To be safe I purchase the extra allowance for large carry on which I paid £19 for on my outward journey. When clearing the check-in gates on my outward journey in London the check Inn clerk informed me that I did not have to pay the large carry on allowance. According to her in my bag but it's been classified as small. On my return journey I decided not to purchase the carry on allowance and I was told that I should have purchase it online instead I had to buy it at the airport at a premium. I won't fly with Wizz Air again."

When we finally got to the front, another crew member told us the line was closed and that we'd gotten on too late. I told her we were now running late after standing on two different lines and being shuffled around, she snapped back that she was leaving and we had to wait on a different line. We waited so long to check a bag (that we'd already paid for!!) had to rush through security and boarded our flight with only a few minutes to spare. I've never seen such rude and unhelpful staff!!!!!"

I was visiting my sick mother in Niort hospital until late, and again the next day - I then went straight to the airport. Upon arriving at the airport, I was told that I would have to pay £15 extra because I didn't print my boarding pass (I don't generally take a printer with me when I travel abroad). I was then told... I would have to pay £30 on top of that because I didn't check in on line!!! So, AN EXTRA £45 for something that took the lady at the desk 1 minute to do. A very difficult week, topped with a kick in the teeth from with worlds morally corrupt airline on the planet. What's more, the plane was delayed by an hour, it was filthy (I had half a bag of crisps and an empty beer can under my seat). Avoid Ryanair at all costs!"

No ground staff apart from one lady who worked for the airport who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. They loaded the Dublin flight through the same gate we were supposed to be flying from and we’re putting them on buses keeping them there 10 minutes pulling them off the buses, putting them back on the buses. It was an absolute joke. On the flight the cabin crew were slow, again no information at all. Just stood there looking useless and chatting ignoring passenger call lights. We landed in Stansted and they couldn’t open the gate as the ground staff “couldn’t find the key” keeping us on the plane for an extra 10-15 minutes with no AC. Terrible experience would never book Ryanair ever again."

It costs £80 to bring a suitcase for the hold, however if you don't pay for priority boarding your handluggage gets placed in the hold anyway despite there being more than enough space in overhead lockers. If I had known how much it would be to pay for the 'extras' which area really basic requirements, I would not have booked with Ryanair. Next time I'll be going with another company who actually provide a basic service"

There is a lift somewhere but there are no directions to indicate where it is situated."

It’s what you’d expect from a trip that only cost £14.99 each way... But, the things that don’t cost anything, the things you’d expect from any big brand weren’t there at all. Zero communication from staff about why the fliight was delayed (until we landed at Frankfurt) Zero personality from the staff. They looked unhappy, or overworked, or bored... Lufthansa, British Airways, AA, etc... all happy staff. Staff weren’t even communicating verbally... they mimed a lot of stuff... The safety breif was disorganised and they had to repeat it as the pilot interrupted... and the pilots announcements were very unclear, due to a lack of pronunciation of the words he was saying. If I was to offer a suggestion as to how this could be fixed, Inwould suggest that it has something to do with poor recruiting, low staff morale, or something similar"
