So I wonder why the crew cannot travel earlier to airport taking into account potential traffic jams. Knowingly I trvaelled to the airport about 2.5h before departure and made it perfectly on time to the airport, even though working in the morning, whereas the crew couldnt make it. maybe Lufthansa should change their crew hotel policy in particular for towns with notorious traffic jams like Kiev.."

I was flying business class on flight TP059 on March 4 2018 and have Gold status on Star Alliance. Many passengers had declined dessert and I felt extremely embarrassed by having been denied food on a plane for the first time in my life. The attitude and lack of tact of Comissario Bruno on TP059 spoiled the whole flight experience for me."

She wrote me a personalized itinerary to check out in Lisbon covering my nerdy and Jewish interests, and extra snacks. She made my flight a fabulous one! It would be helpful if Kayak or TAP Portugal informed customers where their luggage will be when we make plans to stay in Lisbon for a weekend. The USB outlet didn't work. I wasn't particularly impressed with the food, but I was in Economy so my expectations weren't high. I was disappointed there were no kosher or vegetarian/vegan options. Apparently I have to order 48 hours ahead... but this time I booked my flight less than two days before."

There was no way to contact this airline, and when we did through a callous agent, and finally through our Bank card, we were simply told "read the fine print." Мінуси: "Very noisy people, very drunk people and like in all Ryanair flights, the staff has to keep giving people alcohol, so they were getting even more drunk. Not a good experience when all of them starts standing like in a bar on top of your head and raise the volume of the voice for no reason. Also from the time we landed until the time we were allowed to leave the aircraft, 15 minutes passed. Without anyone telling us for what reason. Very annoying..."
