But when I asked LOT employees to insure that my luggage is on a plane to Toronto too, I received arrogant answer that I have nothing to worry about... In Toronto I found out that there was no my luggage on the plane..."

Плюси: "Business Class on LOT Flight No. 21 from Warsaw to Los Angeles is excellent! The Boeing 787 Dreamliner is a beautiful plane and the Business Class seats are very comfortable. The food was pretty good and the flight attendants were extremely nice!"

There had been a two-hour delay for my flight in from Warsaw to Moscow, also for technical problems, on Friday July 13, 2018. Obviously, LOT needs to insure its planes are safe, but it needs to do so sufficiently in advance of take-off so that its passengers are not inconvenienced by lengthy delays."

When I told the gentleman that I needed a vegetarian meal he said there were none available but he did his best to accommodate me with putting together bits and pieces of other meals. Мінуси: "Because of loosing our connecting flight in Warsaw (due to weather...I think, it was never explain to us why our first flight had a 3 hour delay), the boarding staff was very helpful finding us a different route. Well the flight from Warsaw to Berlin, operated by LOT was horrible! No snacks no drinks, not even water on a 2hour flight! Shame on you! I had my wedding gown with me and I asked one of the crew members to put it in one of the closets design for this. And in a broken English she told me 'ya there is a problem' and she showed me the closet, it was full with the crew luggage :( We ended up laying the gown on one seat that was empty! When we arrived at our destination and picked up our luggage we noticed that they broke one of the wheels. Overall very ugly experience with LOT!!!"

Being 6'7"in height and having the seat in front of me reclined I had to sit crouched for over 9hrs.When I informed the stewardess, not much concern was given and the alternative offered was worse because it was a middle seat with less space knowing that there were available seats in premium class. No effort was made to accommodate me knowing that the trip was long and sitting with my legs crouched could cause a health issue. A working seat is not a luxury, it's basic equipment that you expect to be functional not broken."

They could just say they are closing the door but nobody did. 2 meters from me and after I passed all security they ignored me completely."

Anyone taller might not be able to get into the seat at all. There was a problem with the website so we couldn't check in online and we had tried to change our flight a few days earlier but the website again didn't work, we tried to call a call centre whose number was on there, didn't work."

Also there were no way to download it from the mobile app or the website. I was in the airport 2 hours before and they didn't want to print it for me even that I showed all the online check in confirmation. They requested that I pay €35 Euro for the airport print. I submitted a complain and hope to get a credit or refund. Confirmation code: L3QZWB"

You can choose prior to the 48hrs at cost (i was never given option on a 3rd party site when i booked!) Checking in should be longer than 3 hrs! Because if you book a exec lounge which is air side you lose 1.5 hrs as a minimum in the process of checking in luggage and security checks. Lose .5 hr+ to go to gate and you get 1hr only when you pay for 3 hrs! Where is the sense in that? Its miss-selling at its worst as everyone is complicit. Flight left 20min late for no apparent reason Seats are a bit stone age and hard although only a short flight my ar*e went to sleep before I could"
