They told me that I was slowed one checked baggage and one cabin baggage that would be charged about €40 if it was over 30 kilos (which it was not). At the airport wizz air said that I had chosen online booking (which I had not) and therefore I had to pay a €30 fee. Also they said I had no checked baggage allowance and was charged an additional €150 !!!!"

We was kept informed all the way as take off was perfect, and the landing at London Luton was the best have ever had as you normally land land then get an extra hard heavy jerk to slow us down extra hard braking. The Pilots of W6 4503 on 23rd of August 2017 is a credit to your company as they landed without the extra hard braking you normally get. Those pilots both of them should teach the other pilots's of your company how both of the pilots did it, and even teach other airline pilots the same IT WAS A VERY SMOOTH LANDING. Give the pilot's a commendation or an award as I would like those pilot's on any of my flights I have in the future. You can let them know it was me that told you to credit them in the highest award they can get please. Let their bosses, and company owners know this as well. So maybe if you call them in the office for something PLEASE CREDIT THEM for the PERFECT LANDING MORE THAN A CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY as I put that ion bold to enforsize a perfect landing."
Мінуси: "I was in 24B middle seat which was very cramped as the seat too small and back of seat too low, knee area not enough, no chance of getting to sleep as you cannot get comfortable enough as you cannot even sleep on the tray, kids screaming all around me, people behind me kept kicking moving my seat, people in front of me too loud Bulgarian's. At Varna airport me and others queued up in check in 2 and 3 patiently, and after about 20 minutes queuing two people jumped the queue in check in 1 as the second guy I had to tell him we have been waiting you cannot jump the queue and to go to the back of the queue, and a guy walked straight into check in 1 before check in 2 and 3 was opened and got his bag done, and a big group of people with prams etc was not even in check in lane 1 where they was sorted out well before us queuing as they just turned up and got there bag etc slips on the prams etc. A lot of the information on board was in Bulgarian and not in English only a very small thing NOT TO BLAME THE PLANE STAFF in any way."

It's almost as if they are proud that they screw you if you encounter any difficulty or you've made a mistake in the complicated boarding pass emailing procedure."

My husband thanked her for her kindness and I giggled and walked away (because she wasn’t kind at all). she then began to scream at us from 20 feet away “YOU ARE VERY RUDE AMERICANS!” I’ve never experienced something that odd. Then, the flight was 4 hours late for some unknown reason. I tried to get a wine on the flight and the credit card machine wasn’t working. Instead of doing whatever normal company would do and graciously give us a wine for the terrible service, very late flight and no working way to pay, the flight attendant grabbed the wine back and continued serving other people. The whole day was a disaster. Now it’s 2 am and I have another flight to be up for in 4 hours."

This happened with many customers that were inline with us. Terrible flight, would not recommend it to anyone."

They also told us that the next flight they could get us on was Sunday when our flight that we were on was on a Thursday. So, we ran through the airport, through security, and through the terminal to get to our flight. We arrived at our gate to see that no one had boarded and an announcement that our flight had been delayed an hour. Not one person on the Ryanair team told us about the delay. It was an awful experience and I will never fly cheap airlines again. It's not worth the savings."

I along with every other person who can't afford a more expensive airline royally salute you on such a sensational farce."

Their website did not allow downloading of the boarding pass on the phone and I was charged a 15 Euro fee for "checking in" at the airport when I had already checked in online. I will not be flying with this airline again, the other airlines are cheaper when considering all the ridiculous fees and poor customer service."
