First flight came in a few mixtures late, but then we had to wait our long turn to deplane, get on bus and wait for it to fill up with all slower passengers, drive to terminal, make it through passport control, take train to other terminal, and run 20 gates down where they were looking for us. We made it with 1 minute to spare from takeoff. They knew our bags were connecting and they made it. If they could've expedited our passage with a club car it would have been excellent."

Despite 5 calls to Swiss to reroute me out of Montreal, an airport I could actually get to, they would not relent. I finally just drove there and a really nice agent changed my flight since Logan was closed and all public transport was shut down. Even if my scheduled flight from boston wasn't canceled (I have no idea) they were incredibly unhelpful about the fact that I physically could not get to logan in time for my flight. (Mass DOT was asking everyone to stay off ALL roads). THEN on the way home, they would NOT let me fly back to Montreal where my car was!! WAY TOO RIGID RULES. Screw the customer!"

My flight was delayed by one hour but it was a problem caused by the airport not the airline. I still made my connection and I received my suitcaises right away."

Also the headphone jack has the old fashioned 2 prong. So you can't use your own headphones without an adapter if you only want to listen out of one ear the whole time."

They charged alot of mone to rebook for the next day"

Outside you have to spend sometime at the multiple lines, buy visa, get the voucher, take the shuttle bus... By the time you done with that, it’s time to come back. In addition, we are traveling with an infant which isn't easy but we had the bassinet seat on our original flight. Now it's sold out for the flight tomorrow and no one will assist in trying to help get us better seats. I understand things are out of your companies control but being in an airport with an 18-month baby isn't easy and no one in this company has made this crazy travel schedule easier. I would like someone to call me back or email me with something that could maybe be done to help us! No one at the call center will help!"

This was mainly because the cabin crew kept the temperature of the plane almost like a sauna. Sweating, opened shirt, rolled up the sleeves, impossible to get comfortable or get any sleep!! The plane just seemed to get hotter and hotter! This was on all four segments across and back! The local flights seemed to be a bit better, and while not as cool as I personally like, they were acceptable. For clarification I am a premier flyer with star alliance, primarily United, and fly close to 100,000 miles per year. To date I have received NO mileage credit for any Turkish Airline flight!"

AFTER I PROTESTED, A TURKISH LADY SUPERVISOR SMIRKINGLY SAID THAT I HAD TO WAIT IN LINE SINCE THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON SERVICING! GO FIGURE!. VERY TURKISH APPROACH I WOULD SAY. PASS THE BUCKET.. -NO CONCERN FOR BUSINESS CLASS SERVICE. PLEASE TELL THEM TO GO AND TRAVEL IN ALITALIA, SWISSAIR, UNITED, DELTA, VIRGIN (THE BEST) ,BUSINESS CLASS AND SEE HOW THEY PAMPER THEIR CUSTOMERS FROM CHECK IN, TO GREAT AND AMPLE GOOD FOOD AND CONTINUOUS SERVICE. -UNLIKE THY STALE, FROZEN FOOD. BAD BREAKFAST, NO AMPLE CHESE SELECTION (ONE SLICE WHITE CHESE ONLY), OVER COOKED BAD BURNED TASTING TEA. -SERVICE: THE MALE STEWARD DROPPED SALAD ON THE NEXT SEAT AND IT STAYED THERE FOR 5 HOURS. PICKED UP BY A FEMALE STEWARDESS AS WE ARE LANDING. IF THEY WISH TO USE MORE MALES ON BOARD THEY SHOULD AT LEAST TRAIN THEM WELL. I HAD TO WAIVE AT 3 DIFFERENT MALE STEWARDS AND THEY ALL PASSED BY NOT ACKNOWLEDGING AND I WAS SITTING ON THE FIRST ROW AISLE! THEY ARE RUDE, UNCARING, SHODDY SERVICE PEOPLE.."

It was difficult to find a counter there or staff as check-in was all by computer. The computer kept saying 'error' when I put in my code. I eventually was directed to a KLM desk (nicely hidden). I was told that my seat no longer existed. At this point the flight was ready to board. Thankfully the KLM ground staff were extremely helpful and reassuring and upgraded my ticket to economy comfort. On the way back, I could only get a boarding card for my first flight. The second two I had to collect at the boarding gate of the second flight."

There was at least an extra foot of space between the end of their knees and the reclined seats in front of them. Wow. It was worth it! We had the aisle behind business class, and with only 3 middle seats vs 4, even our aisles were comfortably wide. The seat comfort has improved greatly from past flights on Lufthansa. The small pillows at each seat were comfy. We liked that the silverware was actually metal instead of plastic - nice! Loved loved loved the free good quality alcohol! Air temperature felt comfortable to us doing the entire flight – normally these flights are freezing cold."

The flight was not held for me and other passengers and when we arrived at the gate they were oblivious of the fact that we had been held up in what seemed to be a Km long security line."

There wasn’t any compensation for the inconvenience of having to change of plans of staying around the house waiting for luggage when we paid for hotel rooms and we didn’t get a refund on our trip we couldn’t take. When we knew flights from Frankfurt to München ran daily. Very disappointed. Byron becker we flew from Florida Orlando fo Munich Germany and paid a high price for traveling. Also we were bumped three times fro, Frankfurt to. Much each time on standby. Very disappointed. Sorry but this is the truth."
Мінуси: "Boading priority was not possible, due to the massive amount of people crowding the entrance. Very hectic and uncoordinated boarding process. I always fly first row to be able to work with my laptop, however due to a last minute plane change the new A321 did not have a 1D or 1F, only 1A and 1C. I had booked 1D, but was moved back to 5D with absolutely no option to change back to the first row to finish my work. I had to sit sideways to be able to work, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I don't understand why they couldn't have moved me back to the first row and move the non-SEN/HON sleeping members back to 5D and 5F, or at least asked them if they would mind. The plane was massively late, and I missed my followup meetings at the airport."

Мінуси: "I have flown on many budget airlines that were more comfortable than this flight. Hard uncomfortable chairs with a lack of leg space (and I'm only 1.70m). The food was poor and the service was worse- i pressed my call button for a drink mid-flight and it kept getting cancelled without a steward coming. Finally, after pressing the call button about 10 times a steward came and begrudgingly brought me a drink. Choice of movies was poor."

Мінуси: "The flight was late in departing and then rerouted from Frankfurt to Manchester causing many passengers to loose connection. The reasongiven was a crew scheduling issue. Compensation upon arrival at Frankfurt was nil unless you asked and if you did you got an insulting 7 euros which barely even paid for coffee. No apology to people given just a "business as usual, it is your problem attitude". At arrival in Frankfurt there was a pass the buck attitude where any questions of connecting flights, and reroutes was forwarded to a Lufthansa counter that was NOT manned by anyone. Very frustrated."

Actually, I was running there and got to the gates at 9:40 AM but air hostess said that I've already missed it. They said that I had enough time and that's my fault - I even should be thankful that I don't pay for another flight that I am going to be flying in 7 hours. Bottom line: I got to Kiev at 9:20 PM and moreover, the flight landed 30 mins late. It never happened to me, despite I've been more than on 25 flights. I am shocked by employee's behavior and the situation in general. Would never recommend Lufthansa airline to anyone."
