Мінуси: "The door from the US plane was closed in front of our nose and the staff was extremely rude.In Boston the Turkish Airlines representative from the luggage transfers didn't have a clue what he's doing. It was a complete disaster. So, the 1:10hrs between Cluj and Istambul is not enough for an US flight. You guys must schedule more time so people can get to the US plane on time. The Airline is amazing, good food, good crew, great sits, but please work on this schedule because it's so exhausting to stay an additional 11 hours on the road."

Air Canada had to put me on completely new flights there and back. I think this has taught me to go directly through an airline. Justfly was not helpful. Neither was Turkish airlines."

Outside you have to spend sometime at the multiple lines, buy visa, get the voucher, take the shuttle bus... By the time you done with that, it’s time to come back. Never understood why our names had been removed for our return flight. Because we didn't have a boarding pass when arriving at the airport the security hesitated to allow us into the facility. Luckily we found our itinerary and they allowed us entry."

A second inspection was setup At the gate to checks passports, inspect carry-on bags for laptops and iPads, and a pat-down. we were late taking off, the plane was really full, and the cushions on the seats were off a bit. Very few staff new how to manage the situation, which resulted in long delays, very frustrated passengers and an overall very negative experience. I would avoid flying with Turkish Airlines if I could."

At the gate, we (30+ people) were told that there are no more seats available on the plane and we have to go to their customer service for another flight. There are no Turkish Airline staff at the gate to explain why this would happen and provide any assistance. We spend the next 2 hours trying to get boarding pass for the next day's flight and the hotel. Again, no apologies nor explanation were given. Thank you Turkish Airline for wasting 1 day of my life. I will try to avoid this airline in the future."

I don't know who to blame in the first wrong text, I don't know why and how the suitcase was lost, I don't know who torn it, but in general it was all very wrong and inefficient."

Not the first time - Every tome I use this flight it is delayed and without clear information to passengers how much delay is anticipated. Announcements, even if they come - come not loud, simultaneous with other announcements - so impossible to hear. Scheduled gate is moved every time too."

Мінуси: "Boading priority was not possible, due to the massive amount of people crowding the entrance. Very hectic and uncoordinated boarding process. I always fly first row to be able to work with my laptop, however due to a last minute plane change the new A321 did not have a 1D or 1F, only 1A and 1C. I had booked 1D, but was moved back to 5D with absolutely no option to change back to the first row to finish my work. I had to sit sideways to be able to work, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I don't understand why they couldn't have moved me back to the first row and move the non-SEN/HON sleeping members back to 5D and 5F, or at least asked them if they would mind. The plane was massively late, and I missed my followup meetings at the airport."

At my suprrise we had to pay extra money to check in our laggage. I will never again will book thru your site and will always tell everyone how dishonest are you are. Your telephone support staff is unsupportable ! The best to get tickets directly through the flying company, their sites are honest and correct!"

Мінуси: "So I actually had a flight that departures at 9:50 AM and it was connection flight after I got to Frankfurt at 9:00, but I missed it cause other gates were too far and moreover Lufthansa staff were not so nice to help me out. Actually, I was running there and got to the gates at 9:40 AM but air hostess said that I've already missed it. They said that I had enough time and that's my fault - I even should be thankful that I don't pay for another flight that I am going to be flying in 7 hours. Bottom line: I got to Kiev at 9:20 PM and moreover, the flight landed 30 mins late. It never happened to me, despite I've been more than on 25 flights. I am shocked by employee's behavior and the situation in general. Would never recommend Lufthansa airline to anyone."

Poor selection of alcohol drinks, coffee is very poor. To be short, Typical american airline like delta or american airline with nothing good or special for transcontenintal flights. Does not allow 2nd luggage to check in without fee. For $1000 ticket I would expect more. There are a lot of companies who provide much better service for international flights: like Virgin Atlantic, British airways, Aeroflot, etc. I don't even want to mention Asian and Gulf company with much superior service. Boarding is nightmare, they make you stand for half an hour to board! Total rip off!!!"

Then, crew was up and down the aisle the entire flight which flew from midnight took 9:00. Not even possible to sleep on this overnight flight."

After some time, my and my daughters screens were still not working. We used call button to get crews attention. However, no one was paying attention to the lights. At some point there were 8 blue lights on throughout our cabin calling for assistance. I got attention by waving my hand and asking for help. I told 3 different times re my screen. They stated that they just rebooted the system and it will be working soon. My next seat neighbors were hour into their movies. No one did come back and check if I'm Ok if problem got resolved. Then they were even ignoring us and not offering drinks at this point. I felt like I got punished for asking for help. That's when I asked for crew person in charge. She was kind and offered to move to economy plus. We did move for majority of the flight. Enjoyed entertainment. However, when there was 1.5 h left of our trip, they woke us up and asked to move back to our seats since the meal plans are upgraded in this section. I was shocked, somewhat embarrassed to move back. I felt like a person that likes to cause trouble/ complainer being punished. Since we purchased full price ticket like everyone, we should be able to enjoy it like everyone. Airline should compensate clients, if there's issue with airplane. Flight to LT was good, however going home was extremely unnecessarily stressful. I'll try my best NOT to fly LOT in the future."

Мінуси: "The aircraft (B787) was a bit run down. Some of the cabin crew were unprofessional, at at times rude to passengers. No wine/beer offered during the dinner service. They offer "gourmet" cafe on-board for purchase, but one has to go all the way back of the plane to make a purchase, the flight attendants refuse to bring it to the passenger, which I found to be strange."

I left one bag at the front of the plane and had another at my feet. However, it was a short flight, so not too unbearable."

Мінуси: "The passage through Riga airport was terrifying. We arrived from St. Petersburg 6.35 and we left 7.20 to Paris (passengers in transit). We explained at the checkpoint that we had a few minutes, but they controlled us several times until we had to throw several liquid items. In St. Petersburg they had already controlled us, without problems. In short: a sad experience in Riga, which does not speak well of this country: Latvia."

It become 12 hours traveling across 4 countries ( we arrived form Stockholm) instead of 5 hours flight as it was supposed to! I'm not recommending to travel with that company it can not be trusted!"

Anyways: This airline company is charging extra for luggage. And I could not see this anywhere when I was buying ticket online. If I knew I'd never buy the ticket from Airbaltic. "Not writing it clearly and visible at the time of ticket purchase" is certainly tricking and misleading us. This is a crime!"

First they said it was problems in Amsterdam, then problems with the plane, then traffic in Amsterdam. It was hard to tell what was true and what was avoiding penalties (it is possible that equipment issues caused them to lose their spot, and get caught in traffic delays). I hate that they charge 2.5 euros for water on the flight. Their carryon rules only allow us to take the smallest of bags (smaller than other airlines) but when I got on the plane, lots of people had medium sized carryons."

Also if you don't print boarding pass ahead of time which we didn't (plus still needed to drop off checked luggage and check our passports) they want to charge you 30 Eur a person to print that drinking piece of paper. If you don't want to pay that get out of the line with all of you luggage, go to kiosk and print it, then come back to the line. But that's companies rules , employees just have to follow it. Another problem was their attitude. The guy who got our luggage was so weird. Showing off and talking to us like a boss. After giving us boarding passes he said we can go to the screen and look up the gate ourselves. I never write long reviews but man! they got me mad that day. Never say never - but I don't want to fly with this airline again"

Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"

Плюси: "Firstly, Overbuggage limits were put into practice with a mindset of just to f* the customers and consequently almost every single passenger has to end up paying at such overated fees that were equal to a level of a business ticket of any well known first class airline company.I , myself, had to pay 450£ in total for the ticket , just because of 34 kg of a luggage weight though 20 kg of this amount was included in the ticket. Sirs, if you really will only take this complaint as just to watch and say that this was a company policy then i will definetly never choose your services either again.Also, from the bottom of my heart, i will never feel tired to share and spead around this nasty experience of mine on each and every social media occasion , when i will have a word to say. Within only one flight on that day ,the total buggage revenue of the company was equal to a sum of 23,000 £ in total, despite the plane was ridiculously abit bigger than a small box. Sirs, Pls rethink over what i said. This is far beyond to accept and fit into any int'l trade rules.17£ fee for 1 kg !?? Best Regards"

People were not helped to stow carry ons and many should have been requested to check large carryon bags. They were out of beer even though beverages had just been loaded. Attendants could not clearly communicate the price of a beverage."

Мінуси: "Miserable experience. This was flight was diverted to Kuwait due to weather. We were told we would be taking off a few hours later. Then we were told that we would be given a hotel room for the night in Kuwait. In the end, we all just waited around in the Kuwait airport for hours without any assistance from any airline representatives. I wound up having to book another flight, as the Pegasus delay was 13 hours (even though other flights were departing to Bahrain much earlier)."

In both of my flights between Istanbul and Amsterdam, the airplane was not cleaned off of the previous flight's trash. When I was seated in my first flight to Amsterdam, my tray had a lot of stains of food and drinks. Not a pleasant sight! In my flight back to Istanbul, I had to travel looking at a former passenger's waste, such as a used napkin tissue, stuck to the handle of the seat, and a chocolate package. I also have to say that the sinks of the bathrooms do not drain properly, so you, actually, cannot leave the place clean for the next person. All in all, this company definitely needs to work on the cleanliness of their aircraft. Thank you!"

I will never use this airline aha in! TWO hours to get my boarding pass? Anthony Gallo"

We didn't start boarding until way after the announced time (which they didn't bother to update on the screen until it passed. Extraordinarily disorganized. Second, the flight crew was loud and kept the lights turned way up on an overnight flight. Everyone around me was trying to sleep, and they were woken up by the crew yelling "DO YOU WANT COFFEE?" 5 rows away. Even when they finally dimmed the lights 3 hours into the flight, they kept the Tv's on, so the flashing advertisements prevented me from sleeping restfully. Third, you have to pay for coffee and tea. Who does this? They also begin their flight with loud, obnoxious music that jolts everyone awake (see above for this being an overnight flight). Overall, only choose this airline if you're okay with being kept forcibly awake and you don't mind the flight being late. Oh, and you have 2 euros to pay for simple tea."

Had to remain inside departure terminal by gate for 18 hours. Ended up rebooking flight with another airline and delaying my arrival into Turkey by two days."

Мінуси: "Air traffic control delays at Istanbal SAW on departure was about 40 mins. Airline blamed it on ATC rather than themselves but weatehr was good, no obvious reason for delays except heavy traffic which surely must occur every day. Airlines should build ATC delays into schedule. Sabiha Gokcen airport shops are masively overpriced which means I will avoid transiting through there."
