Constant elbow issues and a feeling of being locked into a small space. I've never been so happy to exit from a flight. Note that on the JFK-BUD-JFK route, LOT subcontracts to a low-cost Portuguese airline, so this plane isn't configured for a trans-Atlantic flight, at least not for a minimal level of comfort. Never again. Pay more for a decent seat on another carrier! And take a large bottle of water, as they're not at all generous with the water, soda, and juice. My seatmate and I were parched and couldn't wait to clear customs so as to buy a bottle of water."

LOT put us up in a hotel overnight and booked us on a flighty the next day. The hotel was 1 hour drive, 50miles, from airport. I reached my final destination 13 hours late."

Boarding in Warsaw was chaotic - no announcements it just sort of started, I was in Zone 3 but there were only lines for Zones 1 and 2. The usual Central European pushing into the line. Flight was nice, smooth and good service. Leg room is limited but that is to be expected on any airline and flight. Would fly LOT again happily. On time, Captain made regular announcements. I arrived safely, as did my luggage. Can't wait for the direct service between Chicago and Budapest."

Many people stood in a long line for at least an hour with no information about why they couldn't check in. When we did check in, they couldn't print my wife's boarding pass for the next flight and told us that we would have to print it at the gate. We found out in Poland that she was missing an eTA number necessary for her to fly into Canada. With the flight delay and lack of information, the application did not process in time, and we missed our connecting flight. As a result, we were stuck in Poland for 24 hours, leading to lost sleep, added expense, and much frustration."

It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."

They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"

The airline would not allow me to carry it on (only recourse was to purchase a second seat for it). I was forced to pay a baggage fee (around $70 u.s.dollars). For what? To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not..."

I didn't have the code as I was searching emails for the booking agent and airline when it was (as I later discovered) sent by another name. This resulted in £30 to check in going out and 40 euros back. Desk staff were unhelpful bordering on rude (the cabin staff were fine in that respect. I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

Thankfully there was a seat for me! It seemed to be a problem staff were aware of which is concerning that Wizz did not block that seat."

After checking in we scanned our passports using the machines and then we were in what I thought was the boarding area so we relaxed and waited by the screens in a coffee shop. But when our flight gate was announced there was another passport control to get into those gates with a big line which threatened to delay our boarding. There wasn't enough room for everyone to put their bags in the overhead locker which meant there were even more delays and it felt a bit rushed to get off. When we arrived I was queuing down the stairs to get to the queue for passport control which took about 45-60 minutes to get through with no toilets. I was also charged 40 euros per person for not checking in and printing the boarding pass which is my fault, but the charges do seem excessive."

Seats were smallest I've ever been in, lines were extremely confusing and unorganized in boarding, and the air conditioning wasn't working. Will never fly wizz air again"

Мінуси: "Ryan Air have changed their online check in system with flights.Basically i was forced to pay for a seat spot on my return flight because they only allow 48 hour check in before flight if you dont purchase a seat. Because of the risk of not having access to print out my boarding pass when in Hungary while checking in there for the return part and that the app may not have worked on my phone it resulted in me paying additional fees or pay a larger sum to check in at Hungary airport. .Online check in should not be locked behind a paywell.This is dishonest business. The flight on the way delayed with no explanation and the company didnt bother to notify the airport of this and update the times on the boards or atleast a delayed notification at the airport. They tried to rush the boarding because of the fact they were delayed and boarded all passengers at same time in both priority and non priority queues which kind of defeats part of the purpose of those people paying the extra for priority boarding. Also this return journey of the flight was delayed too with no communication of a delayed take off. Despite the fact that Ryan Air claim to have the highest percentage of flights arrive on time i have yet to witness a single flight of theirs arrive on time which has me to believe the company is falsifying information on this record."

Мінуси: "1. We were told to follow ground crew to plane across tarmac and then not allowed to board once at top of stairs—poorly organized! 2. Rude and harsh cabin attendants. 3. When we arrived in Dublin, we were turned lose to find our way from the plane to the stairs into the terminal; once again poorly organized and unsafe!"

Very loud speakers inside, the seating is very uncomfortable, small legspace and also you cannot put even your glasses in front of you because of lack of storage place. long walking to and from the plane, and you have to wait for ages in front ot the checking desk, than in the hot bus down. Overall totally inhuman experience."

Usually this is not a problem but on this flight they split us up, one at the front & one at the rear, then they ask if we want to pay extra to sit together. This is a very petty ploy to get extra money. It doesn't work !! The passengers just swop when on the plane"

Member of airport staff informed us we would get some food ( distugust unfortunatly) about 30 mins from expected (2 hour late delay) another delay, now leaving 3h10 min later than expected. Board the plane, taxing to runway told we will be flying into Gatwick not Stansted, not other info given. When asking flight attendants, told they had no info either and also had been delayed ( I still can't get over how rude staff were). Just before landing announced that it had all been sorted and there would be coaches taking us to the correct airport. This was a lie! Nothing put on at at 4am we were expected to sort our own transport back to the correct airport. Never again will I fly with an airline that fails to fulfil their contract. Despicable."

Плюси: "I didn't check in for my flight online (sometimes I do for flights, othertimes I don't. It depends if the hotel I'm at has a printer I can use.) Anyway, Ryanair has a fee for not checking in outside the airport. The fee was 50% of my total flight cost ($54 USD.) I've flown on a LOT of airlines, I've never been charged a fee for airport check in. And even if I had to, if you want to nickle and dime a little bit I get it, you're a budget airline, thats what you're supposed to do. But if you're going to charge RIDICULOUSLY HIGH fees for very common practices as a boarding passenger (I'm not talking about flight insurance or premiere seat selection or other gimmicks but things people do regularly, like checking in at an airport) you better put that front and center during the payment phase of your checkout interface. Good lord."
