The seats are tight but I was in the economy plus section so I thought she should have let me recline instead of physically moving my seat upright. And for someone who cared so much about the seat at dinner no one cared about me the rest of the flight. I slept through breakfast and no one left me a tray even. Plus, I had my seat back the rest of the flight including landing which I didn't realize. Isn't it their job to ensure our seats are in upright positions in case we forget or don't realize? Just a very blasé crew."

Плюси: "The plane was comfortable. The headrest was great and the seat pitch and recline were decent. I was able to sleep better with Swiss than with other airlines like Lufthansa or Delta. They are much better overall for sure. The food and staff were excellent! The food quality is very good compared to the other airlines. The cabin crew are always passing around water and chocolates throughout the flight. They were friendly and helpful as well. The pilots were also very good. We had no rough turbulence and their landing skills were amazing."

Idea was she would place the dog on the table space next to her seat. It would be exactly the same for both seats. Do not know what they were thinking. There were other business class seats on the other side that had the table space ext to the window away from the aisle. That would make sense for the lady with dog. Business class was full and I was the last to get on, 45 minute connection in Zurich from terminal A to E, my seat was given. But as I objected, they moved the dog lady and gave me back my seat. But they never asked a person in the seat that would have made sense to give her to trade seats."

The one time when I thought the staff faltered was when I hit the paige attendant button, and noone came for 25 mins. I ended up walking to the back of the plane and asking for water myself. I also thought some of the materials used in the plane were cheap, like the foldout tables on the back of the seat, the pillow covers, and the headphones (one of which broke midway). The headphones don't cover the noise of the jet in flight very well."
Плюси: "On every flight I have ever been on, if I request it I can get a whole water bottle vs. the small cups offered...however on this flight they refused saying 'it is against the rules"?? As a result I had to bother the flight crew over 10 times to refill my small glass...a huge inconvenience for both of us. The other inconvenience (one I have not experienced in over 5-6 years) was the the headphone jacks were the old fashioned kind...meaning you could not use your own, and the buds given by the airline were very uncomfortable."

I always fly first row to be able to work with my laptop, however due to a last minute plane change the new A321 did not have a 1D or 1F, only 1A and 1C. I had booked 1D, but was moved back to 5D with absolutely no option to change back to the first row to finish my work. I had to sit sideways to be able to work, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I don't understand why they couldn't have moved me back to the first row and move the non-SEN/HON sleeping members back to 5D and 5F, or at least asked them if they would mind. The plane was massively late, and I missed my followup meetings at the airport."

They said that I had enough time and that's my fault - I even should be thankful that I don't pay for another flight that I am going to be flying in 7 hours. Bottom line: I got to Kiev at 9:20 PM and moreover, the flight landed 30 mins late. It never happened to me, despite I've been more than on 25 flights. I am shocked by employee's behavior and the situation in general. Would never recommend Lufthansa airline to anyone."

When I got to checkout they said I had pay for the suitcase. Turns out my flight was economy 'light' flight and I had to go the Austrian airlines desk and pay euro 40 for my suitcase. Wish that would have been clear when I purchased the ticket. Also there is no clear info on what the cost is for your bag at what point in the check-in process."

Because of this, I missed my connecting flight in Zurich. Apparently hundreds of other passengers were in a similar situation, because I spent the next 6.5 hours standing in line to getting my new itinerary and hotel vouchers."

I ended up travelling by to Vienna by train, over the course of the next several days. I am a lone woman with a developmental disability, travelling to Europe for the first time. Another disadvantage is that the lounge only opens at 5.30am in the morning but first flight already leave Vienna around 6am. Mine was at 7.05am which meant that I just arrived when the lounge opened and I had to wait in a long cue. Boarding was due to the limited space in front of the gate a mess, priority boarding was announced but I was not made sure that priority passengers board first. The seats on board are for business to small and there is not even space to hag up the coat."

When my parents were checking in for flight they asked the representative about meal selection and she didn't answer their questions properly and because of that my mom didn't get proper Hindu Vegetarian food on flight instead she got Egg omelet which she couldn't eat. She has to eat just fruits. My mother is a diabetic patient and she needs a food every after some time. I never had such a bad experience before with any other airlines."

Мінуси: "The only complaint I have regarding my most recent flight was the incredibly rude service staff whom we experienced at the front counter at check-in. After a harrowing cab ride to the airport in which our driver continuously ignored my request to follow the GPS insisting that he knew faster shortcuts, we arrived 40 minutes later than intended. Additionally he dropped us off at the wrong terminal such that we finally arrived at the KLM gate an hour later than we had planned. This was especially frustrating as we are traveling with two small children and made every effort to be punctual and leave early to be sure we got there with time to spare. Not the case today. All of that I could deal with, but when we arrived at the KLM counter, and I apologized to the attendant staff member that we were late and explained that our cab driver got lost, she responded by chastising us first in Spanish and then in broken English. She made sure to make it clear to us that it was our fault and we should not blame the Argentinian cabdriver. The cabdriver was not actually Argentinian, but that is totally besides the point. I was totally taken aback to be treated so rudely as a greeting at the airline counter. My wife share the same sentiment. Nothing like this has ever happened to us before. Thank God, every single airport personnel and of course KLM staff member on board was incredibly kind and accommodating of our children subsequent to this. It saved what otherwise could've been a terrible experience."

The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us."
Мінуси: "This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better."

I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare"
Мінуси: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Мінуси: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight."
