was day earlier or later. Left us to take day earlier and we could not changed last flight( Toronto- Thunder Bay). We had to come on Aug 22. and stay in Toronto for 27 hours and than take a flight to Thunder Bay on Aug 23. We lost a day of our vacation, had to stay at hotel. Not good experience at all. We still don’t know whom to complain about that."

Мінуси: "Muslim meal does not mean all Muslims eat curry. It’s rediculous that we cant have a decent English breakfast instead you get curry or some form of curry for breakfast, lunch and supper. Your so called Muslim meals are not suitable for kids!! There is no such thing as a Muslim meal either. It’s simply called Halal otherwise then everyone else’s meals should be called Christian or Jewish meals etc. Also I requested help with transfer to my last flight which was horrendous because I’m one adult with 4 kids ages 1 to 11 and my eldest has sever learning disability. I nearly missed my flight because our flight landed late and I was struggling to keep my kids safe and together while running for the next flight. Somone should have been there to help with transfer."

Add to it the fact I caught a movie I'd missed seeing at cinema plus even getting a few hours sleep, this was probably one of my better long haul flights in recent times."

I always fly first row to be able to work with my laptop, however due to a last minute plane change the new A321 did not have a 1D or 1F, only 1A and 1C. I had booked 1D, but was moved back to 5D with absolutely no option to change back to the first row to finish my work. I had to sit sideways to be able to work, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I don't understand why they couldn't have moved me back to the first row and move the non-SEN/HON sleeping members back to 5D and 5F, or at least asked them if they would mind. The plane was massively late, and I missed my followup meetings at the airport."

More than ten people were left behind - doors practically closed in our faces - and Lufthansa was wholly unhelpful in rescheduling flights. Lines to speak with agents were absurd and then attendants had to take breaks instead of resolve issues. There were no solutions offered, only poor communication and an unwillingness to accommodate a significant number of customers who were inconvenienced. Finally, a "random inspection" led to a handful of passengers being surveyed by the German local police. Interestingly, a number of us were Hispanic Americans. The whole experience was extremely negative."

Мінуси: "So I actually had a flight that departures at 9:50 AM and it was connection flight after I got to Frankfurt at 9:00, but I missed it cause other gates were too far and moreover Lufthansa staff were not so nice to help me out. Actually, I was running there and got to the gates at 9:40 AM but air hostess said that I've already missed it. They said that I had enough time and that's my fault - I even should be thankful that I don't pay for another flight that I am going to be flying in 7 hours. Bottom line: I got to Kiev at 9:20 PM and moreover, the flight landed 30 mins late. It never happened to me, despite I've been more than on 25 flights. I am shocked by employee's behavior and the situation in general. Would never recommend Lufthansa airline to anyone."

I had to buy few stuff and they said they won't payback anu other expenses, mean telling to just wait for my only lost bag."

Airport security at the connecting airport bounced us back and forth a few times before deciding we should enter the transfer terminal and hope someone from LOT was still on duty. LOT put us up in a hotel overnight and booked us on a flighty the next day. The hotel was 1 hour drive, 50miles, from airport. I reached my final destination 13 hours late."

They also check the hand luggage to make sure it fits in the "template" and weigh it (a second time) at the gate. Once on-board, they then announced that they were waiting for other connecting passengers. Took about 45 minutes. It would be nice to know that before booking that they do this, and also before boarding, even if it makes more sense to start boarding before they arrive (but 45 minutes before?). The live map on the public screens in economy showed a dummy/overview map with "waiting for data" the entire flight, rather than the actual live map. Premium did have the data on their screens, and the individual screens also worked fine. Not sure what happened there..."

LOT needs to fix the hand luggage tagging system on connecting flights."

Мінуси: "The check in process lacked. I unexpectedly had to check my bag, they charged me 70 Euro ($85) which required I go to two separate counters. One to check the bag and a second (upstairs) to pay. Both attendants lacked a sense of urgency. In fact, they acted like it was their job to go as slowly as possible. Even after I mentioned I was starting to feel stressed about the time. I overheard other attendants complaining about customers who check in late and expect them to move more quickly. I found their apathy offensive. To add insult to injury, they lost my bags. Having paid $85, which I think is outrageously and obscenely expensive, I'd at least expect my bag to be well taken care of. Sadly, it wasn't. The lost luggage counter was also apathetic, though I realize they are not LOT/Luftansa."

The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not..."

After no help from him, I was able to figure out that we did have them as attachments. Never again."

Only the smallest of bags will meet the "free" requirement. Website is awful to attempt to online check in. Crazy that they charge for check in at the airport if you cannot get their site to work. Customer service phone call also costs a quid a minute. It's almost as if they are proud that they screw you if you encounter any difficulty or you've made a mistake in the complicated boarding pass emailing procedure."

Very loud speakers inside, the seating is very uncomfortable, small legspace and also you cannot put even your glasses in front of you because of lack of storage place. long walking to and from the plane, and you have to wait for ages in front ot the checking desk, than in the hot bus down. Overall totally inhuman experience."

Мінуси: "Our flight was delayed by over two hours from Frankfurt Hahn. No one on the ground gave us any information. They left the entire group of people alone in the gate and did not return until the flight had landed. Everyone was sitting on the floor, clueless. We did not know where the plane was or when it would come. I also paid extra for priority boarding to ensure that my bag would have space in the overhead compartment so I would not have to store it under my seat. However when the remainder of the passengers boarded the aircraft, they took my bag out from the overhead compartment to put another passengers bags where mine were. They had me put my bags underneath my seat. This would not be a big deal but I am an above average tall person, so it forced me to be quite uncomfortable for the entire flight. When I tried to tell the flight attendant that I paid for priority, she ignored me and walked away. 2/10 would not use airline again. I would rather pay the extra to be treated better."

Мінуси: "This was the WORST flying experience of my life. You have to check in online otherwise they scam you out of tons of money. Seems pretty straight forward right? WRONG! They don't send you an email when it's time to check in. They will also send you on a wild goose chase through an airport and have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHAT SO EVER. I will never fly with them or their affiliates again."

Мінуси: "If you don't check in two hours before your flight, they will charge you €50 per person to essentially print your boarding pass. We were backpacking in Europe and unable to get access to email reliably, so never got the big warning email they send 1 day prior to check in or be fined. So we had to pay up. Employees were terribly rude, probably due to dealing with pissed of passengers all day. We had a second Ryanair flight and luckily were able to print our passes ahead of time... Though in our situation that is rarely a possibility. It's a straight up racket."

The day we flew back and the check in station in the airport they didn't find out online check in but they knew we add extra luggage. The ladies that helped us was rude and disrespectful. Waited customer service ever. I'm the end we had to pay $60 each to get in our flight. It was a ripped off. I'll never fly we them again."

Since it was an Irish airline I thought they would speak English on board and at gates much like Lufthansa does German. Thus no understanding of how to even purchase food or beverage on flight. Not many options to Sicily tho so you are at their mercy."

Мінуси: "We purchased a luggage allowance of 15 kilos. As it turned out the exact same bag with the exact same contents fell within this limit coming from Madrid to Arrecife but not from Arrecife to Madrid. The person that checked our bag had absolutely no flexibility. We had to pay a fee for the 1 kilo overage. Later we purchased coffee before getting on the flight only to be informed we could not have hot beverages while boarding, something that has NEVER happened to me. The money you save on a Ryanair flight is not worth the absolute hassle they put you through, especially considering that you're liable to pay the difference in fees anyway."

Paid extra to catch this earlier flight and because of delay I still missed my plans in Rome. Seats are squished together. Absolutely no room. Nothing was complimentary and food we purchased was gross. Will never fly Ryanair again!"

Мінуси: "nickel & dimed entire process. Crew hates their lives so they yell at passengers. They would not allow you to lower your window shade at any point during the flight and would verbally assault you if you did."

Мінуси: "The fact that you must check yourself in online the night prior and I'd you don't they charge 45 euros per person to "check you in" which is the same thing you're doing when you go to drop off your bag at the ticket counter. I did not have access to the Internet in Portugal so I had no clue about the need to print out our tickets. Will never fly Ryan air again."
