That lefte us about 30 mins before the gate closed From where we were dropped off we walked for about 15 minutes but were nowhere near our gate. We asked Emirates employees to give us a ride in the golf cars. But they all refused, until one had pity on us and gave us a ride. We reached the gate a couple of minutes before the gate closed. When we arrive in Kolkata we were told that out luggage hadn't arrived. They reached our luggage to our Kolkata home a 11:30 pm. What a nightmare. Never again on Emirates."

I carried my cabin bag from Seattle with weight of 9kgs and purchased few duty free items of 2kgs(2 liquor bottles and1 dates box). They have asked me to pay $150 for excess weight. One passenger traveled from Houston with a bag of 11kgs. Items include 1 laptop documents and tablet. She didn't shop in Dubai. She was allowed in Houston but was charged $100 in Dubai for same weight."

Мінуси: "I can't understand why I was booked with an impossibly tight connection. It's a huge airport, with multiple security checkpoints with long lines. I had an hour between flights, and the first flight landed just five minutes late. The gate for the second flight had already closed by the time I cleared the first security checkpoint. It would have been completely impossible to make it to the gate on time. Turkish put me up in a hotel, etc., for the night, and there were dozens of people in similar situations. But the airline shouldn't offer connections that are totally impossible."

I thought the entire aircraft needed either renovation or retirement altogether. Old TVs and non-functioning seats, all made me kind scared of where I was tbh."

Мінуси: "It was a struggle to get our hotel from the turkish hotel desk crew. We were travelling from Cape Town to Toronto with a little baby and had a layover of approx 10 hours at Istanbul. They claimed that our layover was 9 hr 40 mins (and not 10 hours) and I had to argue before we finally got a transit hotel. Their customer service is poor."

However, the fact that captain choose not to run air conditioning to save fuel and main cabin, even after numerous requests, was 95 degrees for 2 hrs combined with the fact that airline did not submitted travel information to US Border Protection that also added another 1.5 hrs to clear customs is totally unacceptable... Although THY has the most direct route to/from Moldova from Houston, in the future, I'll most likely will spend more money and more time just to avoid it..."

Every Turkish airline desk took a long time and I was sent to at least 4 Turkish airlines desks. It is all a mess. So I am one day delayed in my arrival to my destination. This has been so frustrating!!!!!!!"

Мінуси: "I travelled in Business Class from Istanbul to Chicago. The service was not at all impressive and the crew were not very helpful. I asked for water and champagne with my dinner. Champagne never arrived, even after I asked for it again. My half-full glass of water was taken away halfway through dinner with no explanation and never replaced. I asked for water five times before I was finally brought a bottle of water over 30 minutes later when they were being passed around to everyone. Meanwhile, the two flight attendants I asked for water walked by several times picking up trash... not sure what was so difficult about bringing me a glass of water."
Мінуси: "Return flight from Delhi to Istanbul to Houston cancelled on Jan 8 2017 due to bad weather in Istanbul. Extremely poor to non-existent process in communicating and rerouting passengers. Frustrating to me and monumental time loss for business travellers like me."

It's hard enough being gluten free but to find that nearly every airline just thinks that fruit is acceptable is disappointing. They did provide a gluten free bread roll rather than the usual rice cakes but on two recent legs, didn't heat it. When I told the flight crew the second time that it is inedible when not heated, he was great and said he would do that. And it is nice to eat grilled vegetables which are delicious but sometimes particularly on a long flight, a bit more variety is needed. Turkish Airlines is excellent but fixing this would make it great."

We came there - nothing. Then next text - come get it in two days. When it finally arrived - it was torn. I don't know who to blame in the first wrong text, I don't know why and how the suitcase was lost, I don't know who torn it, but in general it was all very wrong and inefficient."

Мінуси: "The crew when boarding the plane in Istanbul were downright RUDE. Not just rude, they were unhelpful, unwilling to listen, and were actually offensive. It was quite bad. The boarding process was also terrible. The boarding area was stifling hot, crowded, and disorganized. There was no announcement telling us when it was delayed, there was no information about where to line up, and people were chaotically cramming in everywhere. They could have done a much better job of that."

The AC was almost killing the older people not me but the older lady sat next to me complained all the time but it didn't work. I know it is the challenge difficult to solve however you can give them some advise. Find a private space to talk with sick people because some people might not be comfortable to talk in front of every one."

Мінуси: "For a flight from IST-NPL they only had beef options for food. Nepal is a Hindu country and majority of people on the flight were Hindu. It's very inconsiderate for them to bit have planned for more non beef food options. I turned on the service button 3 times within an hour. No one came. Separately I also asked 3 flight attendants for some water. None of them got me water! There were at least four parties with kids younger than 3 and a few older people. It would have been nice if boarding call was made to allow these people to board first so they could settle down camly, without stressing the kids and everyone else behind them!!"

Мінуси: "Luggage (being handled by Air France in Basel) was first marked as delayed... nothing of the flight was in the end put on the belt and instead dropped off at Lost and Found. Ridiculous service since this was in no way announced to the people waiting for their suitcase."
Плюси: "Boarding was smooth and hassle free, crew were friendly and helpful, food and drinks were very good, entertainment system is awesome and up to date with latest contents, good flight overall"

Мінуси: "Departure was scheduled with one hour delay. When everyone was boarded they mentioned a leaking toilet. It took them 1,5 hours to disable the toilet. In the mean time, no drinks, no snacks, nothing. So we should depart at 18:00 but it became 19:30. Our first drinks and meal was no earlier then 21:00. The crew should have anticipated better that the technical problem would at least take one hour and give everyone a drink at least."
