So was my husband, but he wasn't told of this until he Was boarding and his ticket beeped on scanning. There was no room for our carry on, because we boarded so late. Annoying."

I had booked 1D, but was moved back to 5D with absolutely no option to change back to the first row to finish my work. I had to sit sideways to be able to work, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I don't understand why they couldn't have moved me back to the first row and move the non-SEN/HON sleeping members back to 5D and 5F, or at least asked them if they would mind. The plane was massively late, and I missed my followup meetings at the airport."

On the flight, every time he with the food and drinks he just stood there next to me talking over my head with the passenger begind me. Very uncomfortable, especially when it happens 6 or 7 times. When asking what drink we wanted ( the first time), i replied apple and orange juicewith no ice. He replied, with a patronizing manner "this it European company, not American company. Here we don't put ive if you do not ask for it".The incident that bother me the most is one that involved my kids also. My daughter (3 years old) was a bit scared of the flight, tired and did not want to sit on her chair. We tried to keek her on the chair buy she started crying laying down on the floor infront of our seats. Jorge the flight attendant saw her and told me to put her on the seat. Not in a manner I expect out of soneone in the service industry. I told him we are working on it and we will have her on the chair as soon as we can. When I said that he got irritated and a bit aggressive. For no reason the situation became hostile. The flight attendent on the other side (do not know his name). Can over and asked us what we needed amd if we need help. I told the other flight attendant we need 5 minutes and he said OK. After a few minutes she calmed down. Anotger passenger asked Jorge what beer it is and he replied, with contempt, " its German beer, its good"."

As I waited for my check to be deposited the price went up nearly $500 as if it was programmed to go up if I didn't take book it the first time. From that point on, my flight was the highest priced flight np matter where I looked, my dates were the highest priced. Not happy. And my charges were more than the flight. How can that be fair. $400 flight $500 fee??? WTF??? But I needed the flight. I feel like I was screwed."

Actually, I was running there and got to the gates at 9:40 AM but air hostess said that I've already missed it. They said that I had enough time and that's my fault - I even should be thankful that I don't pay for another flight that I am going to be flying in 7 hours. Bottom line: I got to Kiev at 9:20 PM and moreover, the flight landed 30 mins late. It never happened to me, despite I've been more than on 25 flights. I am shocked by employee's behavior and the situation in general. Would never recommend Lufthansa airline to anyone."

If he didn't have family living in Dallas, he would've incurred a hotel fee too."

Two days into my arrival and I am yet to get all my luggage. It was truly a horrible experience which was echoed by fellow passengers."

Nothing is free, not water (1.5 euro) or any other beverages or anything else. We paid double what the flight should cost to not even be offered water. The seats were lightly padded to maximize seats. There was a small amount of leg room but some. No power outlets, wifi or media. The worst aspect is I bought a flight on Baltic Air from Tallinn to Riga and had the price from Riga to Paris on the next tab on kayak. I bought the ticket from Tallin to Riga then flipped to buy Riga to Paris only to learn it was a bait price. The price was actually $200 more. Baltic would not refund the first flight (within minutes) so we were stuck to either walk away from our 2 tickets to Riga or pay the bait and switch rate. We begrudgingly paid 400 (200 each) euro MORE than the initial price shown so we could fly out of Riga back to Paris (to be back in Paris by Jan 7). A non alcoholic beverage, a small snack, and power access would be helpful. Ground crew helping with order would be helpful. I was shoved and run over trying to get onto and off the plane. It is the wild west of flying except the plane is new...oh, and it is 30 euro if you do not check in online ahead. But you will still need to stand in line to check a bag (where they can issue you a boarding pass)."

We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia."

I always travel through Europe with layovers and never have this issue before. I had to buy another ticket straight to Moscow and wait in the airport for 8 hours. I ask to reimburse me half of the price of this ticket."

I was able to get a seat in row 4 again at the gate, but not the same seat. Also, there was no priority boarding, even though I paid for it. Given this experience I will only fly this airline if I can get away with a carry on, thus avoiding the check in desk altogether."

I decided to get to the counter and the person charged me US$ 35 euros only for checking me in (even though their app had problems to check in). They charged me in total US$ 100 for checking in and checking my luggage. The service was terrible, especially from the person at the counter. In addition to all that, my luggage did not arrive to the final destination and was lost for an entire week. Every time I called the airline, they were charging me per minute even though they were the ones who lost my suitcase."

This seemed like a stupid pathetic scheme to get more money from their customers. The in flight experience proceeded to be even more pathetic: they don't even serve you water, you have to purchase even such "luxury". What kind of airline doesn't even offer free water to their customers??? It is simply called a human courtesy! This was by far the most pathetic airline business I have ever come across."
