Мінуси: "They give you very little leg room. The seat in front of you touches your knees. After 8 hours in the same position it feels like you are stuck in a coffin or a primatial medieval torture device. The seat begins to hurt your back. You can't get in a comfortable position. You can't turn left or right. There's a little foot rest that gives you 10 minutes of relief but then that gets uncomfortable. If one of the people seated in with the inner row needs to use the restroom then the whole row needs to get up. It's cruel and unusual punishment. The airline just needs to expand the rows by 6 inches. Before you go bring a neck pillow and a butt cushion. Or better yet, pick a seat located in a front section that gives you more leg room. If you have the option then this should be a higher priority over a window seat. You will thank me for this advice."

I now know I caught a stomach bug which hit me on the flights from Cape Town to Istanbul and then even worse from Istanbul to San Francisco. The flight from Istanbul was delayed by two hours due to customs delay for a passenger, as such there was a lot of recycled air. Take that and fact I'm pregnant and by time i started the 13 hour journey already felt sick. I started throwing up immediately and got sick 12 more times. the flight attendants brought me crackers, water and a cold towel and ice. My husband asked if he could pay to put me in business class but was not in airline policy. but i think given how sick and pregnant i was the flight attendant went to ask the captain if there was anything they could do to assist. they ended up moving me to business class to lie down and let me stay there for 3 hours. I got sick upon moving back but getting that rest really helped me. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and am so thankful to the two flight attendants who assisted: 1) Zumrat Bolukbas 2) Hatice (Cabin Chief) These women are amazing!"

The crew was friendly, the service good, the food very good and the entertainment excellent. All my flights left on time and arrive on time or earlier. The airplane, an Airbus 300, was new and comfortable."
Мінуси: "The boarding process at Istanbul was a bit chaotic but the flight left on time. I guess the airport personnel knew what they were doing. Istanbul airport is big and modern. There a lot of nice shops, including Duty Free. One annoying thing was the large number of airport employees using these motorized transports, I.e. wheelchairs, bipeds, tricycles, etc, going at high speed. If you don't get out of their way they will run you over!"

I bought I would be proactive and pay for the baggage for my return(only 20 euros). I received only a receipt for the 20 euros, but paid 63,250 drams. Something is shady and I feel duped. The flight was over an hour late with no explanation. There was a plane at the gate when we landed, which added to the tardiness of arrival. They were so non Chalant about so many people missing their connecting flights. It was like they already knew they were going to put us on Lufthansa 2 hours later... polish airlines Is awful- the airport personnel even worse. No one respects standing in line. Airport officials kept cutting into the security lines which literally cost me the 5 minutes that I could have made the flight. I am very diasspointed and kayak should not advertise this airline."

It's really bad. U give us 30 minutes to cotch other flight. I lost money & I lost my vocation because this application it's really bad I felt for the first time I'm Gypsy homeless."

Also, did you always charge for wine and beer? Otherwise, I appreciated it was not as expensive as on the airport or on other airlines."

Мінуси: "After the first hour when food/drinks were handed out, the cabin crew (Economy) seemed to disappear entirely to the back of the plane and spend the rest of the flight chatting with each other until the final meal just before landing. I don't expect champagne service in Economy but the flight attendants could have been more proactive in walking down the aisles occasionally rather than just when handing out meals. If you needed a drink the best option was to head to the back of the plane and pour it yourself. In fact, most of the passengers did precisely this!"
