The customer service was horrible, and we were only allowed to bring a backpack for a carry on, forcing us to check our one carry on bag. This made our two long flights uncomfortable with nothing to change into once we landed in Dubai and still had another 8 flight to Johannesburg. The flight itself was overbooked, and we then had to place our backpacks under the seats in front of us, giving us no leg room for 13 hrs."

Мінуси: "This was the worst airline I have flown with. I booked my tickets last minute, it was for me and my 4 month old son. I had 3 suitcases a stroller and 2 carryons. I had paid for the suitcases, but because I was traveling alone I went there with my husband and he politely asked if they could please take the carryons on the plane because she can’t carry everything by herself. The manager came out and said that we have to pay. I said I already paid extra for my suitcases please help us because my wife is carrying our son, the diaper bag and 2 carryons. He was rude stating that we have to pay each carryon. We didn’t have the extra money and my wife took everything with her. If that’s how Turkish Airline treats their customers, they shouldn’t be operating. It was the last time I use this airline. No dignity or humanity, it’s all only about the money. And when I took the stroller with my son. They made me package the stroller by myself looking that I had my son on me crying and when I asked for help they said that they can’t help me... unbelievable... they see me with 2 carryons a stroller and a baby and they can’t help me."

At the gate, that partner airline's reps (or Istanbul airport employees -- not sure) yelled at me that I had too much to carry on board and forced me to hastily check a bag with personal items I did not plan on checking. Needless to say, that also delayed my reaching the final destination even further because I had to wait for the luggage and it was already 1:00 in the morning in an unfamiliar and rough foreign city."

Complaint filed with Turkish airline resulted in nothing. I made several calls for update and only repose I got was we will send an email to the complaint dept. and you will here in 24 hours. This has been going on for over 5 days with no contect, update or resolution. Once back in the US, I plane to file a formal complaint with FAA and more. DO NOT take this airline. They are worst airline I have ever used and will never use it again."

The contact number that O’Hare had was a disconnected Verizon number, which was the same number listed on their website. I had to call the international number where I was told I was rebooked on United with 2 layovers instead of one. I also lost my business class upgrade and was told there was nothing they could do about it."

In the air, flight attendants were very accommodating and friendly. All luggage and cats arrived! The plane from O'Hare to Austria was very nice!"

I found to be just mediocre. Maybe it's because I was living in Asia for eight years and had become more accustom to asian cuisine?? I didn't love the seat either. When you recline, your feet are cramped inside a small area under the seat in front of you. It was cramped. The ability to customize the seat recline was limited. I like being able to move the head and feet into my own customized position. The business class seats from Vienna to Amman felt like coach."

No luggage until yesterday.It never happen before.But in top of everything my plans in Albania were messed up.I have to pospne my return flight 1 week and the charges are unbelievable tooo much 650 dollars.I am not stopping here.Thank you."

I had 'only' an hour to make the connection, and yet all, that is all, formalities took no more than 10 minutes. I had plenty of time to spare. Waiting area at the gate had plenty of seating and the staff was professional and courteous. We had to gate check bags as the plane was a regional turboprop, but everything went very smoothly."

As a result, I had to rely on Austrian Airlines' copyright licenses, and they were less than satisfactory. Fortunately, I'm flying back with Lufthansa, so I hope there will be more variety there. The lavatory at the back of the plane was filthy by the end of the flight. I don't understand why the flight attendants feel to good to clean the lavatories for their passengers. We are stuck on a flying can for 9-10 hours and deserve to have clean lavatories during that time. At one point, I was thirty and approached the back of the plane. When I entered the rear galley, the ladies looked at me like I was intruding. If self-service is not available for passengers, then flight attendants should be prepared to serve their customers."

The seat was very narrow - it felt cramped and as if they turned a space designed for 2-4-2 into a 3-4-3. When I called the customer service before the flight to get a seat next to my husband who had a separate reservation, it took about 4 calls before anyone even mentioned that out reservations could be linked together. will not fly Austrian airlines again."

Lot didn't provide any drink or food, and also they didn't give us any information about our flight, they just ignored us. We were very frustrated, our kids were hungry and thirsty but nobody from LOT company didn't care about it. They even didn't say "sorry " . I will not recommend this airline to my friends or to somebody else, just be careful with this airline."

Плюси: "LOT does great with boarding, food, and entertainment. The food is very tasty and plentiful. The boarding process is smooth and the people are very nice. And the selection of movies and TV is very broad, and the equipment works well."
Мінуси: "The crew on the plane are short with passengers and don't seem to go out of their way to make passengers comfortable. This lack of effort stands out very much in the background of super-uncomfortable seats on Dreamliners. There is relatively much less space available for passengers between rows and between seats themselves. It makes long flights exceptionally painful, especially for people who are not extra small or young. I have gotten to the point that I choose to fly different airlines even if that means a bit more money and an extra stop because I cannot handle 8 or 9 hours on the Dreamliners, especially when the flights are full."

I bought my tickets just like anybody would, go on the website, pick the flights and pay. But someone did not do their job correctly and did not correctly confirm my flight. I paid for this incompetence by missing Christmas and a business meeting. Do not think it will never happen to you, it is just a matter of time that this kind of bad service catches up to you. The system is so disconnected or careless that it can't even figure out I couldn't take the flight which it is is asking me a review for."

Staff is not very helpful, flights are often late, …. but after we got stuck in Warsaw for 10 hours with 2 kids because connecting flight was canceled we started to use different airlines. Usually we buy 3 to 5 tickets and this year we try LOT again because of price. NEWER AGAIN WE WILL SPEND ANY MONEY WITH LOT. Yes, they have new planes but they still operate under old habits. This time we got stock in Warsaw for more than 7 hours because our connecting flight was once again canceled and the next available flight vas late. NEVER AGAIN, WE ARE DONE WITH LOT FOR GOOD."

Being crammed into a tiny seat with a bunch of strangers is never pleasant. Same in this flight. Nothing terrible, just the usual. Also, to the other passengers, sit down until it’s your turn to exit. What is wrong with you that you can’t sit five more minutes? Be polite and let the people in front of you go first, let them have room to grab their bags instead of having your elbows in their face."

Мінуси: "There are no queues. A free for all to load and unload the plane. If you are looking for Swiss order, look elsewhere. Nothing is free, not water (1.5 euro) or any other beverages or anything else. We paid double what the flight should cost to not even be offered water. The seats were lightly padded to maximize seats. There was a small amount of leg room but some. No power outlets, wifi or media. The worst aspect is I bought a flight on Baltic Air from Tallinn to Riga and had the price from Riga to Paris on the next tab on kayak. I bought the ticket from Tallin to Riga then flipped to buy Riga to Paris only to learn it was a bait price. The price was actually $200 more. Baltic would not refund the first flight (within minutes) so we were stuck to either walk away from our 2 tickets to Riga or pay the bait and switch rate. We begrudgingly paid 400 (200 each) euro MORE than the initial price shown so we could fly out of Riga back to Paris (to be back in Paris by Jan 7). A non alcoholic beverage, a small snack, and power access would be helpful. Ground crew helping with order would be helpful. I was shoved and run over trying to get onto and off the plane. It is the wild west of flying except the plane is new...oh, and it is 30 euro if you do not check in online ahead. But you will still need to stand in line to check a bag (where they can issue you a boarding pass)."

Ask for payment for baggage, does something with my credit card- then tells me I need to go to another desk to pay. So inefficient. This on top of her and her gate buddy screwing around at the desk throwing things at each other. Professionalism is not here. To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again."

It become 12 hours traveling across 4 countries ( we arrived form Stockholm) instead of 5 hours flight as it was supposed to! I'm not recommending to travel with that company it can not be trusted!"

First they said it was problems in Amsterdam, then problems with the plane, then traffic in Amsterdam. It was hard to tell what was true and what was avoiding penalties (it is possible that equipment issues caused them to lose their spot, and get caught in traffic delays). I hate that they charge 2.5 euros for water on the flight. Their carryon rules only allow us to take the smallest of bags (smaller than other airlines) but when I got on the plane, lots of people had medium sized carryons."

That brings the price that you pay so much higher than you expect at first. Also if you don't print boarding pass ahead of time which we didn't (plus still needed to drop off checked luggage and check our passports) they want to charge you 30 Eur a person to print that drinking piece of paper. If you don't want to pay that get out of the line with all of you luggage, go to kiosk and print it, then come back to the line. But that's companies rules , employees just have to follow it. Another problem was their attitude. The guy who got our luggage was so weird. Showing off and talking to us like a boss. After giving us boarding passes he said we can go to the screen and look up the gate ourselves. I never write long reviews but man! they got me mad that day. Never say never - but I don't want to fly with this airline again"

They forced me to check in my bag at the gate claiming that my luggage was too large to be a carry-on, even though I have traveled the world with the same carry-on and the person at the check in counter did not mention anything about the size of my carry-on when I checked in for this flight. This seemed like a stupid pathetic scheme to get more money from their customers. The in flight experience proceeded to be even more pathetic: they don't even serve you water, you have to purchase even such "luxury". What kind of airline doesn't even offer free water to their customers??? It is simply called a human courtesy! This was by far the most pathetic airline business I have ever come across."
