People were nice and wanted to help, liked that you could still do what ever you wanted and could feel at home.
I didn't like that the male staff were flirty. I want to be trated with respect and not know all the time how beautiful I am and so on. It is not appropriate for a staff to do so! As in all of Egypt there is also this bureaucratic way in doing things. The day when I had checked out, I stayed at the pool for some hours and had lunch. But I had to wait for them to go to the reception and ask for permission for me to pay in stead of I could just pay for the service. In that way I felt a bit untrusted.
I really enjoyed the second larger pool and thought that the amount of entertainment at the resort was good enough but i really would have liked a massage parlor at the resort.
Much space in the room, nice garden, big pool, good fitness for 3-stars-hotel.
Breakfast could be more varied.
The staff were brilliant, friendly, ready to do anything for you. They put up with a lot of crap from some guests who I felt were really rude.
Some of the guests! Some of the guests from the UK were loud and rude. They had no regard for other guests at the hotel.
All around was poor. We have a room around the little swimming pool.... to be honest, during the day, it's crowed, and during the night, there is the disco... no comment. Poor hotel, poor food and I've never seen not friendly staff like at this hotel. (And it was my 15th time in Sharm el Sheikh). Anyway, I've changed the hotel after 1 night to get another one in Hadaba ;))
I liked that the majority of the staff were very helpful and welcoming, the plentiful seating for sunbathing next to the pools, and the choice of foods for breakfast (particularly as I had a very fussy companion!). Also that there were shuttle buses from the hotel to Naama Bay/its beach.
I did not like the harassment from the some of the staff - although this will happen during your stay in mostly anywhere in Egypt, particularly if you're a girl - I did not think it necessary to have the breakfast staff harass you whilst you're eating or for the staff on reception to ring you on the room phone for personal inquiries. Specially as Sharm el Sheikh is meant to be more 'Anglicised' that other areas in Egypt; the hotel management should bear this in mind.
swimmingpool close at 7 pm
the breakfast was good and i enjoy it alot and the shuttl bus as well
they have the worst staff at the reception, i mean the worst at all I never meet a carless staff like that, and the hotel is dead without any activity...
Hotel staff is helpful and rooms are clean also good value for money. Since 5 years they had good beach which is not available at all now, Really I don't recommend at all anyone to go there
The hotel beaches are very poor either Palma beach coral or Mexicana sandy beach. Both are public beaches so you will not like to go there also the swimming pool is very crowd and you should walk up at 7:00 am to reserve chairs around the pool or you will not find any place to sit down. Tourists there put there towels on the grass just to have a setting area.
Comfortable and quite, taxi is always available to Na'ama Bay but be careful only pay 25 L.e. over all the experience was quality for value
quite remote from everythings althought a 5min taxi ride gets you to na'ama bay or old market....
