This means that if you can book a seat in the forward economy mini-cabin, you get dedicated cabin crew, no other passengers walking through your space to get to the bathroom, plenty of bin space, and – best of all – a lot of aisle space to stretch your legs. Row 16 aisle seats are especially good, as the bulkhead between J and Y doesn't extend all the way, and therefore you can stretch your feet out. Food was actually excellent (for economy), hot and flavorful and generous, with snacks available mid-flight. Beverages also tops – gotta love Lufthansa for offering Campari (!) and more than one wine choice."

On Austrian and Swiss I didn't get anything. For same price range and same alliance, that is a point I keep in mind. Now I mainly try to get onto Lufthansa flights (or Turkish Airlines which is my favorite). Even on Aegean, I got better food, and the magazine was better, plus there were some monitors to track the flight. Austrian feels cheaper than the others. That is the main point I didn't like."

So on Dec 10 at 10:00 pm they send an e-mail to let me know that the flight from Budapest to Viena is canceled. I am glad that I decided to check my e-mail before I go to bad. So I try to call Austrian, but they work just from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm. I start to search all the info the site of Austrian, and find one phone number that seats be working 24 hours. So finally I got a person on the phone who was able to help me. ..."

I had to let her know I had not asked before and then she proceeded to tell me the different drinks and finally added: My colleague will take care of you. She did not want to serve me. The first incident went I tried to use the bathroom in the back of the plane, she would tell people: "don"t use that one, I need that bathroom for......." ( not sure for what but her tone was so rude,that people walked to the other bathroom embarrassed). All I can say is that everything else was great, including the friendliness of all other crew, but that one ruined the experience. A third time I got up to walk to the bathroom and the seatbelt sign was on, but so it had been for a long time. She prompted me to go back to my seat. All others seem to do their job without been rude, Not sure why this one couldn't. Job stress? Not the passenger's problem. Besides that and the poor movie choices, everything else was great. I think the flight was delayed but to that point everything was going so smooth, I didn't even notice. I will fly Austrian again, and would love to visit Vienna. Please advise how to add the miles of my trip to my account. I booked in Kayak, left to Ohio from Miami running from hurricane Irma, my return from Ohio to Miami was cancelled and I had to embark on that long plan10 day trip without even returning home to Miami to pack. I totally forgot about putting the miles on my account on either ticket counter."

They also offered us only a piece of bread with ham and cheese and a coffee for the next 12 hours until the new flight left. Not a pleasant experience."

As a result, a crowd of people (full flight on a 787 Dreamliner) gathered to board the plane, all swarming around the boarding counter, trying to get their forms to fill in. Again, no crowd control and/or attempts to distribute the forms."

After standing in line for 30 minutes the woman at the counter said we were in the wrong line and was extremely rude as if we were stupid for not being able to follow the Polish signage. We had simply stood in the line we were directed to. Counter clerks not very pleasant compared with other airlines!"

Nobody cared to help us ..."

I did feel the luggage prices were slightly tacky, and extra for on cabin prices. Also, cleanliness is clearly not a priority for all either."

It’s not a fair or smart business move, I will not book with them again."

I'm incredibly dissatisfied with my treatment from Ryanair and I will never be flying with them again."

People at the Pegasus desk at the airport were beyond unhelpful and I've spent hours on the phone while on vacation trying to sort it out."

They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. All in all with low prices, it appears, comes poor service."
