Мінуси: "The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia."

Мінуси: "They overbooked the flight and without any apologies on their behalf or without even informing me, they stop me and my fiance at the gate and just told is that we can not go to the flight I book and prepay 4 month at advance! The only solution that they can offer me was to travel from Riga to Moscow and than to Tel Aviv. It become 12 hours traveling across 4 countries ( we arrived form Stockholm) instead of 5 hours flight as it was supposed to! I'm not recommending to travel with that company it can not be trusted!"

AirBaltic refused to compensate for my looses due to thair fault, castomer service is very poor, they took refusal position right away. Air Baltic planes are very old and no air conditioning, avoid air Baltic."

Мінуси: "In Stockholm they denied my boarding to Riga and Moscow as they told me that I need Shengen visa. When I was buying ticket I wasn't informed that I need to have Visa. I always travel through Europe with layovers and never have this issue before. I had to buy another ticket straight to Moscow and wait in the airport for 8 hours. I ask to reimburse me half of the price of this ticket."

This was frustrating. Also the overhead bin lockers are very difficult to open"

The second plane was so old that It was very difficult to open the overhead storage compartments. Both planes rocked side to side during takeoff and landing. It got me where I needs to go, but with the baggage fees, it turned out to be about the same price as other airlines, and I wouldn't recommend the planes for people with any flying anxiety."

To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

Мінуси: "Flight delayed, no gate information till 18:40 - when flight was supposed to take off at 14:40 - then gate overcrowded by passengers from 3 different flights all to the same place. Crew members didnt know how to handle the situation and over 200 did not board the plane. However once taken to the plane lucky passengers had to wait outside on runway for approximately 40 mins as cabin crew also did not know how to handle the situation. Those with assigned seats did not get them and those with luggage to go in the cabin were informed there was no more space and luggage had to be put in the hold. We finally boarded the plane at approximately 8:40 but could not take off for another 2 hours where we were stuck on a small cramped space on a plane full to capacity not having eaten anything for hours with no idea of the progress of the situation. In conclusion I expect every passenger should receive a refund for not only the extrodinary 8 hour delay but for the mismanagement of the entire situation."

In the end they tell us to leave the gate after 1.5 hours wait and look for new boarding info around 2pm. I managed to get on the flight by chance: no updated info was announced - I by chance heard a poor fellow working for the airline trying to find people at a nearby cafe who were supposed to be on that flight. If I had my headphones on I doubt I would be able to board that plane"

The bag checkin line didn't move for over an hour, and while there were still tons of people waiting to check their bags for flights that were soon departing, most of the counter employees packed up and left. When someone pointed out that we would miss our flights, the attendants said "my shift is over" and walked away. At this point, the line broke and passengers started to cut the line, two people nearly got into a fight, airport security even had to come. My bag was finally checked five minutes before the flight left (!!!!!). I was unsure if I'd make the flight, or if my bag would make it on the aircraft. The worst part is that throughout their incompetent checkin processes, the attendants were all incredibly rude. I am NEVER flying this airline again, even if I have to pay twice as much for my ticket."

I wanted to make a booking for the 29th, not the 27th... bookings shouldn't be made after the counter has already been closed. British Airways said that they didn't charge my credit card but I just checked it and it was definitely charged."

Мінуси: "The sub Vueling is impossible to communicate with in anyway. They are totally non responsive. There is no way to get them to respond or contact them. I called Iberia and canceled the flight, and the Iberia agents I spoke with, had no to reach Vueling, although it was an Iberian flight. I did not take the flight and found another means of transportation."

Плюси: "My flight got cancelled. I paid 217 euro to fly at a comfortable time and ended up having to take the earliest flight of the day. Vuelong did not contact me at all in regards to the cancellation."

Мінуси: "Flight was 45 minutes late on leaving. Didn't know the gate until after the scheduled boarding time. The food on board was horrible and bore no resemblance to what was portrayed in the menu. This flight was a fail in my books"

Мінуси: "They constantly try to sell you things and the seats don't recline"

Мінуси: "I booked my ticket while on vacation in Greece, 3-days prior to departure. Upon booking, I was informed that I should print my boarding pass upon arrival at JMK. When I arrived at JMK, there were no Ryan Air self Serv kiosks so I had to go to the check in counter. After awaiting in line, the staff was very rude in telling me that I needed to go to another terminal and pay SkyServ 18,6€ to print a paper boarding pass. Then, they gave me a receipt at SkyServ and I had to stand in line again and deal with rude staff again to pick up my paper boarding pass. The fuel per passenger cost less for the short JMK to ATH flight than the cost of printing my paper boarding pass. Should I start packing a printer in my luggage?"

Плюси: "We arrived to our destinations, and so did our bags. Good! And crew were all friendly."
Мінуси: "But this budget airline feels so in every sense. Boarding is from Tarmac, even coffee or tea costs checked bag, and weight limits are low, boarding is chaotic, no flight entertainment... By the time we paid for all our bags and did the whole dance of moving items from bag to bag to meet limits, we could have probably picked a better airline and had more comfort. They have a policy to charge for musical instruments, and even though there was space, on our return flight we were forced to check it, which we mostly try to avoid for safety of instrument...the way out no issue, the way back we got a stickler. Overall, for single travelers who don't care where you sit and just have a small bag, go for it. Trying to shoehorn a family of four plus instrument led to several up charges and annoying encounters at airport. I'll avoid next time."

We paid 233 Euros after looking online and I printed out the booking confirmation. In Greece, traveling home from Santorini to Athens to then catch our flight to JFK after a 12 day vacation, we first went to the Kiosk but there was no option to checkin to Ryanair. Only Agean and another one. So we had to wait in line to checkin and because we did not do it online, we had to pay. Then RyanAir charged us for our luggage if it weighed over 20 kilos. Mind you we traveled overseas for 12 days so we definitely had 50 pounds in our luggage. Our total cost ended up being over $600. It is ridiculous and I will make sure I share this knowledge with everyone because many others ended up paying as well. They said they sent me an email to check in but 1) i did not have wifi at the time they sent the email which was a Saturday night. 2) why cant you check in at the airport kiosk like every other airline!"

Also, when I tried to check in immediately after purchasing my flight I wasn't able to due to a delayed confirmation from Ryanair. No complimentary water. I requested a water from the drink cart and was told to come back to the galley a little later and the flight attendent could give me some there. None of the seats reclined."

When we realized what had happened the plane had already boarded (although not yet taxied) and they would not allow us to board. We had to buy another immediate flight and spend 100 euros each unexpectedly. Terrible experience."

Seats were really uncomfortable, cant even recline the seats. Landing was scary. Budget of all budget airlines.. simply a joke and a waste of money ... vueling or easyjet is a 100 times better"

That lady’s companion came back and told her the seat next to her was empty. By then everyone was already settled in. Is it really worth the £8 for two people? I’m sorry but that’s just petty."

Мінуси: "All along the way Ryan air was a disaster. The only thing positive to say is that we arrived at our destination alive and reasonably on time.the lead up with the computer games they played with me and my money put them right down at the bottom regarding service and expectations ."
