This caused a big problem for me in the airport, where I: 1- Wasn't allowed to catch my flight ti Vinnea and this was both financial and time lost for me. 2- I was locked in Dussluff airport for more than 14 hours, I was threatened to be sent back to USA or any other country. I understand I have traveled on the economy class but shouldn't make a difference how you treat the travelers. The pillows were dirty!!!!! Not only one, because I have asked for more......most of them! It is disgusting! Something must have been wrong with the headphones because the volume was on max when i tried to watch the move but barely could hear anything. I have flew with Lufthansa most of the time and in the future will chose them. Very disappointing that sooo many little things are interrupting a vacation."

Thus, sleep is totally impossible on this aircraft. The sinks in the bathrooms also need to be deeper and need to drain more quickly."

You can buy overpriced food and beverage onboard. My purchase from the duty free was stolen and they didn't help me handle the problem. Awful experience."

To pray it doesn't come back to me damaged? To their credit, it did not..."

We were then required to check our bags, but not until after we were told to combine our personal item with our large carry on bag & then told that it was too big. instead of crediting us the amount we'd already paid (€20), we were charged the full checked bag fee of €55. The gate agent was also very rude and not proficient at her job, causing us to delay the plane's departure. Exceptional customer service may have included refunding us the large carry on bag fee. Additionally, our 2hr flight cost us almost $200 each, not what I would call a budget airline price. We will not be flying Wizz air again & do not recommend this airline."

Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"

From the moment the booking was complete, a series of email demands, warnings and impossible conditions ensured that it was never clear whether we and our baggage would get on the flight. The initial price was unreasonably low and the eventual cost was twice what was quoted but it had to be paid as a series of penalties over several days. The contract staff in Athens were clearly demoralized, embarrassed and apolgetic, but had no flexibility to resolve issues in a reasonable way."

At Ciampino they told me my bag was too large and forced me to pay 50 euro to bring the bag on. I explained to them I've had no problems prior to this flight and they did not seem to care. I won't be flying Ryanair again."

They left the entire group of people alone in the gate and did not return until the flight had landed. Everyone was sitting on the floor, clueless. We did not know where the plane was or when it would come. I also paid extra for priority boarding to ensure that my bag would have space in the overhead compartment so I would not have to store it under my seat. However when the remainder of the passengers boarded the aircraft, they took my bag out from the overhead compartment to put another passengers bags where mine were. They had me put my bags underneath my seat. This would not be a big deal but I am an above average tall person, so it forced me to be quite uncomfortable for the entire flight. When I tried to tell the flight attendant that I paid for priority, she ignored me and walked away. 2/10 would not use airline again. I would rather pay the extra to be treated better."

I have never gotten nauseous on a flight before but I was after that landing. Rough, uncomfortable, and honestly kind of scary."

Мінуси: "I was told while boarding I had to give up a small carry-on ("because there was no room"). I travel every month and NEVER have had to give up that item. It was awkward and difficult to sort out the stuff I had to take out of the bag for security sake. When I got on board the bins overhead in my area - I took a picture - were empty. I am disgusted by this treatment and the lying of the RyanAir Amsterdam ground staff. Unacceptable. These people should be penalised."
