The 787 is a spacious plane up front, but LOT uses the traditional 2-2-2 layout with no direct aisle access from window. Also means you're still sleeping close and next to a total stranger. I don't know, I've so gotten used to Delta's biz layout with their direct aisle access and no touch points to a fellow traveller, I don't think I can look at anything more traditional as not a compromise and downgrade."

The windows were huge and had a way of dimming so that it was dark in the plane without having to shut them completely. The seat spaces were fairly small but overall it was a very updated plane. I am a very picky eater but 3 of my 4 meals were delicious!! They mostly serve pasta with some sort of meat but I noticed that myself and I were licking our plates clean!"

When I checked in they were rude and threatened to take my computer because they told me I couldn't bring it into the US. When I got back home to customs they laughed and told me that that isn't true at all. In the flights the stewards and stewardess' never smiled, they hardly made eye contact and just seemed to absolutely hate life. At one point I was so hungry so I asked to purchase some pringles because that was something that advertised on the loud speaker. When I asked the flight attendant she made the biggest deal about it, laughed in my face and basically told me no. To be honest I am not sure if this sort of a attitude is something that is part of a different culture but I feel that if people are in the service industry that they should at least smile and respond with, "you're welcome" when someone says, "thank you". I will 100% not take this airline again due to the very rude people one board and horrible customer service."

No information was given about whether there would be a second meal or just a snack (e.g. 6 pretzels), so I had just eaten a carry-on snack when they brought the second meal. The pilot information speaker volume was set to be at maximum. Since even the lowest headset volume was too loud for my ears, it hurt and gave me a fright when my movie got interrupted so loudly."

Плюси: "None of the seats reclined, even the premium seats you pay extra for. I know since I payed for them. Seats are very hard and the boarding process is the worst. They march you out after already standing in the terminal, since there are no assigned seats (typical low cost). I payed for a assigned seat extra, but still had to wait in line, just the one for priority. Then once you go outside of the terminal, you wait again in the weather until they allow everybody to board at same time (not sure how the whole priority line works, since you only get priority to get out of the building). Seats where very hard and did not recline (something you are not worn about when you buy the ticket). The seats were also so flat your neck hurts if you want to sleep. After 3 hour flight the in the late evening it was not comfortable. No food or drinks, only for purchase . They were the same price as the staff in the terminal, so don't bother buying to take on board. Low cost airline, low cost experience is what you need to expect."

The policy differs based on type of ticket (cost tiers) and start/end points. It took a while to figure out when doing my research on prospective airlines. COMFORT. The seats were uncomfortable. NO PERKS. You have to pay for everything, including checking in at the airport, choosing a seat, and any drinks/snacks on the flight."

We were then charged another 15 euros as a penalty for small bags that we fit under the seat in front., even though these bags easily fitted the measure. They were intransigent and charging many passengers."

Obviously this happens, that's fine, but on landing at stanstead the bags from the hold were not released onto the baggage carousel for over an hour and a half after we landed. This is completely unacceptable and wasn't acknowledged by airport staff for over an hour, with no explanation given at any point."

The app informed me that this was not a mobile boarding pass which I could oinly get from the web site which wioud not work on a smart phone. At check in counter, I was charged 100 Dirham ($10) to get a hand scribbled boarding pass. I got a series of anxiety inducing emails before the trip which were completely unnecessary."

Worst lines I've seen in years. There's no reason for it, apparently they are just horrendously understaffed and everyone knows about it."
Плюси: "The flight boarded over 30 min late, then there was the fact the the airport police had to come talk to one of the passengers so we ended up leaving an hour late. I fell asleep for most of the flight. But woke up with the super harsh landing."

Мінуси: "I landed in the airport in a town over 65 km south of Brussels and had to pay 110 euros to get to Brussels via taxi. I had to pay this again to go back to the airport. It's literally closer to France than Brussels. Also, the flight itself sucked, the landing was rough, there was turbulence, no leg room, and I had to walk outside in the freezing cold to get to the plane and stand outside for 15 minutes just to board the plane."
Мінуси: "Incredibly disorganized. Cheat you out of more money in every way they can. 45 euro to check in if you miss the 2 hour mark is ludicrous. You can't pay at the check in counters so you have to wait in line to check in, they send you to another line to wait in to pay, and then wait in the line to check in again. By the time I had finished running back and forth, I had nearly missed my flight. Throughout the entire flight all the staff does is try to sell you more stuff. Food, cosmetics, perfume. They could at least give a complimentary beverage like basically every other airline. Overall I had a terrible experience, and will never fly with them again if I can help it."
