A toilet was blocked and temporarily unavailable. Some passengers were taking a long time and queues were building at different times."

Unfortunately I could not book a seat online as the website was not updated by that time for online booking. It was supposed to be activated by 4:10am on 31st Feb but it was activated around 10:30am. That is after 6hours of scheduled time. I was panic and tried to contact the Sri Lankan Office at Katunayake. But the phone was directed to another line where no body answered. I sent an email but up to now no reply. The online service is horrible."

Мінуси: "The Cancun airport provides a terrible experience for transferring between flights, especially if you need to change from the international terminal to a domestic terminal or vice-versa. There is no way to get between terminals inside security and the free shuttle is slow and overcrowded. Meanwhile, one is forced to run a gauntlet of taxi and shuttle drivers trying to get you to pay them exorbitant fees to drive you to your terminal. Once you finally arrive you discover that there is no dedicated baggage recheck for an international arrival. Just don't buy a ticket that transfers in CUN."

It has been my experience in the past that those with impaired mobility are assisted in deplaning AFTER the other passengers have deplaned. This only makes sense. Also, baggage handling was slow compared with my previous experiences. Seemed to be a hard landing."

So I wonder why the crew cannot travel earlier to airport taking into account potential traffic jams. Knowingly I trvaelled to the airport about 2.5h before departure and made it perfectly on time to the airport, even though working in the morning, whereas the crew couldnt make it. maybe Lufthansa should change their crew hotel policy in particular for towns with notorious traffic jams like Kiev.."

Плюси: "I flew round-trip in Business Class from Munich to Kiev and then back to Germany via Frankfort and both flights were on time. The dedicated business class check-in line and advance boarding process was smooth - as were both flights. The cabin crew on both flights were very good and all spoke English well. My chief complaint is with the European Business Class seating model (3 across with center seat empty) - which does not afford much more leg room or seat pitch than in economy class. On the plus side you don't have to get in a fist-fight with anyone over the overhead bin storage problem since there are less people in business class and hence more storage space."

She kept pushing them and finally they switched with a couple other passengers. VERY RUDE!!!!"

Плюси: "Lufthansa's newest 747-8 airliner was quite the treat for international flight. 100% LED lights with subtle purple-blue mood lighting overnight looks pretty and mimics Virgin's design. Dozens of movies to choose from in addition to many more entertainmrnent options in the widescreen touchscreens. And actual silverware for food, even in economy. The addition of Premier Economy (wider and longer seats) copies the design from United's Economy Plus, at the expense of regular economy's legroom (I believe). Note: if you have noise canceling earphones or headphones like myself, get the 2-jack airline adapter. Lufthansa uses the proprietary dual-jack, at least in economy."

Beyond that, KLM must have one of the oldest fleets in the sky. Both ways LAX->AMS->LAX, I was on a 30-35 year old 747 with no wifi, no power and a ten-year-old entertainment system. Never again."

Only airport where we had to take out all electronics, including converter plugs, headphones, etc, place in a flimsy clear plastic bag ( that broke ) to go through security. Line to check bags pretty slow for number of passengers. Glad we had plenty of time."

We had to use the safety manuals to fan ourselves. We eventually left late and got to Lagos one and half hours we were meant to get there. Lastly not all the luggage arrived. Two days into my arrival and I am yet to get all my luggage. It was truly a horrible experience which was echoed by fellow passengers."

When I approached her supervisor, who was speaking with another Air France employee, she looked annoyed and said just just to to booth #7 or 8 that handles excess luggage issues. My reaction is to avoid traveling through CDG in the future and I will focus on flying with Lufthansa."
