I asked to speak to a manager and they refused to connect me. I ended up buying a one way ticket home with another airline. I will not fly with Turkish Airlines again in the future, and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Just beware of this service if you see them listed as the cheapest option."

About Covid. The thing is that you cannot submit it unless you as a passenger fill out an Austrian address. The electronic form does not have the option to rule out staying in Austria and indicating that you are transiting in Vienna. I had to fill that form out (at the Address in Austria section) with sentences like “not applicable” “transitting” and also had to google the Vienna Airport address for the zip code so it could be submitted. The form forced me to fool the it. Not cool. Frustrating."

I found to be just mediocre. Maybe it's because I was living in Asia for eight years and had become more accustom to asian cuisine?? I didn't love the seat either. When you recline, your feet are cramped inside a small area under the seat in front of you. It was cramped. The ability to customize the seat recline was limited. I like being able to move the head and feet into my own customized position. The business class seats from Vienna to Amman felt like coach."

Мінуси: "i took a flight from jfk to tbilisi, georgia. i was very disappointed that on my 12 hour flight i did not have a food tray available for my seating, so i had to hold everything with my hands, i had to rush eating my food before getting my drink. i also had to take precautions because i didn't want to burn myself with the tea. another problem that the plane has one that one of the bathroom were out of order so there was a huge line just to go to the bathroom. and i also almost forgot to tell you that the plane was leaking water from the top. the person sitting in the next row was getting very frustrated with getting wet. is that even safe? i would never recommended this airways to anyone. by far the worse."
Мінуси: "The flight itself had no problems, but UAI has serious problems when it comes to checked baggage. A fee is required in order to check baggage, as with many other airlines. But the UAI method was complicated and required sending your payment information online without receiving back confirmation of receipt and payment. Because of this, in Kiev I was forced to pay (twice) to check in my bag even though I had already paid online, since there was no way to prove this and staff claimed they had no record of my payment. UAI needs to fix this now as I will not fly again if they cannot keep track of these simple issues."

Мінуси: "Older plane so seats did recline slightly but no pillow, no screens, very difficult to sleep comfortably. They announced at 8 p.m the flight would be delayed until 10. While waiting for our dinner order in a resturant near the gate we saw on a screen that the plane was boarding and it was only 9 p.m. On board they served big sandwhichs and right after that came offering a hot meal. In the morning they ran out of egg meals and served something that appeared to be old."

And my neck was very sore by the end of the flight. Surprisingly, for such a long trip, there were no personal screens, but three larger ones at the front of the cabin. Also, the flight was delayed because the crew was kate to board."

Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"

Плюси: "Firstly, Overbuggage limits were put into practice with a mindset of just to f* the customers and consequently almost every single passenger has to end up paying at such overated fees that were equal to a level of a business ticket of any well known first class airline company.I , myself, had to pay 450£ in total for the ticket , just because of 34 kg of a luggage weight though 20 kg of this amount was included in the ticket. Sirs, if you really will only take this complaint as just to watch and say that this was a company policy then i will definetly never choose your services either again.Also, from the bottom of my heart, i will never feel tired to share and spead around this nasty experience of mine on each and every social media occasion , when i will have a word to say. Within only one flight on that day ,the total buggage revenue of the company was equal to a sum of 23,000 £ in total, despite the plane was ridiculously abit bigger than a small box. Sirs, Pls rethink over what i said. This is far beyond to accept and fit into any int'l trade rules.17£ fee for 1 kg !?? Best Regards"

People were not helped to stow carry ons and many should have been requested to check large carryon bags. They were out of beer even though beverages had just been loaded. Attendants could not clearly communicate the price of a beverage."

None of the Pegasus crew (on the flight from Lviv) seemed to care that I had a flight very soon after landing, even though I was a female passenger alone. They wouldn't call the gate or look up if my flight to Almaty was delayed once we arrived."

Мінуси: "Oh, boy. First, this flight was super late and they wouldn't admit it. I went to the gate at boarding time, and the staff rudely pushed me away, saying I misunderstood the gate number. I double checked, and no, that was indeed the right gate. This lasted until the airport announced the final boarding call for my flight, and people started lining up.Then the staff had to admit that this was the right gate and the plane was just late. We didn't start boarding until way after the announced time (which they didn't bother to update on the screen until it passed. Extraordinarily disorganized. Second, the flight crew was loud and kept the lights turned way up on an overnight flight. Everyone around me was trying to sleep, and they were woken up by the crew yelling "DO YOU WANT COFFEE?" 5 rows away. Even when they finally dimmed the lights 3 hours into the flight, they kept the Tv's on, so the flashing advertisements prevented me from sleeping restfully. Third, you have to pay for coffee and tea. Who does this? They also begin their flight with loud, obnoxious music that jolts everyone awake (see above for this being an overnight flight). Overall, only choose this airline if you're okay with being kept forcibly awake and you don't mind the flight being late. Oh, and you have 2 euros to pay for simple tea."
