Плюси: "Turkish Airlines offers an experience much better than your average two-hour plane hop in the U.S. There was a full meal served, staff were kind and didn’t try to sell a bunch of extra stuff to you, and there were many choices for in-flight entertainment."

In addition, the flight was delayed by 1 full hour and when we arrived in Vienna our luggage (and the luggage of many other passengers) had not been sent with us. We waited in line for luggage for 30 minutes, then another line for at least 30 more minutes to report the missing bag, and we were then told that it wouldn’t arrive for another day and would be delivered to us within a 3 hour window in the middle of the day. This was essentially an entire night and day lost to a mishap that the airline didn’t even notify us of when we landed. Pretty frustrating."

Flight was delayed 45 minutes because a flight attendant was running late and then to top it off, at the end of. The flight the attendants blocked anyone fromaim cabin from leaving until all of first class had departed, even when no one was coming they still Blocked it off. This is a practice I have never seen on delta and haven't seen in aviation in almost 20 years in the US"

We were told that in Europe passports cannot expire within 3 months of your departure. However, Delta never let us know about this rule until we literally were boarding the plane. Now I am stuck in Prague looking for a flight to Athens and most likely will miss my next flight from Athens to Karpathos and will again be stuck in Athens because there are no flights out to Karpathos until 19 of May, 3days from now. I was physically in the Copenhagen airport and could have made that flight, I feel that since I was already checked in they should have waited for me and allowed me to board. Now I will Be missing work!"

Плюси: "Because of bad weather at the Faroe Islands, the aircraft made a missed approach (go-around) on the first attempt to land. The weather had improved sufficiently to make it in on the second attempt. The pilot and the cabin crew were excellent in keeping everyone informed, and telling us the status of the weather and the likelihood of getting in. The pilot was outstanding in his communication with the passengers and the cabin crew were great in re-assuring passengers after the missed approach. The flight crew handled the difficult weather conditions very well."
Мінуси: "Got delayed 13-hours in an airport with no SAS staff present to communicate anything to all of the passengers. We were not accommodated with hotel vouchers or provided with alternative travel options to our final destinations and missed flights. SAS did not cancel the flight after the first 4-hours of delay which is illegal by EU Standards. None of us were able to leave the airport as we were not told any information about potential flight departure times and it would have been $2000 to re-book with a different airline. No answers were given by SAS over the phone and their staff seemed unaware of any problems."

Lufthansa would not let me through the process, even though I immediately told them about the problem. They not only refused to let me board, but also refused to reschedule me. I had to buy a whole new round-trip ticket at more than double the price in order to meet my family for our once-in-a-lifetime reuinion in Norway, but also make my existing connection for the return flight. It cost me an additional 999 Euros cash in the middle of my vacation because my Kayak ticket was not refundable."

Would have been difficult juggling, along with work computer, etc. if all seats were filled."
Плюси: "I arrived a little more than an hour ahead of the flight (traffic delay), but security lines were very short and there was still time to get to the gate well ahead of departure if I had been given the opportunity. However, there were no agents at the counter; and a nearby representative said they had left two hours before flight."

Since I wanted to think about my options, I was told I could decide later that evening and still do that. When I tried to call a few hours later, their offices were closed (8 pm)and by the next day my return flight had also been cancelled. This seems to me like a budget airline these days."

I dont think I've ever flow this route on and had an om time arrival This caused me to miss my flight in Toronto, forcing me to spend the night. I pressed their customer service rep for a hotel, but they refused claiming it was a weather related incident and they were were therefore mot responsible. The weather in Boston and Toronto was fine and at no poi t on the flight did anyone offer Any Reason Whatsoever for the delay. Moreover when i protested the customer service agent mocked me for not realizing it was a 'weather related incident'. I spent the night on the floor on YYC. Needless to say, Ill never fly Air Canada again."

The funny thing is after I checked in, it was not scan at any other place except Toronto. So it got lost at Toronto where I checked in. All that am told of is the baggage can not be located. Three weeks I spend at Boston, I had nothing."

The commercials take up the first 10 minutes (or longer) of the experience and make for an excruciating long wait."
