I had booked 1D, but was moved back to 5D with absolutely no option to change back to the first row to finish my work. I had to sit sideways to be able to work, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I don't understand why they couldn't have moved me back to the first row and move the non-SEN/HON sleeping members back to 5D and 5F, or at least asked them if they would mind. The plane was massively late, and I missed my followup meetings at the airport."

I usually board by zones and this time it was more of a everyone got up at the same time and everyone rushed to the front of the lines and some people would push me out of the way to get in front. ( even though we all had assigned seating) Second thing was that I had asked for a wheelchair for my mom and I had seen one waiting outside and was about to walk up to it but another person was limping up to it and put her stuff down on it so I didn't know if it was for my mom or her. I didn't have the heart to go up and make her move if the wheelchair was for my mom so we ended up walking the whole way to customs. I felt bad for my mom afterwards because her knees ended up hurting by the time we got to customs. I would suggest holding up signs of individual names for who the wheelchair is for. Other than that everything was great"

Ground staff in Marseiile great but gate crew didn't control carry on baggage and many of us could not use overhead bins because of passengers who stowed more than one and often oversized suitcases above, so we and many others had to place carry on suitcases under seat. Attendant on plane totally unhelpful and could have rearranged a few bags to make room but preferred to stay in back of plane and talk. To be fair, rest of flight was pleasant although late due in part to boarding issues."

Плюси: "Traveled fron SFO to CDG on AF in business class on an A 380. Lounge in SFO was smallish and not many choices in the food bar. Boarding was smooth. my second ride on A 380 in business and this trip reminded me quickly why I did not care for the A 380 on my previous trip. It is a huge plane with a huge sized business class which makes the cost less worth it compared to a Boeing. The crew were extremely helpful and caring. The food was acceptable. The seats on the plane were not comfortable in the lying position. Took a cab to our hotel in Paris (1st Arr) for a flat 50 euros. No meters."
