Needless to say, that also delayed my reaching the final destination even further because I had to wait for the luggage and it was already 1:00 in the morning in an unfamiliar and rough foreign city."

To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

It was good we got the flight and I will give kudos for that because we had to get to Manchester before our other flight took off, but we were surprised at the high price to have the person check us in if we didn't do it online. Lesson learned."

Мінуси: "The one and a half hour delay in taking off, especially the part where we were made to wait outside in the rain for about 10 minutes before being allowed to board. (This is not to reflect in any way on the cabin crew, who were wonderful)"
Мінуси: "The gate for boarding was supposed to close at 1205pm but they didn’t announce the gate until 11:30am. The flight was supposed to take off at 12:35pm but there was no announcement of delay, all of the attendants said that everything was on schedule, yet boarding didn’t even start until 1230pm. They randomly took people out of line and told them their bags were too big and made them pay 50 euro, even though their bags still went in the same hold and they were no bigger than anyone else’s when later compared. It was an international flight and multiple people didn’t even have to show their passports. Then on the plane we sat on the runway for about another hour and didn’t takeoff until 1:40pm. The take off was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. The seats were basically lawn chairs glued to the ground and the aisles aren’t large enough for the crew so they were constantly bumping everyone in the aisle seats. The landing felt like the plane was going to flip over and crash and then on top of everything we were told that Ryanair didn’t have enough employees to take our luggage off of the plane."

Мінуси: "The pilots landed in the wrong terminal (it was a domestic Spanish flight but we landed with international flights), so we all had to wait in the airport together without receiving any information for about 20 minutes. The woman working at the airport was very calm and helped us understand the mistake. We are lucky that we didn’t have a connection. I don’t understand how this could happen."
Плюси: "First off the reviews via Youtube and the web site were scarey but I wished for the best. I packed a small American Tourister bag 14 for my European trip starting in Rome to Paris then on to Amsterdam, as well as packed a book bag. At first I booked non priority but figured I'd add the $7.50 to be safe and be able to take both my bags, plus it got me thru the gate quicker, so I booked PRIORITY and it worked out for me. The space is kind of tight but I was able to fit comfortably in my seat and the flight was abt 2 hrs or so from Rome to Paris. I never reclined my seat because after takeoff I fell promptly asleep. I had a 6:30 am flight. The crew appeared very unbothered n blasé but there were no mishaps and they were attempting to get everyone seated as quickly as possible so we could get on to our destination on time. The landing was a bit off but nothing major just a hard drop, nothing serious. Overall not as bad as the nightmare reviews but nothing to brag about either. Well worth my $60 (American)."

They took off the little basket space from the seat in front of you so you have nowhere to put away your stuff which is very annoying. But when we get to the airport today , they do charged us £180 /4 luggage, we were so mad . I NEVER think about come back to travel with Ryanair Airline and also tell to all my friends and family don't EVER trust Ryanair Airline...!!! Also we're seated separate events the next seat wasn't have nobody... So sad and so mad .... Hopefully the Ryanair Director know about this happening????"

And the message went directly to the SPAM folder. Ridiculous policy that was not clearly stated. We were held hostage...even though we already paid for our flight, they wouldn't give us a boarding pass without paying this new, unexpected amount of money. Ryan Air was not clear about this policy...we went back and looked at all communication from them. Kayak was not clear either, so we will be looking for a refund!!"

Especially in my case as I had a connecting flight to Nis and two hours between them. With one hour delay it was really a challenge to catch another flight. £25 charge for a 15kg bag I too much. I'd be more encouraged and travel more often with the ckeck in bag if that would cost 15-20£ but I anymore at this price"

My return trip I had no problem with the downloaded tickets on my cell. Ryanair will be hearing from my bank in references to those charges"

Cost for a one way trip from London Stansted to Dublin, Ireland for two, 45.72 for tickets, 58.32 for luggage, 90 pound fee for not using the internet, total 194.04 pounds. Cheap is relative?"

On top of that, they make it so you can't even check in online within 2 hours of the flight so you're forced to pay when you get there. It's a sneaky crooked system Ryanair has in place. I'm incredibly dissatisfied with my treatment from Ryanair and I will never be flying with them again."
