On the other hand, having a pleasant and respectful flight crew can make a tremendous difference in the passengers experience. We were lucky enough to have a flight attendant named Gulhan Who smiled the entire flight. She was professional, courteous, and service oriented. Most of the flight crew showed similar professionalism. Turkish Airlines had for better service then any of the American or European airlines I have encountered during the last 10 years."

People just went to the gates after families, handicapped, vets, etc..passed the gates, business and first. Improving that process by forming ordered lines would help. Entertainment presented movies that are old and have been dysplayed on flights for years. Entertainment in general is poor. Seating not as expected! I chose my seat online and once on the plane I found out the organization of the seats was different than the one displlayed online. I chose an aisle sea on a 3 seat row and I ended up on a 4 seat row and squeezed in between two other passengers. The seats are "growing" smaller and smaller, and the shape and mobility of the chairs makes them uncomfortable. On my row there were 3 screens installed on the ahead seats, and my screen was by 3/4 in front of the passenger on my right. That made difficult controlling the screen function with me stretching my harm over the other passenger's face. I payed $2,000 for that flight in economy. $2,000 for an economy class is not cheap! And you don't offer a great experience. Either lower the price or improve the overall experience."

This caused a big problem for me in the airport, where I: 1- Wasn't allowed to catch my flight ti Vinnea and this was both financial and time lost for me. 2- I was locked in Dussluff airport for more than 14 hours, I was threatened to be sent back to USA or any other country. This caused physiological damage for me, as I been treated like an animal 3- I was asked to pay for my new ticket ( Dussloff - Istanbul-Amman )"

Мінуси: "The Senator Lounge at Vienna Airport is very poor, food selection is very limited and it is obvious that the focus is on cost saving. Another disadvantage is that the lounge only opens at 5.30am in the morning but first flight already leave Vienna around 6am. Mine was at 7.05am which meant that I just arrived when the lounge opened and I had to wait in a long cue. Boarding was due to the limited space in front of the gate a mess, priority boarding was announced but I was not made sure that priority passengers board first. It was offensive to be forced to pay to select our seats in advance on a major international airline in the first place, and then to not have those honored just made it worse."

I will not recommend this airline to my friends or to somebody else, just be careful with this airline."

Airport security at the connecting airport bounced us back and forth a few times before deciding we should enter the transfer terminal and hope someone from LOT was still on duty. LOT put us up in a hotel overnight and booked us on a flighty the next day. The hotel was 1 hour drive, 50miles, from airport. I reached my final destination 13 hours late."

Each time, we were without our luggage for nearly a day and half. We are no longer using this airline. Why transit passengers need to be subjected to security checks and clearance I do not understand. We have just got off an international flight - transit passengers surely aren't combined with new passengers who have not been through security in Warsaw."

The second desk for important passengers did become available when there was no one in line there, but still. Flight crew, staff were all helpful and approachable. Captain gave passengers relevant information and cabin crew did the same. The Flight was problem free no turbulence no delays just well run and well organized."
