I had booked 1D, but was moved back to 5D with absolutely no option to change back to the first row to finish my work. I had to sit sideways to be able to work, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I don't understand why they couldn't have moved me back to the first row and move the non-SEN/HON sleeping members back to 5D and 5F, or at least asked them if they would mind. The plane was massively late, and I missed my followup meetings at the airport."

I am shocked by employee's behavior and the situation in general. Would never recommend Lufthansa airline to anyone."

This should not have occurred- I should not have to run to my gate from one flight to another especially when I raised this concern to an employee of Lufthansa as well as a customs officer."

In addition, the boarding itself was a mess and the plane departed late. There were no self check-in kiosks with baggage drops so people could have another option besides going to a counter and there wasn't anyone monitoring the line to make sure it was an orderly process. We were early so there wasn't an issue with waiting per se but rather with the process itself."

If this is how LOT pays attention to our health during travel, I will definitely not fly with them anymore. 2 months earlier flying with Lufthansa and all crew was very strict about the rules and everybody on board was wearing a mask."

Caused me to miss my connection and here I am having to pay huge for a last minute hotel. Not what was advertised to me which was a LOT flight not a codeshare on an old plane. Flight's takeoff was eventually 1 hour 45 minutes late, so did LOT understaff the check-in process knowing that the plane's departure was going to be late? I paid a premium to fly LOT and assumed that would avoid the consistently terrible Easyjet/Ryan Air check-in and boarding process. No such luck. It was a truly horrible. To fix it we have no navigate a series of different agents all of whom had the attitude you'd expect from an ex-communist airline. Pity because onboard staff and planes are ok. The windows were huge and had a way of dimming so that it was dark in the plane without having to shut them completely. The seat spaces were fairly small but overall it was a very updated plane. I am a very picky eater but 3 of my 4 meals were delicious!! They mostly serve pasta with some sort of meat but I noticed that myself and I were licking our plates clean!"

When I checked in they were rude and threatened to take my computer because they told me I couldn't bring it into the US. When I got back home to customs they laughed and told me that that isn't true at all. In the flights the stewards and stewardess' never smiled, they hardly made eye contact and just seemed to absolutely hate life. At one point I was so hungry so I asked to purchase some pringles because that was something that advertised on the loud speaker. When I asked the flight attendant she made the biggest deal about it, laughed in my face and basically told me no. To be honest I am not sure if this sort of a attitude is something that is part of a different culture but I feel that if people are in the service industry that they should at least smile and respond with, "you're welcome" when someone says, "thank you". I will 100% not take this airline again due to the very rude people one board and horrible customer service."

Мінуси: "scam carry on luggage policy. had Ryan employee random stopping passengers and letting or not seeing others with bigger bags through. overall not a got system at Ryan Air for carry-on. its all on luck. So good luck if you fly with these guys."

Плюси: "It seems if you don't pay for the seat attribution, the system splits automatically group/couple even if with infant! My husband and I have been separated by more than 30 rows but we had 2 aisle seats! Hopefully a kind person has accepted to exchange his middle seat with my husband seat. In addition, there was no priority to boarding with infant if. You don't pay the priority boarding (although we have to carry the baby in our arm). We have to ask several times to have the specific belt for infant, hopefully it was not our first flight and we knew it was mandatory! We have as well asked for a life jacket for our 4 months baby and they informed us infant and adult life jacket are in the same place above the seat..."

Плюси: "They didn't make me check my bag on the first flight but did on the second. It cost me 50 Euro, which is more than I paid for the flight. Overall, good airline if you pack light."

Плюси: "We were " made" to put our bags in the hold. We accept that after 90 passengers this is usual, however on this occasion we were tight for time and the other queue boarding the same flight, that came to the gate late were not "asked" to put their carry on bags in the hold. Poor service Ryanair, what would happen if we refused? It was done in an unfair manner and when questioned we were brushed off with a mumbled response. We will look at other low-cost airlines in future."

Мінуси: "I showed up to the airport (Stansted) RIGHT on time to make the flight, but ran into several issues: 1. I was flying with an american passport, and the line to have my boarding pass 'stamped' to verify the passport was insanely long. 2. Missed the flight due to long commute within the Stansted terminal 3. Made it to the flight 25 min before takeoff, but was too late, so missed the flight. Had to wait in the terminal for 20 minutes for someone to come pick us up and drive us out of the terminal. 4. Ryanair customer service simply instructed me to rebook my flight online. They were not of any help. 5. I had a tight connection in Milan to the bus that would take me to the city, which i almost missed because my carryon bag had to be checked in. 6. Boarding was absolutely hectic, I was almost put on a flight to Greece instead of Milan. Stay away from Ryanair if you can."

Мінуси: "We started boarding and were taken to a hall to wait. Then we were taken on a bus and then we finally boarded. The waiting period was very annoying. They should have started boarding when they were actually ready to board. Also, not enough luggage space for the amount of passengers."
