They put extra care for kids and babies and all of kids get gift bag with toys, chocolate etc. which makes everyone happy Especially kids. She allowed a black male take 27.8 kgs but asked us to adjust our bags when we had 23 kgs. Also if the passenger is allowed to carry a laptop bag, according to her training and theory she only knows 1 shape and does not recognize a back pack which has only the laptop. I travelled several times in Qatar, but never had this kind of experience."

The only hot item in my whole tray was "chicken mixed rice". Everything else from yoghurt to fruits went waste. Can we have HOT FOODS for people like me? 2. Flight Attendants - It seemed that the flight attendants were not so experienced at handling customers. Plus, several of them had poor English. That would have been okay if they had patience to listen to me slowly. But, they seemed to be in hurry and not wait enough to understand my request properly. I was asking HOT WATER and they were repeatedly handing me COLD WATER. Plus, they could see me breathing heavily and feeling great discomfort. Nobody asked me 'ARE YOU OKAY?". It seemed, they didn't care for customers like me. I found a serious lack of CUSTOMER RESPONSIVENESS, forget PRO-ACTIVENESS among several flight attendants. Finally, I found an example of SNOBBERY in the plane. A flight attendant was asking a couple sitting next to me to fill up the FEEDBACK FORM. They looked like from Middle East but were British citizens. They didn't talk to me even though I volunteered at frist to introduce myself. The lady was especially rude to me. They were dressed like high class folks. That's it. They neither represented the hundreds of passengers, especially Indians, in the Economy Cabin, nor were they friendly to fellow passengers. It left me with a feeling that Qatar Airways attendants were judging a book by cover and asking the wrong persons to fill the form who didn't really represent their majority customers for that cabin."

So either they ask for no reason or the CSD didn't pass my meal option along. PS first class lounge for AA EP members was small, weird shaped and unimpressive. Also there is a huge billboard flashing above where you sit for food. Epileptics beware."

The flight attendant was not helpful at all. Futhermore, my response to the passenger behind me was calm and collected which should have made assisting me easy had the attendant tried but she did not. I felt unsafe next to this passenger therefore my flight was unnecessarily terrible."

Мінуси: "Plane was diverted back to Toronto from LaGuardia airport as we were told due to "weather", landed late at night and were told that due to not being able to control weather WestJet could not assist with accommodations, leaving everyone stranded and scrambling to find a room in alreday booked up hotels. When speaking on phone with agent, I was told it wasn't due to weather but incident at LaGuardia where plane went off runway. I paid $130.00 for 5 hours in a hotel, due to pilot error, not weather. La Guardia opened it's other runway immediately after and other airports in NewYork were running fine. Completely unacceptable and extremely bad customer service as CSR simply told us "sorry we can't help". Will never book with West Jet again."

We always get treated like cattle.. but they like keeping the prices of tickets expensive, don't they???"

A reassuring word from the cockpit would have helped the more nervous among the passengers, particularly as the pilot ascended and descended and the FA was catapulted down the aisle. But not a word. Apart from that, it was a short flight, pretzels only and that's OK. No entertainment other than what you bring. The complete lack of knee room in Y was a discomfort."

When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

With the current layout, even with an aisle seat, I was sitting in the aisle. And I am not a large person! The flight was full, so use the 787 and two daily non-stops. For a twelve hour flight, the food was only Okay, could have been better and with a better selection. Meal timing was poor."

When we arrived to the plane, they had both entrances open so that those sitting near the rear of the plane would enter from the back. We were allowed a cabin bag and a small hand-bag in the flight but as we were among the last half of the passengers to board the flight we couldn't find anywhere to keep our luggage and the crew had to take them away from us to store them somewhere at the back far away from our seats. As a result we had to wait until all the passengers got off the plane to get back our luggage and we were the last two passengers to get off. Unpleasant!"

Плюси: "I flew with multiple international airlines this summer and KLM was by far the best. The crew of KLM were exceptionally attentive, polite, and helpful. The meals were by far the most enjoyable of my airplane travel meals; and I learned that KLM does not charge for it's drinks on international flights, unlike most other international airlines that I traveled with this summer. In a sentence, flying with KLM was a very pleasant experience and I will recommend this airlines to others."
Мінуси: "If I were going to list any negatives, I would say that the little travel pillow that was given to the passengers was so thin that it was practically useless, but I brought my own with me, so I was none the less comfortable."

Мінуси: "I paid for a"premium" seat on one of the emergency exit rows for the extra legroom. This was next to a galley. The seat itself was no more than 18" wide (NO EXAGGERATION!!) if not less. I had to sit on an angle (one butt cheek at a time) for 9 yours. I do not have a big butt either. This seat should have been a discounted seat, not a premium seat. I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again."

The gate staff and flight crew identified him and allowed us special bordering that facilitated the process. That act of kindness is a rare experience on our part. Thank you Air France staff!"

The economy got their bags before 1st and business."

Мінуси: "Computer failure rendered the check in process a total mess. Staff seemed utterly at a loss and also totally unprepared for this very early and very full flight. Most passengers seemed to have multiple bags to check. Since this is a regular flight it was hard to understand why check in staff wandered in late when time was already tight - let alone having a system failure as well to deal with. We were 50 minutes late leaving. This resulted in many of us either missing or having extremely tight (stressful) connections at CDG Paris."

Мінуси: "The "Czech Airlines" flight I purchased was actually an Air France flight number. When I arrived later than planned but still within good time, which was my fault, I reported to the Czech Airlines check-in (D2). This is very, very far from the Air France check-in (A2). No person and no sign was at Czech Airlines gate saying to go to Air France instead. By the time I determined what to do by talking ro the airport information booth and I walked to Air France instead of Czech Airlines (at CDG airport this is 5 minutes walking very fast speed on conveyor belts.. perhaps more than half a kilometer), I was past the boarding time limit, but the flight had not yet left. Then I could not print the boaring pass because of the time. When I asked an Air France employee for help, he simply said "you cannot board" and stood there smugly. He must feel great being a 25 year old who can turn people away from international flights at his own discretion to completely ruin their day especially when the plane is still on the ground. I have not even explained yet about the similarly awful experience I had when I booked the next flight (Czech Airlines at 09:45) for a much higher price (118 euro) and was not told that this Czech Airlines flight is "really" a Czech Airline flight. After paying much more to a Czech Airline person, nobody informed me to stay at the Czech Airlines area (2D) so I naturally went back to Air France since I had already had so much trouble. When I arrived there, of course, they tell me to go back to Czech Airlines and now I was again late. Thank God that I was able to confront a random trolley man who Kew where the Czech Airlines people were and try tried very hard to get me to the plane even though the boarding time was over. All in all, this was the worst travel experience of my life. I have now wasted 40 more minutes of my approximately 2.5 days in Prague to tell you this. I hope you consider it."

Мінуси: "The Delta staff were unprofessional. Checking phones while people boarded, handed unopened beverage to 2 unknown strangers to pour themselves and share. We're "joking around" amd jobial in a manner that was unprofessional. Food was hot but overlooked and pastry was "steamed" so chewy."

Мінуси: "We waited quite a while to check in our luggage at the Birmingham airport. Staff showed up at the counter only 2 hrs before the flight."

Плюси: "The staff was amazing, they brought me a plate of fruit and cheese after Airfrance didn't pass on my meal request to the second leg of the flight (the attendant said this is ALWAYS an issue)."
Мінуси: "My seats reclining function was defective. My meal request wasn't passed on by Airfrance to the second leg of the flight. The entertainment system didn't work (on the whole plane, for the duration of the whole flight) - no movies and no shows. The wifi could have been offered for free to enable people to entertain themselves through computers and tablets, but was not done so. Instead we were reminded that it is available (for a price of course)."

If it is instant, cappuccino or other café specialities should be available. Emirates and Etihad make the example. 5. Food only sweets. Sufficient for the flight if you had another flight before. 6. Electrical / USB / Network plugs or WIFI unknown."

Мінуси: "Why have automated checkin and then still have to wait in massively long line to drop off your luggage. Do it like Jet Blue or Virgin or any of the other airlines.......you show up, auto check in, bag tags, separate line for smart efficient people to drop off their bags and get on with it. Its just so inefficient and puts a complete damper on the trip......maybe curbside checkin also."

Плюси: "My 55 min flight ended up taking nearly 3 hours since there were about 9 people that needed to gate check their bags. Air Canada needs to figure a better way to gauge the carryon situation. People had giant bags that just couldn't fit in the overhead. Also- there were far too many people with carry one. I paid to check my bag... then got stuck with my backpack under my feet and jacket in my lap for 2.5 hours as we sat on the runway."
