At the gate, that partner airline's reps (or Istanbul airport employees -- not sure) yelled at me that I had too much to carry on board and forced me to hastily check a bag with personal items I did not plan on checking. Needless to say, that also delayed my reaching the final destination even further because I had to wait for the luggage and it was already 1:00 in the morning in an unfamiliar and rough foreign city."

The passenger had a relapse a few hours later - again no acknowledgement from the crew to reassure those of us who could hear his cries of distress."

They were very responsive to any time i needed help . And the food was amazing . Even the economy class gets gourmet meals . Also the entertainment was quite good . They have big tv screen for each seat and have all sorts of shows and movies from international to hollywood . And have games for kids ... Overall i was very pleased with my flight ."

Мінуси: "To whom it may concern I had booked flight from Casablanca to Chicago via Frankfurt , on May 6th , by Lufthansa, two hours before the flight , at the counter in CMN , they notified me , that the flight , is over booked , and I can’t catch this flight , and they offered me different difficult options, , till the flight boarded , they offered me one of the most inconvenient flights , and reward me some amount , in this case : I missed my flight which accordingly , lose my appointment , and lose my business. I frustrated with this decision at late hours . I asked full consideration of all the difficulty situation and the turbles they put me ."

When we arrived at Logan airport, we were told by TAP the flight is overbooked, but there is a chance we will get seats. We did get seats at the last moment, always kept abreast by TAP representatives. The flight was a non-stop flight, leaving at 6 PM arriving by 6 AM, far better than the connections with changes the day before."

Overall, I will avoid this airport, and flight path in the future."

Finally, they told me the flight was overbooked and that was why I was waiitng. They offered nothing else--as if I had done something wrong (the impression they gave me), rather than Lufthansa. I waited a full 1 1/2 hours. No other explanation. At the very end, when they finally put me on a flight, they chastised me for not checking in online---this was NEVER offered to me by Lufthansa on my flight there or on the return. With other airlines they always send me an email to check in online ahead of time. Lufthansa did not. I could not have been more disappointed with this checking in experience with Lufthansa. Again, the worst in my life and would be cause for me not to recommend Lufthansa to others. Otherwise, the flight itself and the actual crew were great. So disappointing to have such an unprofessional check in experience."

She addressed me and others in a curt and arguably rude tone of voice and mannerisms. No further instruction was given for the gate check process, hence I rolled the small suitcase to the entry of the aircraft, where the Purser asked why I would wish to check the bag. When I recounted the story, he chuckled and said, bring it aboard, there is no reason to check that bag."

It took such a long time to get through that the people at the end of the line were late catching the plane. Now to actually boarding the plane. None of this was anyone’s fault accept the actual passengers tat were being difficult HOWEVER there could have maybe been something done seeing that we left and hour and a half later than we should have because of said passengers. When you have a layover, that is an actual nightmare. Next, onto the layover. It was fine. Nothing bad happened on the flight itself. But here’s where it sucked. Everyone who flew from Paris to Lviv with a layover in Kiev lost their baggage. GREAT NEWS TO HEAR. I understand that this happens from time to time. But we were given hardly any answers as to when we would have our luggage back and we were all a part of a very important even where, oh I don’t know. Clothes would be nice to have. Anyway that’s it. Just a little chunk of our hellish travel day."

Why on earth did we pay with our time at night for the airline troubles ? I would not consider this airline again any time soon."
Мінуси: "there were no personal screen but a central screen for about 5 rows and not only that, they didnt even give us headphones to see the movie that no one want to see everything on the flight besides water was NOT included and you were asked to pay extra money for a cup of juice or coffee. the chairs weren't comfortable at all and very dense. the airplane was old and not in a good condition. that will absolutely be my last flight with this company. I'm very disappointed."

Мінуси: "They did not let me on the plane. This is the second time this year Ukraine International Airlines has done this. They did this in August also. So the choices are hire a taxi or wait a day. There are dozens of taxi drivers waiting each day for the people Ukraine Airlines bumps off flights. I took a taxi to Kharkov for 150 dollars last time. This time I am stuck in Kiev. To say it is a bad airline is an understatement. They did this others also."

I have not been updated as to the location of my bags and have been forced to repeatedly call for the status. Today I have called over 30 times and they have yet to answer the phone. Horrendous customer service. If you can afford it, do not fly Ukrainian Intl Air."

Мінуси: "My flight to Minsk was listed as boarding at gate D9 on my boarding pass, which I picked up in Frankfurt. Then when I got to Kiev I checked the departures board, and it had changed to D15. Another board listed the same D15 gate, so that is where I went. No problem so far; I know that gates change from time to time. But our boarding time came and went, and there were no announcements for us to board. Then a few minutes later I heard an announcement that a flight to Amsterdam would begin boarding at gate D15! Sure enough, the gate had changed again, but I now had no idea where my flight to Minsk was boarding. I checked two different departure boards, and my flight was no longer listed on them since it was so close to the departure time. Finally, I found a third departure board where it was listed, and it said we would be boarding at gate D10. But for about ten minutes I was pretty panicked, running around the airport trying to find out where my flight was boarding! Another lady on my flight also had difficulty finding the gate, as she had also been sitting at gate D15. It was only as we began boarding that I heard an announcement naming the new gate. That is not a good way to run an airline. UIA should do a much better job of informing their passengers of gate changes."
