Secondly, I think that if this airline became the best airline in 2017, staff should care about their passengers’ stuff more than they do, so backpacks or suitcases don't lose parts or get crushed during flights. When I got my backpack back, I thought that someone had used it to play football. My backpack had lost some parts, and some pieces of it were torn!"

Although I was pleased that some of the flights used metal flatware, but still too much waste in the industry in my opinion. Also, the headphone jack was not compatible with my headphones. The type used on the 777 is the dual pronged one. I did not have an adapter so had to use the crappy headphones that are provided."

He told us that our flight had already left but he would get us on the next one. We ended up getting seats on the next flight but then were also given the option to get a temporary visa and explore Doha for the night. We opted for the comped night which included a very nice hotel and $100 in meal vouchers. We absolutely LOVED Doha and the hotel and food was fantastic! I don't think I have ever received better service from an airline or a hotel. We ended up walking around Souq Waquif and the downtown until 1am (we are two young females!) with no issue and just used Uber to get to and from the hotel. Everything was so well laid out for us! No complaints whatsoever!"

They also pressurized us to decide quickly. our each check in baggage was over weight 1 KG or less than 1 KG due to faulty scale at home. Instead of giving us a choice or advice that you are allowed two more hand bags. They pressurized us to make one baggage over weight from all 7 bags and harassed us to do it quickly because they are closing counter in 20 minutes. That's how they charged me another $65. Also they lied on the counter that your seats are in a row but when i went into the plane our seats were separate. Lesson learned don't trust the person over the counter of Qatar airways."

Finally got advised on driving to the airport to make the flight change at the Swiss Air counter at O’Hare. The representative told me to bring a note from doctor to switch flights. I did the next day. The same representative looked me in the eye after advising the day before and said there’s nothing she could do. Why make an elderly sick person drive to the airport again if you know already you cannot help??Absolutely terrible experience, no help from the airline or travel agency. Total loss of the full price of the ticket."

His very hairy large belly was touching my daughters head every time. He and his children punched the backs of our seats on a regular basis. My back was in constant pain and I was unable to do very many things due to the back pain during my "vacation", The flight attendants had to remind the parents that their children could not stand on the seats during takeoff or crawl around under the seats. No ability to change seats or I would have. I didn't have a problem with the other children on the flight, when they were crying their parents tried to do something. However these people brought playdough for their child to roll out or punch on the seat tray and all they did was constantly yell loudly at their children, Well not about the kicking, punching, or crawling around. Just yell in general at them."

They took great care to get people what they wanted, and I saw them fulfill a few special requests from the people around me politely and quickly. The entertainment selections were good. The variety of interesting musical selections allowed me to go the whole flight without running down the battery on any of my own musical devices. The seat space was comfortable, especially compared to domestic flights I've taken for the last 10 years. The enforcement of carry-on luggage rules meant the overhead compartments were sufficient for what was brought aboard and people weren't filling the foot-space with bags."

Мінуси: "I had a 12 hour layover in Istanbul. The hotel was great and I appreciated the good food and rest. However, it took nearly an hour each way to the hotel. I think it would be great if Istanbul airways cooperated with the Yotel so transit passengers could stay in the airport. They helped me to get a visa and they say it will be reimbursed, but all of those things took time when I was so exhausted after a long flight. Overall, it was wonderful to have that opportunity to rest and shower on a long wait, but it would be even better if it was closer and it was clear ahead of time that a visa would be needed."

The manager came out and said that we have to pay. I said I already paid extra for my suitcases please help us because my wife is carrying our son, the diaper bag and 2 carryons. He was rude stating that we have to pay each carryon. We didn’t have the extra money and my wife took everything with her. If that’s how Turkish Airline treats their customers, they shouldn’t be operating. It was the last time I use this airline. No dignity or humanity, it’s all only about the money. And when I took the stroller with my son. They made me package the stroller by myself looking that I had my son on me crying and when I asked for help they said that they can’t help me... unbelievable... they see me with 2 carryons a stroller and a baby and they can’t help me."

Many people like me can eat Non vegetarian meals like chicken, fish , EXCEPT BEEF Ran out of the Salmon fish dish. I was given a snacking cheese sandwich instead! This would not have happened if you had selected other than a beef dish! Cramped seating. The airlines greed shows in picking out the seat placement design. The plane had extremely limited knee room. I'm five foot five inches tall and my knees were almost touching the seat in front."

Not a problem except for time. 2. Security entering the terminal was seriously understaffed. There were a hundred security personnel, but thousands of passengers. I only needed the room to sleep for 3 or 4 hrs. Anyway, the flight itself was great, no complaints"

The food was above what I expected coach meals to be from my experiences flying different carriers to over 8 different countries. The customer service was amazing! The lady flight attendant for my section was very attentive and friendly. When I came out of the bathroom, I accidentally interrupted one male flight attendant from doing his job, he politely gestured which reassured me that he would be right with me when he was done with what he was doing. I asked him if they had any heartburn or antiacids available which they didn't. These 2 interactions with the flight attendants made the flight very enjoyable."

Even though as she said, we were about to take off, but she didn't say anything to the man in front of me. This was my second time flying with them and the first experience was much better."

Complaint filed with Turkish airline resulted in nothing. I made several calls for update and only repose I got was we will send an email to the complaint dept. and you will here in 24 hours. This has been going on for over 5 days with no contect, update or resolution. Once back in the US, I plane to file a formal complaint with FAA and more. DO NOT take this airline. They are worst airline I have ever used and will never use it again."

Entertainment was on demand and included a wide selection. Seats were comfortable with reasonable distance between rows for coach (better than on many U.S. carriers). They have ample restrooms and they are split throughout the coach cabin, which made lines for the restroom almost nonexistent. Restroom amenities include hand lotion and refreshing spray - very nice."

No priority boarding, they proceeded with boarding the first half of passengers all at once so rather confusing."

I had to call the SAS headquarters in Stockholm before receiving any guidance on what to do next. All service attendants ditched the ticketing desk leaving one poor employee to answer questions for over 70 disgruntled passengers. Very very very poor communication. Luckily I was finally able to book a flight using another airline after waiting on hold for 20 minutes with the regional customer service provider."

We were later diverted for a person on the flight who had health issues all the way back to Canada when we were practically over Ireland. We flew back I believe an hour and a half back only to not have proper fuel equipment which took fueling forever and caused our crew to go past their duty day which made use get diverted again to Iceland for a new crew and even more gas. We were held on the plane for a total of 8 additional hours! We were never allowed to get off the plane, we were given very minimal food and drink the additional 8 hours, and when my girlfriend asked what was going on your information person in Copenhagen said they had no idea what was going on with my Flight and had no idea where it was."

When the Danish government has repatedly bailed out SAS, it would make a lot more sense for everyone involved to have higher quality Danish products on board for the meals, especially for such things as dairy products."

Why transit passengers need to be subjected to security checks and clearance I do not understand. We have just got off an international flight - transit passengers surely aren't combined with new passengers who have not been through security in Warsaw."

This lack of effort stands out very much in the background of super-uncomfortable seats on Dreamliners. There is relatively much less space available for passengers between rows and between seats themselves. It makes long flights exceptionally painful, especially for people who are not extra small or young. I have gotten to the point that I choose to fly different airlines even if that means a bit more money and an extra stop because I cannot handle 8 or 9 hours on the Dreamliners, especially when the flights are full."

Мінуси: "Was not aware that choosing a seat in the front row would mean I will be next to all the babies on the plane."
Мінуси: "No new movies or no tv shows to watch on a 9hr flight. If I knew I would have downloaded movies on my phone or on a usb stick(u have the possibility of using those). Horrible food, cannot even describe! No free alcohol. If you pay cash for the alcohol you end up paying double as if you pay with Credit card. I paid for 3 drinks, were brought only 2 and when I asked for the 3rd one they didn't understand what I want. Crew speaks only polish, they have little knowledge of English language. They are not helpful and they don't care about passengers! Delays on every flight, Friday LOT airline doesn't have to many flights out of Warsaw! Be aware, in the event of a delay and loosing your connecting flight you might end up spending a night in Warsaw. I WILL NEVER USE LOT AGAIN and I will make sure to spread the word!!!"

Мінуси: "We had 2 people traveling. The first person thought the food was very poor. Her other flight overseas was with Lufthansa and so she expected food similar to their flight. It was not at all. The quality of foods was dramatically different and Lufthansa even offered complimentary wine & beer with the meal. The second person needed a gluten-free menu due to gluten sensitivity. However, her meals also came dairy-free, so she wasn't even given real butter. She was offered no salad dressings so her salad was eaten dry. The chicken was extremely dry. The 2nd meal (breakfast-like) was horrible dry bread with cucumber, lettuce and tomato -- no meat, no cheese, no protein at all! The regular meals were also given yogurt, where she just got cut up fruit. Protein is extremely important in each meal and LOT failed to provide this. When asking a steward whether she could at least get a yogurt like the regular passengers, they were unable to help her."

Мінуси: "We used to fly with LOT often but they are unreliable airline. We had numerous problems. Staff is not very helpful, flights are often late, …. but after we got stuck in Warsaw for 10 hours with 2 kids because connecting flight was canceled we started to use different airlines. Usually we buy 3 to 5 tickets and this year we try LOT again because of price. NEWER AGAIN WE WILL SPEND ANY MONEY WITH LOT. Yes, they have new planes but they still operate under old habits. This time we got stock in Warsaw for more than 7 hours because our connecting flight was once again canceled and the next available flight vas late. NEVER AGAIN, WE ARE DONE WITH LOT FOR GOOD."
