Мінуси: "i booked my ticket from 5 december 2017 to 10 january 2018 by mistake. it was suppose to be from 5 dec 17 to 10 dec 17. i called the customer service to change it . she said that there will be a fee applied and i was okay with it . but she give me the return ticket on 7th dec 2017 instead of 10.. i called them back to rectify the error.. they couldnt help me and i didnt accept the proposal in my email. i went to tenerif and had to booked another seperate ticket on 10 dec from there to get back. !!"

Finally, we did not BUY and, I think out is spite, you put us 30 seats apart I know this is an economy airline-but we had NONE of these problems with WIZZ airline. 2 people should be able to sit together without paying an extra money. Your extra charges are really ridiculous."

I thought I'd checked in as I got an email and as the webpage took me on to adding the bags- (appx $25 each!) BUT when I got to the airport I was not checked in and it cost me 50 euros EACH ticket to check in! Words cannot express (in this forum) how angry I was! And then to get crammed in that plane with no amenities and having to pay for even a glass of water. Never again!!"

When i turned up at the airport after having no internet access for a week I was charged an extra $230 because i had not checked in online or printed my boarding pass. This is nothing more than an outrageous scam designed to swindle travelers out of more money. I will never use Ryanair again."

Took it own food, but can't understand why Ryanair don't sell cheaper drinks and snacks - they would probably sell so much more. Only gave one star for entertainment because there wasn't any which is just fine by us as it keeps cost down."

We were on vacation so couldn't print our boarding passes at home and the online check-in was not working on our mobile phones so we sat in line with our luggage to where we thought we would be able to print our boarding passes and check our luggage / pay for any weight overage (just like LAX or any other airport). The woman at the counter rudely told us she couldn't help us and to get in a completely different line to A) pay for our luggage, but B) charge us $15 each to just to PRINT our boarding passes. To top that off she measured our luggage at X weight and told us to go pay for that and when we returned (20 min later) she not only had weighed our luggage wrong, she insisted we get back in that same line and pay for the overage that SHE complete weighed incorrectly. On top of that, we weren't able to print our boarding passes at the counter she suggested and she became increasingly more stubborn. Finally, after repeated attempts to have this woman help us, she relented and printed our boarding passes out and sent our luggage through. We made our flight (even after she told us the wrong gate too) but barely and not without sprinting through the airport to make up for lost time she had cost us by not doing what she could have done right from the start. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN WILL WE BE FLYING WITH THEM. Low fairs = even lower experience. Grade: F"

Мінуси: "After having received wrong information from the check in hostess regarding departure time (our mistake to have trusted her and not have looked further into it I guess!) we arrived 5 minutes before the closing gate time to be told it was closed. The plane was still there with doors open so we said why can't we run to it? Very rude man from ryanair turned around and just said if all the other passengers made it why didn't you as only answer. Then we were told calls had been made but NOTHING was heard by the 3 of us and we were paying attention to calls. Then we were told our luggage had already been taken off and would be found in arrivals. So wait... This is 5min before closing, the passenger counting has been done and sent AND they had time to take our suitcases out? Total damage = nearly 2000€ on extra flights and a 11h layover in Madrid airport + the Ryanair flights that were lost + a hotel night lost + a day and a half in Marrakesh lost and 3 of us absolutely exhausted for days after that. Thank you Ryanair"
