Even though Swiss is Star Alliance they didng count my Star Alliance Gold status for free bags and didn’t offer an upgrade. Zurich was incredibly hot and the airport didn’t have air conditoning anywhere. The boarding was worse than Ryan Air. The plane was okd and super uncomfortable. staff was rude and not at all helpful. Swiss is definitely a budget air line!!!!"

Had to go through security a second time after ticket was reissued. This flight was also delayed 45 minutes. Getting to Copenhagen spent an extra 1 and a half in the airport dealing with lost baggage because it seems the 8 hours extra I spent in Frankfurt wasn't enough for them to transfer my bags."

One of my worst experiences and rest assured if I’m given a chance I will never choose Lufthansa again."

One child had one on tye chair and I asked him if its suppose to be on the seat or given later on. He said it will be passed later and then with a patronizing manner he gave another head phone set and said: "I guess we havw an emergency". On the flight, every time he with the food and drinks he just stood there next to me talking over my head with the passenger begind me. Very uncomfortable, especially when it happens 6 or 7 times. When asking what drink we wanted ( the first time), i replied apple and orange juicewith no ice. He replied, with a patronizing manner "this it European company, not American company. Here we don't put ive if you do not ask for it".The incident that bother me the most is one that involved my kids also. My daughter (3 years old) was a bit scared of the flight, tired and did not want to sit on her chair. We tried to keek her on the chair buy she started crying laying down on the floor infront of our seats. Jorge the flight attendant saw her and told me to put her on the seat. Not in a manner I expect out of soneone in the service industry. I told him we are working on it and we will have her on the chair as soon as we can. When I said that he got irritated and a bit aggressive. For no reason the situation became hostile. The flight attendent on the other side (do not know his name). Can over and asked us what we needed amd if we need help. I told the other flight attendant we need 5 minutes and he said OK. After a few minutes she calmed down. Anotger passenger asked Jorge what beer it is and he replied, with contempt, " its German beer, its good"."

I had to wait 6 hours in the station for the next train. An exhausting and frustrating experience. There was one helpful steward on the lax frankfurt flight but the rest of the staff was not helpful."

Мінуси: "Budapest airport has tricky terminal for the Wizzair planes. You have to go outside the main terminal to get to the Wizz terminals and then you have to go outside again to get to the plane. It was really weird but I understand that as it is a low budget flight provider. The thing that made me really upset was that we all (passengers) left the terminal to get to the plane and we had to wait outside till we could start entering the plane. I really don’t understand why someone made us to wait outside while it’s freezing cold when the doors are not open or plane is not ready. That was unreasonable and ruined my trip."

To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not..."

I wasn't the only one at least 20 people queuing on the return with the same issue. Additionally on the delay out they advised food could be brought at the rear of the plane then inflight ran out so some people ate twice while by the time I got to my hotel they had stopped serving food and I had not eaten in the airport sorting out the boarding passes."

Never having flown this 'unique' airline before, we did not know the process. At the check-in desk, the clerk told us that if we couldn't show him our boarding pass, he would charge us 30GBP to print them. He was a complete jerk. After no help from him, I was able to figure out that we did have them as attachments. Never again."

It cost me an extra 68.20€ and another 31€ for a checked bag. Definitely NOT the low cost airline they claim to be! The flight may be reasonable but they get you with ridiculous fees. I will never take Ryan Air again- they are crooks! Once they’ve sold you a ticket you are stuck having to pay the fees. It’s cagey business practices."

Мінуси: "Even by budget airline standards, Ryanair is mediocre at best. The chairs are uncomfortable for a 4 1/2 hour flight - manageable, maybe, for a shorter journey but not anywhere good enough for that length of time. Boarding took an unusually long time and even priority passengers were stood around waiting to get onboard a good 15 minutes or so after already having gotten into the jetway. Not to mention after landing, we were stood over an hour waiting for baggage because, for some reason, four different flights used the same carousel (and presumably only had one team getting baggage off all four planes) despite there being a second one free which I'm sure they could have easily used. Don't have four planes landing near concurrently if you don't have the facilities to deal with it. Ryanair is cheap, yes, but by the time you have to pay ridiculous amounts for things most other airlines consider normal (for starters, you can't even take a full size hand luggage bag on board without priority boarding), it adds up to being less "budget" than it would have been to fly with a higher end airline like British Airways and you'd have to be an idiot to choose Ryanair over a cheaper, higher quality, airline. Honestly, I have no idea how people choose Ryanair more than once in their lifetime."

The first issue that we experienced was a charge for checked bags over 20 kilograms, the initially fee is 43 euros with an additional fee for each kilogram above 20 you are required to pay 9 euro. After shuffling our bag around, we paid the 43 euro. Although we had electronic tickets, they tried to make us to print the tickets for 18 euro. After we worked through that, we proceeded to our "gate." Shortly before our flight, they delayed it in 10 minutes increments, then 20 minute increments until the departure time was rescheduled for 10 AM. Once 10 AM arrived, the flight was delayed again from 10 AM to 5 PM. At that time, I left security to speak to a representative of Ryanair and she informed me that she GUARANTEED the flight would depart at 5 PM. I proceeded to ask her that if it did not, if she could immediately provide me a refund so that we could take the 7:15 PM ferry to Athens for our departure flight to the United States. She agreed she would. As the departure time approached for our 5 PM flight they once again delayed. We immediately went to receive our refund and she informed is that because it was not canceled, she could not provide a refund, which was not what she had previously told me. We then decided to take a cab to the port and purchase tickets for the ferry. Shortly after we left, we were told the flight was delayed time and time again until at least 1:45 AM. I'm not sure if the flight ever went out or if it was ultimately canceled. I would never recommend flying Ryanair. The only positive after 12 hours in the overcrowded, rundown, Santorini airport, a 20 Euro cab ride to the port, and 5 hours on an extremely turbulent ferry boat, Ryan air did refund our ticket and baggage fees. They did not refund us for any other expenses. Avoid them at all cost."
