And her eye contact was very aggressive as if she would use words. I tried to save the moment, and avoided all further interactions. Not even to look at her, or accept even a single glass of water. She did past through my area and again she was stocked with her cart, and she thought is was my foot again. When she realized that this time was not my foot, (which in the first time it was and she kicked my knee with the speed of her movement and I was not aware to save the moment) nevertheless, the second time and for the rest of my trip I was so careful that it did not happen again. But it happened one more time, but not with my foot. although she thought it was me. She looked at me again with a very bitter-eye but when she realized that the problem was not me she looked at another way acting as if she didnot understand what was going through her mind or my mind."

Same with the service. If consistency is what you’re looking for then Lufthansa can’t be beat. It’s the Lexus of the airline industry. Not Mercedes or Rolls Royce though."

At no point in the booking process, when I paid over $800 for the trip, was I told that I needed a specific travel visa (Canadian ETA) to fly back into Toronto for my return flight. Subsequently when I checked in for my flight yesterday morning in Manchester, England, I did not have the required travel documents and had to be rerouted onto a flight into the U.S. at a cost to me of $350. The rerouted flight got me to Washington Dulles airport, where I then had to purchase a second flight to get me home to Cleveland, Ohio, at an additional/extra cost of $450. MY CAR IS PARKED AT TORONTO PEARSON INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT!!! I am having to now rent a car and drive there tomorrow (Friday) to collect my car, at another additional cost of $100 plus a 10-hour round trip. Due to the lack of information and communication on your companies behalf, I am down close to a $1,000 and will lose 2-days in work as of the additional days I am having to travel back to Toronto to collect my vehicle. I would appreciate contact from your organization to find the avenue I need to take for compensation of my time and finances. Regards"
Мінуси: "The whole trip was a nightmare. I go out of my way to NOT fly United, In this case Lufthansa somehow just sold the ticket and United was flying it and as usual it was horrendous. We had to be re-routed via 3 separate flights jus to make our international connection thanks to our initial flight being moved up 2 hours EARLY. They closed the door in our faces. That added 8 hours of travel time to our trip which I had booked to minimize travel time as I was traveling with pets. United is the WORST."

I have flown Lufthansa before in the past and AWAYS had a wonderful experience. However, I have NOTHING good to say regarding Lufthansa/KAYAK/Vaymara regarding your missed flight/re-booking policy, nor working with anyone who speaks anything other than broken English at best. If it had been possible my mother and I would have completed the flight from Frankfurt to Houston on 5/15/16; however, my mother's medical condition precluded that from happening. I submitted hospital admission paperwork which I was told that the airline was requesting that I needed to get the forms in English. REALLY???? We were in Germany; the hospital admission and discharge paperwork are in German. Lufthansa is a German - based airline. Nobody speaks or can read German? The hospital did not offer an option of English paperwork and I could pay for translating the paperwork for a price and it would take a couple of weeks.. I had to re-book through another carrier after receiving clearance and a certificate that my mother was medically cleared to fly. The price was ridiculously high but I had no other option since your representative told me it would take 4-6 weeks to reach a decision. Thank you so VERY much for inquiring in to my satisfaction on flight from Frankfurt to Houston Intercontinental on Lufthansa. As you can tell....it was quite the experience."

Second, this airline needs to get their s*@t together when it comes to baggage. I was humiliated (by the creature they hired for a gate agent) when I was forced off the boarding line and then demanded to pay 200 euros (cash only and in euros only) for carry-on luggage that was under the size and weight requirements, and had already flown, without incident, on numerous flights during the same trip. I filed a complaint with Ryanair and weeks later received a very passive, useless, response from some brain-dead individual in corporate I suppose. No one at Ryanair cared about the mafioso-type treatment my family and I, including my 80-year-old mother, received. Avoid this airline at all costs (literally and figuratively)! It will not save you money, or anything else. It will only cost you more!"

It was confusing and I had not been prepare to use internet too much on my vacation abroad. This made it very confusing and difficult to try and do emailing on my old phone. And Not something any of the other flight bookings I made required. Or had such a high charge for not doing. Why isn't just buying ticket enough? Why did I need to do an added checkin, with such a high cost. And the people at airport were not understanding or helpful at all. What a hassle and pain to spend same amount as ticket itself practically."

The flight attendants were pretty rude--never excusing themselves or apologizing for pushing past people. The toilet in the front was disgusting. NO HaNDSOAP. Told attendant--no soap, she said. Very nasty situation. i think it will be my only Ryanair trip."

First bag ate up most of total weight allowance which forced me to pay for the overage on the second bag of €70. I thought I could bump up my second bag to the higher weight class when checking in instead of having to pay the overage charge that was three times as much. Found out during boarding they were checking bags for free...should have done carry on and avoided the extra costs."

Мінуси: "forced to hand in cabin bag just before allowed on aircraft. i was travelling with children and this had our food, activities etc. this would not have been so bad had i been given a carrier bag to pur some item in....i was not, andhad to stuff my valuables and a limited amount of food and activties into a torn, dirty carrier bag i found. complaints to ryanair online led to a standard reply that only the first 90 cabin bags go on board. i was not aware of this before i traveeled and would have come more prepared had i known....which i did do on my return trip. this time i was allowed to check in 3 out of my 6 hand luggage but not the other three (we were 6 people travelling) even though i was all prepared to check them in and had not checked that i did not have sharp items and liquid in them. therefore, becasue i was not allowed to chekc them in, i had these items confiscated when i went through security, losing a valuable pair of hairdressing scissors. i wish Ryanair would be more consistent with their polices (i was only allowed to check in three bags becasue i had only paid for 3 suitcases)....but then was forced to chekc the other three in right before entering the aircraft!!! cheap does not need to be unfair!"
